Sam Elliott was great too work with and so was everyone else I interacted with at O.C. Welch. Very satisfied with my experience with Sam and O.C. Welch from customer service to very fair trade in value. I can't recommend this dealership enough this was my first and only stop when purchasing a car!

Meredith at the service desk was so nice- she walked with me to pay since I was wearing a boot to make sure I did not get lost. Tracy was the manager who jumped right in informing the service team of the style of tires I needed since did not have in stock. She ordered them and the FORD courtesy driver, Mark was helpful in getting my home. Tires on and oil change done by 4pm- received a call and the car was ready. All personnel that I met were courteous and friendly. Very pleased with OC Ford.

Just went through a recall repair with OC Welch. They did a good job working through this with both myself and getting the part from Lincoln. They were kind enough to bring me the loaner car and also bring my vehicle back to my house.

My Ranger started to malfunction. I had it towed to OC Welch. The friendly staff advised me on repairs times. They said it could take 4 to 7 days to complete the repair. It took 3 days. The whole process was seamless. My Ranger is working well!

October 2025. Excellent service as usual. See comments below. September 2025. The quick lane service manager, Tracy worked us in . We had a tire sensor failed. She was able to take care of that and an oil change that was coming due soon. OC Welch and his service team are always a pleasure to work with. 2025 best dealer and service in country. 2025. Another fast and professional job done at quick lane! 2025- Oc Welch maintenance crew excellent! Had a recall fixed on 2022 escape. Great job . Jody in payments had all paperwork ready to go Oc Welch dealership is the best i have ever used. Still great service and still working on a tricky warranty issue Fixed recall in timely manner. 2024. Always great service and sales at OC Welch Ford 2023, OC Welch has the best ford dealership ever. From his extensive inventory to world class service, this is the place to go. Don't worry if you can't find a place to park, give the staff your keys and they will park your trade while you find a new Ford. Need at GT 500 mustang, he probably has a few. 2022. Even in this economy OC Welch STILL brings super deals on all vehicles on the lot. 4th car buying experience from OC from 2015 - 2017! A pleasure working with Dave Hines. He will get any possible incentives for you. Again great experience working with professionals! Service after the sale is excellent I give O C Welch a 5 star rating, because I can't give him a 10! Best ford inventory anywhere. Dave Hines truly looks out for you. He is the sales manager. He knew what I was looking for and we got my son in a mustang GT and my wife in a New Fusion. They are more than fair. Also I have never been to the dealership when O C was not there. If you ever have an issue or a question, no matter how small it is he will take the time to find out what you need. The service department is excellent! They have the service in 2 flavors, quick lube and full service. If you just need an oil change and tires rotated, go to the quick lube, no appointment necessary. They do all the work as expected and get you in and out in no time. I have only had to use the warranty department once with my 2014 F150 and that was a radio speaker. Called on monday had it ordered and installed by wednesday.

Keisha at the cashier desk saved me so much money. She was able to get my points applied even though they expired one week ago, I didn't even know that was possible. Thank you very much. Meredith was super helpful when I came in for a new tire, from the phone call before I arrived to the service i received when I showed up. I wish I got the technicians name but he was friendly and helpful as well. He told me he's only 19 but I forgot to ask his name, very nice guy and helpful. Thank you to the entire team that helped me today!

My wife and I just purchased new Lincolns from OC Welch and the experience could not have been better. Tom Landry, Craig Redker and Paul Tindall were terrific to work with throughout the entire purchase and delivery process. Special recognition to Kate Porter, who is the Title Clerk for the dealership. Due to a small mis-communication I received a new plate for one of the vehicles in the mail after the purchase which was unexpected as we intended to keep the old plate which you can do in South Carolina. Thanks to her introductory note that we received after the purchase of the vehicle (which was a very nice touch by O.C. Welch) I reached out to Kate for her assistance. She immediately took action and gave me direction on what to do. After returning the plate to Ms. Porter she worked out the return and all necessary actions with the DMV which would have taken me hours if not days to correct. My hats off to Kate for this great, exemplary work! I highly recommend O.C. Welch and his team for the purchase of a new Ford or Lincoln, or a pre-owned vehicle.

After hearing from our Ford dealership in TN that there was an internal oil leak in the power train, but were unable to find the issue, we took it to OC Welch in Hardeeville, SC while we were in town. They actually took the whole motor out and found the issue and fixed it under warranty! Our service advisor , Jody Abar, kept us informed through the whole process. He also fixed two recalls on our Explorer while it was there. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Would highly recommend this service department. Five star rating for Jody Abar and the mechanics.

Came to dealership with one specific car in mind that we had seen on the website. Jason Garcia was our salesperson (along with some talks with Chip Welch as well). We negotiated what we feel to be a fair price. Sadly there was a very recent recall that Ford had issued and this car was included. They immediately got the recall issue handled, the car was detailed and we picked it up in under 2 days! Completely satisfied with our experience!

