UPDATE August 2022: Roughly 2 years after purchasing my F-650, we had an issue with the air brakes not building pressure. I reached out to Scott Henthorn (my salesman) and he had Eric Weatherington in service contact me. They stayed on top of the issue from coordinating with Ford's Roadside Assistance for towing and recovery (I got the full Ford ESP on the truck) to getting it through service and returned to us in a timely manner. I Highly recommend O. C. Welch Ford based on my personal experience. My original review is below. I had the pleasure of buying a truck form Scott Henthorn at O.C. Welch Ford in Hardeeville, S.C. this past Saturday and it was a fantastic purchasing experience. Let me begin by saying that when I first called the dealership, Mr. O.C. Welch himself answered the phone. Nowadays it's very rare to have the actual business owner answer a random phone call at many businesses, so I was highly impressed right away. No recrdings, no "press 1 for" menu, impressive to say the least. Mr. Welch was very personable and took the time to answer my questions. He then had Mr. Scott Henthorn contact me to work out the details. Scott and I handled most of the details over the phone and had everything ready when I arrived for our appointment. The truck was cleaned and waiting in front of the building. He showed me where everything was and how to adjust things in the truck to suit me for a test drive. He then made a copy of my license, and gave me the keys so I could take it for a test drive. When I returned there were no gimmicks or games and everything was as previously agreed. The paperwork process was quick and painless. I financed through one of the dealership's partner lenders and Osha in finance handled everything there in a very friendly and professional way. (I asked about his name and he said his parents were hippies.) Anyway, Osha took the time to answer all of my questions. I plan on keeping this truck for a long time so I was interested in getting the Ford ESP 7 year 250,000 mile premium warranty. I had it on a previous vehicle and it was well worth the cost as my vehicle aged. Anyway Osha took the time to answer all of my questions so I could understand everything i wanted to know about the coverage and at no time did I feel rushed or pressured. Everything was smooth and relaxed and an overall great truck buying experience. I highly recommend Scott, Osha, and O.C. Welch Ford.

Came in today to try to order a new nautilus. I was informed by the sales manager Scott and the salesperson Ian that the order banks were closed but they let me test drive a used nautilus just so I could see how it felt. I LOVED the car! These guys were so knowledgeable. I can’t wait to come see Ian and Scott on July 18th to order my 2023. Go see these guys, I promise you, you’ll be impressed!

Scott helped my husband and I with the purchase of a 2014 Honda Pilot. We really liked the no pressure approach which provided us with some private time to discuss the options. Scott was very helpful and was able to answer any questions we had. We were in good hands! My only complaint is regarding the detailing of the vehicle(used and traded in a day or two before). First glance, it looked great when we picked up the vehicle. However, when we opened the center console and also raised the third row seats, we were a little grossed out by the filth. Other than that, it was a great experience.
