I was travelling 1000 miles from home when a hinge holding the tailgate window on a Ford Explorer broke leaving the window hanging on by one hinge. I was able to get the window back in place and get to the dealership without an appointment and received great service and care when, in fact, the dealership was scheduling appointments for service work a week out. Thy ordered parts for overnight receipt and repaired to vehicle the next day. They provided interim transportation and completed the work as planned. They could not have been more helpful in keeping me on schedule. This is a class organization.

Lincoln sales person (Karen) and her sales manager (Chris) were very professional, pleasant and helpful to work with. There was no pressure to buy. Opposite experience from another dealership we had visited to test drive a Jeep before making a buy decision. Paperwork was well organized and that manager (Kermit) stayed late to accomodate my work schedule. Definitely not what you think of as a typical car buying experience. This is our 3rd car from them in 14 years -- very satisfied with all three experiences.

I shopped around for tires. The dealership had the best price, comparable to the online order it yourself guys with no hassle. No hard sell tactics or smoke and mirrors. They just listened to what I wanted, showed me options, and set up the install. Great service department. They earned my future business.

Worked out the deal on a 2013 Ford exec car via email. The dealership was 3+ hours away and the sales manager stayed late to meet us had the car setup and prepped ready to go at the front door when we got there. He worked to make sure everything was right when we got there. The whole experience was one of the best ever buying a car.

I had my warranty service and an oil change done yesterday. The service was very fast and completed in the time frame they told me. In addition they washed my car after completing the work. I also had my 20,000 mile warranty work done at the same time and everything was done perfectly. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Outstanding service was received when i took my car in for a service item. They handled it with professionalism and performed the work while I waited. My only complaint is that it took me multiple calls into the service department before someone answered the phone to book my appointment. I left multiple VM's and nobody called me back. On about the 4th call over a couple weeks into the service phone line, they picked up and were extremely nice and helpful.

I went to the dealership just to see what they had! I walked the lot for a few minutes and found several trucks I was interested in. Charles “salesman” was very attentive but with zero pressure. He got me the keys to the trucks and left me to check them out but he was standing by waiting to answer any questions I had. My experience from start to finish went smoothly. From identifying the vehicle, insuring it was a certified Lincoln preowned, to its certification level. I was kept informed of the preparation process along with pictures and a video. The salesman arranged to have the vehicle delivered to our home (about a two hour drive). I recently purchased a CPO 2025 F-150 Crew Cab from O. C. Welch Ford in South Carolina, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I initially worked with Craig Redker, the Used Car Manager, who started the transaction, and Carolina DaSilva, who assisted with the rest of the process. From beginning to end, everyone was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. The truck I purchased was absolutely mint with only 3,200 miles. O. C. Welch Ford had, by far, one of the best selections of pre-owned and Ford Certified F-150s I found anywhere in the South Carolina region. I also received a very fair trade-in value for my truck. There was no back-and-forth haggling or games — everything was straightforward and exactly as discussed. I received the Ford Certified CPO rate of 4.9% for 60 months, exactly as Ford advertised, with no attempt to change or mark up the interest rate. They emailed me the buyer’s order, and it was exactly what we had agreed to over the phone. They even delivered my new truck directly to my home, completed the paperwork with the driver, and took my trade back to the dealership. The entire process was incredibly convenient. We recently purchased a Navigator through Paul Mitchell. It was a great experience, which is generally tough to say when buying a vehicle. Paul(very nice guy) showed us multiple SUV's and helped us land on the perfect Navigator. Trisha was courteous, but as a remote (phone) buyer, my experience was lacking. Communication was inconsistent, and I often felt deprioritized compared to in-person clients, which resulted in a one-day delay that impacted my ability to manage time-sensitive paperwork. Additionally, Justin did not respond to my email and instead had Trisha follow up via text, which felt indirect and unprofessional. I was also uncomfortable with the use of pressure tactics to push the extended warranty, and ultimately felt compelled to purchase it due to those tactics rather than making an informed, confident decision. Overall, the experience could be improved with more consistent communication and a more professional, customer-focused approach for remote buyers.

We were interested in buying a used or new Lincoln Nautilus so we stopped at OC Welch to have a look at their inventory. We were met by Tom Landry and explained what we were looking for. It was late in the day and Tom stayed to show us the vehicles and explain the differences in the models. We had never been a Ford buyer before and we were looking to trade in our Lexus. Tom was very patient and took the time to tell and show us the different models. We were very impressed with his knowledge and Customer Service skills. We agreed to come back on Monday to review a few different models. Tom showed us 4 different cars that we were interested in and brought them to the front of the dealership for us to compare and make a decision. We spent several hours before we decided on a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve 2. Tom was outstanding throughout the entire process until we drove off with our new Lincoln Nautilus. Went in for an oil change and a recall everything was done very satisfactory on time. I waited for the vehicle and it was done within a couple hours.

I didn't start the day planning to buy a new truck but my old truck engine light came on and after a bit of math decided to trade up. Online inventory was easy and accurate so over to Welch I go. Mark in the used car department had me test driving the few I saw online in no time. Decisions were made and Craig and team made the buying experience quick. Very fair and honest experience. I purchased my Lincoln brand new in 2022, and for quite some time I had been convinced it would be my last—not because of the vehicle itself, but because of my experience with the local dealership. After repeated frustration with service and communication, I stopped bringing my vehicle there altogether and had not returned in well over a year. That changed when my car unexpectedly died and had to be towed to the dealership in the middle of the night. I expected another frustrating experience. Instead, I received a call first thing the next morning from my new service consultant, Mike Kulik From that moment on, the experience was completely different. Mike was responsive, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process. He understood that I needed my vehicle for an out-of-town trip Friday morning and made that deadline a priority. He kept me informed, ensured the recall-related issue that caused the problem was addressed along with several other items, and, once the work was completed, offered to have my car delivered to me Thursday afternoon so I would have one less thing to manage before my trip. Exceptional service is often less about grand gestures and more about communication, accountability, and anticipating what a customer needs. Mike did all three exceptionally well. My advice to the dealership is simple: find more Mikes—and take very good care of the one you have. People like him are the reason customers return, remain loyal to a brand, and become raving fans. Mike didn’t just take care of my car. He changed my opinion of the dealership and gave me a reason to reconsider whether this really has to be my last Lincoln.

Scheduled regular oil service and a transmission diagnostic since the power train warranty was due to expire in August on my 2021 F-150 Limited. Normally the dealership likes to have the truck left for the day. Since my wife is unable to drive due to medical issues, I informed Rob Stuckey I would have to wait. Rob was able to expedite the oil service, transmission diagnostics, and transmission programming updates efficiently, completed the service, and had me processed within 3 hours wait time. Less than expected. Appreciated the attention by Rob and also Tracy Green for the Quick Lube oil service to make my wait time very reasonable for the work performed.

A problem had with my vehicle was covered under the extended warranty. They only problem was getting the people from the extended warranty to make contact back to OC Welsh. Rob continued to make contact with the warranty agent until the problem was finally resolved. He did a great job and I want to thank him.

Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

As in the past the service I received what’s five stars. Everyone was courteous and kept me informed of the status.

Service personnel kept me informed of the progress on my car which I appreciated. My only cues I was told the windshield wipers and the cabin air filter needed replaced. I said I would do that myself only to find out that the cabin air filter had been replaced by the technician at a cost to me.

Finance closing process needs to be much more efficient and timely. Paul is personally good to work with, but process needs to be far more efficient.

I had purchased some after market bumpers at the time of purchase. My salesman quit and Chip Welch organized everything for me and followed through with me during the whole process. I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns.