Gabe (Service Rep) was professional and friendly...The service was completed with minimal wait time, and included a multipoint safety inspection, vacuuming and car wash.

This was a five star experience from the moment Jason Garcia greeted me. He made me feel comforted while making my selection. There was no pressure to buy a model I was not sure about. While I was deciding which suv I wanted. Chip appraised my truck. He didn’t just give me a number that a book told him to value it at. Like other dealers had done. He took everything I had done to the truck into consideration when he made his offer to me. He gave me a solid price that I was very happy with. I left the dealership very satisfied with my trade value and the purchase price. I live almost 2 hours from OC Welch and have 4 Ford dealerships in my area. This was the second truck I have purchased from OC Welch and with a team like Jason and Chip helping me, it will not be the last.

Keith Randall helped me find the right car for my wife and our first child. At no point did I feel pressured to be forced into something. I came in for a different car but it was already sold. Absolutely terrible customer service in the service department. Takes 3 days to get an oil change, even when an appointment is scheduled and they still won't call you back. Over 20 phone calls before I finally called the receptionist and she had to walk back to the service department before they would pick up the phone. I will drive over 100 miles to purchase my next vehicle just because of the poor service department. Why make customers schedule an appointment, when O.C. Welch won't do any service on your vehicle on the appointment day (we actually dropped our car off the night before). O.C. Welch does not care whatsoever about its customers.

Just a quick thank you to all of you for the quick and efficient service we received on our Lincoln Nautilus yesterday. John Evans thank you for attempting to help us troubleshoot the battery issue we were having with our car on the phone and finally deciding that a quick diagnostic of the battery would give us a better idea of what was going on. You were very responsive to our needs as we would be traveling again by car and getting us in so quickly for service was greatly appreciated. Upon arriving to speak with you, you had already filled Tom Landry in and he tried a few more possibilities to solve our battery issue. Since the issue was still not resolved, Tom brought us over to Service where we had the pleasure of working with Steven LaPier. Tom thank you also for following up with us later that day to make sure that all was good with our battery. Thank you Steven for all your help. You promised us an answer within 1 hour and you delivered. The battery was bad and couldn't hold a charge. From our arrival to our departure, we were on our way with a new battery within 1 1/2 hrs and a car wash. You all made our visit to Service a pleasure. It is why we remain loyal customers.

The purchasing experience was pretty easy, but the lot is absolutely stuffed with vehicles. There's no clear paths or parking spots. There's no rhyme or reason to the layout of vehicles other than 'trucks are over here and over there, Broncos are all over the place and other stuff is mixed in somewhere'. The showroom was also absolutely stuffed with vehicles making it difficult to get to sales desks or just leisurly walk around. There's a lot of extremely cool vehicles in the showroom, but it's too crowded. The place appeared overly busy, or short staffed I couldn't tell. Employees were sitting at desks but others were running all over the place. Again my experience was positive, but the environment wasn't as comfortable as other dealerships. I guess I'd just prefer the old days. Rows of similar model vehicles, easy to look through. Go see Sam! He worked hard to dig out the vehicles I asked to test drive, he was able to answer questions easily and not like a trained puppet. He obviously enjoyed what he was doing.

Went for an oil change on my F150 and the service at this Hardeeville location was nothing short of amazing. The service was way faster than expected. They got me in and out in 45mins!!! The staff members were very welcoming, very helpful, friendly, kind and very accommodating being that I was planning to sit and wait for the vehicle! Special thanks to employee, Meredith R. over in the Quick Lane Service Center, she was very helpful with everything from the moment I walked in the doors up til the moment I left. This location offers multiple waiting rooms and a café that serves breakfast and lunch! They even have nice clean bathrooms which is always a plus in my opinion! I highly recommend this location for all your service needs!!!

