Christopher Noland was my service advisor and he was very helpful. I only had to wait 30 minutes for them to let me know they needed to order a party and then I returned the next day for them to complete the repair.

I called OC Welch on 4/27/26 and by 4/30/26 they had my wife's Corsair delivered to my residence. We were able to complete everything by phone. Tom was great to work with as he is both professional and personal. As a returning customer - third vehicle in seven year - I do wish they would improve upon the final process of the deal - it takes far too long to complete the deal once arriving at the dealership. Paperwork should be completely done and ready to sign when we arrive! Craig is also great to work with and will work to get you the deal you want.

Having just bought a car for my son in Ohio two months ago in a nightmarish hassle, it was a 180-degree experience dealing with OCWelch. I love the car, am confident I got a fair deal, and was blown away by how quick and efficient every step of the process was. They really treated me right. Special shoutout to Paul Mitchell in sales. He was knowledgeable, great to work with, easy to talk to, and lightning-fast with responses. Nothing people hate about a car-buying experience surfaced in my experience. We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. I have not had a problem since. 10 stars I highly recommend.

Loved working with Jacob. He was low‑pressure, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the current financing options, which really helped me feel confident in choosing O.C. Welch Ford over other dealerships with the same vehicle. When I hesitated about making the drive to pick up the car, he even offered to have it delivered to me for free. He didn't make me feel less important because I was buying a used vehicle versus a brand new one, which would probably be a bigger commission for him. The showroom is amazing and they truly aren't lacking for inventory - the entire property is bumper to bumper. Great service.

Service is much improved from several years ago. I had a somewhat complicated electronic/software problem that took some time to identify and fix. The dealer gave me a loaner car while that was happening and the service manager, Judith, was able to quickly reset some obscure settings that got changed when the battery was disconnected

Every time my husband or I have to bring one of our two Ford vehicles to OC Welch for service it has been an excellent experience. Ross and Jodi always treat us with such kindness and in all of my 68 years (42 in customer service) I can tell you that it’s rare to be treated so well. My service advisor, Chris was amazing! I was visiting Hilton Head Island from Michigan and I had a potentially serious warranty issue on my F-150 truck. I called Chris minutes before closing on a Tuesday night and he had me come in the following morning and had my truck serviced and returned to me within a couple of hours. I will always remember his thoughtfulness and kindness. My family vacation could have been a disaster but Chris was fantastic. He's a fine employee and a credit to the OC Welch organization. Bought a Mustang Mach e GT Performance from this dealer. Let me begin by saying it was my 1st out of state dealer purchase. (Florida) It was nothing but an absolute pleasure working with Trish Mittelbronn & “Chip”! 1st time in my life working with a sales person who was absolutely relaxed, non pushy and not trying to push to upsale you 100 products! She was very helpful and quick to respond every step of the way. Everything I asked for she delivered on. It is the 1st time also to buy a car from a dealer and literally walk out with all paperwork done in 30mins. Would have been less if the finance dept didn’t have someone ahead of me. And even then, we were riding out in 30mins. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience and professional behavior all across the board. Loved working with Jacob. He was low‑pressure, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the current financing options, which really helped me feel confident in choosing O.C. Welch Ford over other dealerships with the same vehicle. When I hesitated about making the drive to pick up the car, he even offered to have it delivered to me for free. He didn't make me feel less important because I was buying a used vehicle versus a brand new one, which would probably be a bigger commission for him. Service is much improved from several years ago. I had a somewhat complicated electronic/software problem that took some time to identify and fix. My service advisor, Chris was amazing! I was visiting Hilton Head Island from Michigan and I had a potentially serious warranty issue on my F-150 truck. I called Chris minutes before closing on a Tuesday night and he had me come in the following morning and had my truck serviced and returned to me within a couple of hours. (Florida) It was nothing but an absolute pleasure working with Trish Mittelbronn & “Chip”! 1st time in my life working with a sales person who was absolutely relaxed, non pushy and not trying to push to upsale you 100 products! She was very helpful and quick to respond every step of the way. Everything I asked for she delivered on. The folks at OC Welch Ford run a first class operation. I ordered a Maverick Hybrid, and quickly agreed on features and price without any pressure you may have experienced at other dealers. From finance to Tony, my salesman, everyone was friendly and kept all promises. I was looking for a specific vehicle that is normally only found in larger cities, meaning I would need to travel to see it. I came across an online listing from O. C. Welch among many, from all over the country. When I started looking at this dealer I found that they had a numerous selection of the vehicle I was looking for. I submitted an online request for more information and received a prompt reply followed by a phone call. I spoke with Paul, told him about my limited free time to travel roughly 8 hours round trip to see a vehicle, but he had a solution! It took me a couple of days to warm up to the idea as I have never made a purchase this large sight unseen, but I'm glad I did. Paul went out of his way to answer all of my concerns, and on Friday I purchased the car, and on Tuesday it was delivered to my driveway, with a full tank of fuel, exactly as described. In case you're wondering, my final price was several thousand dollars below KBB. If your looking for a good deal with an honest dealer you should give O. C.Welch a serious look.

They made the entire process so smooth and were so friendly and welcoming. As I was signing the papers, they let my son draw on the screen that I was signing on. And even printed his little artwork for me. Devon even walked my son and I around Because my son wanted to see some fast cars and trucks. He actually took the time to show my son and I these cars and trucks after I had purchased my vehicle. I have never been to a dealership where they treated me like family instead of just another sale. I somehow waited until the last minute to schedule my oil change and got extremely notice at the warning signal that my oil life was decreasing daily. We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. The best buying experience I’ve ever had. Tom Landry is an EXCEPTIONAL salesperson; so good that I came back and bought a second car, which is something I’ve never done before. The communication with him and his manager, Craig, down to Paul the finance manager was top-notch. Everything was seamless. I have become friends with tom Landry over the last 10 yrs. I trust him immensly. I've never had to ask him if it's the best he can do , I know it is the best. I shopped other cars but couldn't leave my friends over at welsh Lincoln's no other car I looked at for that price compared to Lincoln in looks and quality. I'm thrilled with my new color Corsair. Received some nice compliments on it already. Tom hooked me up with the better level which has many more amenities which I love. See tom Landry for all your Lincoln needs he's a trustworthy man.

Good afternoon, My appointment started art 9:30 AM on the 24th of February. Mr. Munro took my letter requesting I get my rear back up camera replaced due to a recall. We took a few minutes and then I proceeded to the waiting area in the showroom. About 15 minutes went by when Mr. Ross came in and told me the recall has been put on hold and Ford Motor Company was only doing the recall on Mustangs for now and I would receive another letter when it was my make of vehicle being recalled. All went well and I only spent approximately 30 minutes at the dealership.
