I am writing this review on the behalf of Joe Tornabene. Our family is a ford dealer in NYS. I went from being stranded on I95 to being back on the road within 2 hours all because of Ross and Brian's help. They are the best service provides we have ever seen. If anyone deserves a promotion it's these guys.

JULY 18 , 2024 - I arrived at SAV airport and rented a FORD BRONCO . I could not figure out how to understand the navigation on the bronco. passing OC WELCH , I stopped and asked for help. the woman at the desk was very helpful, she understood my problem. she introduced me to - JAY MARTHERS , a salesman. he was great. he showed me how to use the system - it took just a few minutes. Hey folks I just bought my 7th new car from OC Welch in Hardeeville SC .I have been a customer over 14 years and I have had nothing but great experiences..When you go in ask for Quilla she is the BEST salesperson there.She is honest and hardworking she will bent backwards for you to make you happy . Go to the pre owned building and ask for her you can get new or used cars there .They are a great team of people Gerald and Blake and Ed and are great with financial end of deals . The trade ins are really good give them a try !!!!

Rebecca was a calm, reassuring voice in the midst of what could have been a catastrophe. I am forever grateful to her for that and the way she worked to problem solve our unusual situation. Her suggestion to call Lincoln Roadside Assistance proved to be the correct solution and I owe them a debt of gratitude as well for their speedy response. But without Rebecca two little dogs could have perished in a locked car. Thank you again for your prompt and professional assistance!

I had to make an appointment online for an oil change. Not a big deal, but if a business gives a phone number to call, either answer it or call back. Service was prompt and contacts were very courteous.

This place is the only place you should look for a Ford or Lincoln. They have a huge selection, and they work tirelessly over getting you the best deal possible. We visited them at 5pm on Monday looking at 2 vehicles. They gave us a really good deal on our trades, even on mine sight unseen. We weren't able to getting any financing done because of the time. The next morning at 8:30am, I received a call saying they got the deal done. That afternoon, we were driving 2 brand new EVs home. Make sure to go see Nolan, Joe and Kevin for a new vehicle.

I told Quilla she deserved 6 stars and I meant it !!! My experience buying my first “ New to me truck “ in 23 years was better than good !! She was available to take my call and answer my questions through the whole process I know they say GO See OC , but I live 3 hrs away all I had to do was call Quilla and she made it happen!!!!

23 f150, back window shattered from the heat. Robert steckley handed everything from loaner car to following up and even getting it fixed early. He did a amazing job, very greatful!

Great job on the repair. Had a problem with the covering on the steering wheel starting to come off that was not that way when we had the car towed. I called several times and left messages to see if we could get it fixed but I have not received a call back. They got my car in fast and kept me informed what the status of the repair was in a timely manner.

Excellent experience for my business. The entire staff was great.

My name is Scott King everybody over OC Welch. I started to meet in 2012 when I bought my first ranger and then after that I just kept on buying every two years Kathy and pods is the reason why I keep on coming by pleasantly to talk to, and OC Welch number one of my list, I don't see why people don't like them.

I reviewed this location about 1.5yrs ago, and HATED it. But there were 3 people there when I recently visited that changed my mind. Linda in Parts, wow she’s amazing, so nice and full of information and knowledge. Michele McQueen she knows it all, super friendly and can explain everything to you about warranties and services, the last one is Kae (think that’s how you spell it) I had some things going on with my new 2022 f150 tremor, and he came out in a hurry to make sure we can make things right. All 3 of these employees are great, super friendly, treated me like family and most of all a human. They cared for my service and how I felt about things and wanted to make sure things were handled properly. Thank you to those 3 employees.

When it comes to Value no other dealer provides more, my honest and well experienced opinion is that you will not find a better dealer experience in the low country period. I have had several bad experiences with OC Welch service but ever since Rebekah Hurwitz has been the service manager, I have had nothing but positive experiences. Rebekah is very knowledgeable, patient, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are taken care of. She returns calls promptly and communicates needs and options professionally and knowledgeably. She also went out of her way to set me up with Chris Black to obtain a warranty package for my car. She has changed my opinion of OC Welch service from negative to positive because of her commitment to customer satisfaction.

I took my 2015 Explorer in for a full service checkup. I had asked for a couple services that, before they automatically performed them, they reached out to me to give me the cost, so I could decide whether I wanted them to proceed. That is an example of putting the customer first!!!!

Experienced a serious mechanical failure while visiting in Hilton Head, 700 miles from home. Service representative Denett and manger Rebeka where a tremendous help. After considering all my options, I decided to close out my lease early and get into a 2024. Sales Consultant Marifel found me the perfect replacement, General Manager Greg set me up with some really nice numbers and Finance Manager Chris got all the paper work done right and quick. As Greg said during the process, buying a car shouldn't be a hard and with OC Welch Lincoln , it wasn't. Appreciated!!