We were interested in buying a used or new Lincoln Nautilus so we stopped at OC Welch to have a look at their inventory. We were met by Tom Landry and explained what we were looking for. It was late in the day and Tom stayed to show us the vehicles and explain the differences in the models. We had never been a Ford buyer before and we were looking to trade in our Lexus. Tom was very patient and took the time to tell and show us the different models. We were very impressed with his knowledge and Customer Service skills. We agreed to come back on Monday to review a few different models. Tom showed us 4 different cars that we were interested in and brought them to the front of the dealership for us to compare and make a decision. We spent several hours before we decided on a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve 2. Tom was outstanding throughout the entire process until we drove off with our new Lincoln Nautilus. We are both seniors and this is by far the best experience we’ve ever had in buying a vehicle. So I rarely leave reviews for and I have never left a review for a car dealership company and in the end I didn’t even buy a car from but the crew at this dealership is special. They treated like they were selling a vehicle to a family member or a friend. From the salesperson (Carolina DaSilva )who meant in the lot while I was looking at the use Navigators they had. I worked with her supervisor Paul Mitchell who really understood my predicament with my current which was a vehicle broken down in a dealership across the street. Paul took the time to listen to me express my frustrations as I was there in Hilton head on vacation stuck in a rental vehicle. They work with me and my wife find a vehicle that we really loved. Their sale manger Craig Redker who helped them work up a deal on the Navigator we were looking to buy. They went above and beyond to go across the street to test drive my current vehicle which was no easy task. They then had me work with Paul Tindall the finance Manager who truly cares about the people he is helping get auto financing. Paul was fantastic and went the extra 10 miles to help me work out a fabulous financing deal. He was very informative walking through every step. They helped me wrap the negative equity from my current vehicle into the financing. . It was the most outstanding serving I have had in buying a vehicle in my 50 plus years and over 15 car I have purchased. I wished they were my local dealship they would get my business every time. This is what every car dealer stride to achieve and they did it effortlessly. If you looking to find that family dealership where you are treated with respect and like a family or friend please give OC Welch an opportunity to show you what they can do for you. We drove up from Central Florida to pick up a new truck. As we were leaving, our Bronco got a alarm for low tire. Thankfully I was still here at dealership and the service department manager Tracy said no problem we will get you right in a d looked at. Bronco picked up a tire on SC roads. The tire team got the tire fixed and I will be back on the road shortly. Tracy was so understanding that I needed it fixed as soon as possible- 4 hour drive ahead of me. Tracy and everyone I have encountered here at OC Welch has been friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the drive for the top notch service and sales.

Tracy and Landon greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I explained what service I needed they did an inspection of my vehicle brought me out my cabin air filter that was extremely dirty so I had them replace that at the same time. No pressure and they were very quick with the service.

Jamie Kirk called us before we arrived, listened to our considerations and guided us through our evaluation - including test driving three different vehicles. We made our selection and Craig Redeker put everything together for us offering multiple options. Then we sat with Paul Tindall and selected some additional coverages that made sense for us. All three of these gentlemen were professional, diligent, and patient - even though we kept them very late on July 4th eve to accommodate our schedule. I purchased my Lincoln brand new in 2022, and for quite some time I had been convinced it would be my last—not because of the vehicle itself, but because of my experience with the local dealership. After repeated frustration with service and communication, I stopped bringing my vehicle there altogether and had not returned in well over a year. That changed when my car unexpectedly died and had to be towed to the dealership in the middle of the night. I expected another frustrating experience. Instead, I received a call first thing the next morning from my new service consultant, Mike Kulik From that moment on, the experience was completely different. Mike was responsive, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process. He understood that I needed my vehicle for an out-of-town trip Friday morning and made that deadline a priority. He kept me informed, ensured the recall-related issue that caused the problem was addressed along with several other items, and, once the work was completed, offered to have my car delivered to me Thursday afternoon so I would have one less thing to manage before my trip. Exceptional service is often less about grand gestures and more about communication, accountability, and anticipating what a customer needs. Mike did all three exceptionally well. My advice to the dealership is simple: find more Mikes—and take very good care of the one you have. People like him are the reason customers return, remain loyal to a brand, and become raving fans. Mike didn’t just take care of my car. He changed my opinion of the dealership and gave me a reason to reconsider whether this really has to be my last Lincoln.

Scheduled regular oil service and a transmission diagnostic since the power train warranty was due to expire in August on my 2021 F-150 Limited. Normally the dealership likes to have the truck left for the day. Since my wife is unable to drive due to medical issues, I informed Rob Stuckey I would have to wait. Rob was able to expedite the oil service, transmission diagnostics, and transmission programming updates efficiently, completed the service, and had me processed within 3 hours wait time. Less than expected. Appreciated the attention by Rob and also Tracy Green for the Quick Lube oil service to make my wait time very reasonable for the work performed.

A problem had with my vehicle was covered under the extended warranty. They only problem was getting the people from the extended warranty to make contact back to OC Welsh. I was able to get in touch with Sam Elliott and in less than 15 minutes we had what we were looking for. Tonya was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was so kind and had fantastic communication with us. We are staying in Sea Pines, on family vacation from Virginia, and as you can imagine, a non- functioning car with our three kids is not ideal during our special family time. I sincerely thank everyone from the service team to the techs to Tonya for squeezing us in so we can have a functioning APIM module during our long drive home. I was very thankful for the opportunity to utilize the Lincoln service team, because our local Ford dealership (Sheehey) does not have that option. It was of great value and I would absolutely return to this location again!! Craig's knowledge, patience, and polite disposition make it happen. The process moves along smoothly thanks to Sales Consultant, Paul Mitchell, taking care of the many details that are involved in changing cars. Paul's immediate attention to these tasks with such speed and knowledge kept things moving along without a hitch. Very prompt. They took me right in and was very quick in doing the work. Had a recall but was told it would not pull up so will be redone at. A later date. Only thing when I got home and read over paper work it did not say tires were rotated even though coupon said they would be.

Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns.
