We just purchased a Certified Pre Owned F150 King Ranch. From start to finish, Sam Elliot and Rick in sales were a pleasure to work with. They were upfront and never pushy, as some other people in the business tend to be when trying to make a sale. More than anything, they were very patient with us. We had an issue out of our control that delayed the actual purchase by almost two weeks. When we explained our situation, expecting them to say there was nothing they could do and they’d have to sell the truck to someone else, without hesitation they said that they would hold the truck for us and wait for the issue to be resolved. At this point, we put a deposit down on the truck, not because they asked for it in order to hold it, but because they were honest and kept their word when they didn’t have to. With regards to financing, Chris Roe knows his stuff and was great to work with. He explained everything clearly, made sure we were aware of everything in our contract before signing and we appreciated the full transparency. These are the guys you want to do business with: honest, professional and patient. Thanks for getting us in our dream truck and for making it such a smooth experience despite the complications! We will definitely be back when it’s time for another vehicle!
