I was visiting Hilton Head Island from Michigan and I had a potentially serious warranty issue on my F-150 truck.
I called Chris minutes before closing on a Tuesday night and he had me come in the following morning and had my truck serviced and returned to me within a couple of hours.
I will always remember his thoughtfulness and kindness.

It was nothing but an absolute pleasure working with Trish Mittelbronn & “Chip”! 1st time in my life working with a sales person who was absolutely relaxed, non pushy and not trying to push to upsale you 100 products! She was very helpful and quick to respond every step of the way. Everything I asked for she delivered on. It is the 1st time also to buy a car from a dealer and literally walk out with all paperwork done in 30mins. Would have been less if the finance dept didn’t have someone ahead of me. And even then, we were riding out in 30mins. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience and professional behavior all across the board.
Just as a side note, this is a HUGE dealership, but they behaved like a mom & pop dealer.

I was looking for a specific vehicle that is normally only found in larger cities, meaning I would need to travel to see it. I came across an online listing from O. C. Welch among many, from all over the country. When I started looking at this dealer I found that they had a numerous selection of the vehicle I was looking for. I submitted an online request for more information and received a prompt reply followed by a phone call. I spoke with Paul, told him about my limited free time to travel roughly 8 hours round trip to see a vehicle, but he had a solution! It took me a couple of days to warm up to the idea as I have never made a purchase this large sight unseen, but I'm glad I did. Paul went out of his way to answer all of my concerns, and on Friday I purchased the car, and on Tuesday it was delivered to my driveway, with a full tank of fuel, exactly as described. In case you're wondering, my final price was several thousand dollars below KBB. If your looking for a good deal with an honest dealer you should give O. C.Welch a serious look.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I personally dealt with Justin, the finance manager and Devon, the salesman. They made the entire process so smooth and were so friendly and welcoming. As I was signing the papers, they let my son draw on the screen that I was signing on. And even printed his little artwork for me. Devon even walked my son and I around Because my son wanted to see some fast cars and trucks. He actually took the time to show my son and I these cars and trucks after I had purchased my vehicle. I have never been to a dealership where they treated me like family instead of just another sale. I somehow waited until the last minute to schedule my oil change and got extremely notice at the warning signal that my oil life was decreasing daily. We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. I have not had a problem since. 10 stars I highly recommend.

I have become friends with tom Landry over the last 10 yrs. I trust him immensly. I've never had to ask him if it's the best he can do , I know it is the best.
I shopped other cars but couldn't leave my friends over at welsh Lincoln's no other car I looked at for that price compared to Lincoln in looks and quality.
I'm thrilled with my new color Corsair. Received some nice compliments on it already. Tom hooked me up with the better level which has many more amenities which I love.

Good experience. Paul worked hard to find us the vehicle that met our requirements. We appreciated his efforts very much and are happy with our new Corsair. They forgot to leave the windows sticker in the car. We always like to keep it. I thought that was SOP but maybe not for this dealership. I should have requested it.

Good afternoon,
My appointment started art 9:30 AM on the 24th of February. Mr. Munro took my letter requesting I get my rear back up camera replaced due to a recall. We took a few minutes and then I proceeded to the waiting area in the showroom. About 15 minutes went by when Mr. Ross came in and told me the recall has been put on hold and Ford Motor Company was only doing the recall on Mustangs for now and I would receive another letter when it was my make of vehicle being recalled. All went well and I only spent approximately 30 minutes at the dealership.
