I just wanted to say my experience with O.C Welch Ford-Lincoln was a great experience. I dealt directly with O.C. and he was absolutely amazing. O.C. really has the best interest of the customer and he put together a deal that saved me about $8,000 versus JC Lewis Ford and the entire process from start to finish took about 1 hour. It was amazing. O.C. is very down to earth and easy to work with. The rest of the staff, including Chris Black the Finance Manager was great as well. Chris has the paperwork process down to a T. Great work team O.C.!!!

Overall the process was quick and easy. Appreciate the service provided. The only negative thing I have to say is before buying the truck I told the salesman there was a nail in the tire and it needed to be fixed before I purchased the truck. Two weeks later I drive 5 hours to purchase the truck on a Friday and requested to pick it up on Sunday. (Dealership is closed on Sunday) when I arrive the nail is still in the tire. So it’s either leave truck and drive back 5 hours again or take the truck and pay to have it fixed myself. After getting the truck to the shop there were actually nails in both rear tires. Assuming they came from the construction they were doing on the facility.

Completely booked, three members from the Welch Ford Service Department came out with a system tester that pin-pointed the problem as a battery issue due to numerous error codes. They cleared the codes, checked the battery, and provided great advice to ensure the codes did not reappear. And the best part, they did not charge me anything! The Service Department is truly outstanding and I thank them for taking the time to resolve this issue. I highly recommend them for your vehicle service needs.

Just moving to SC decided it was time to trade in my fusion for a convertible. Visited OC Welch and was surprised to find exactly what I wanted at a fair price. My Salesperson Devin Fry was amazing from the beginning of the process straight through to driving it off the lot this morning. Chris, in the finance dept was also helpful and knowledgeable and very much appreciated. The whole process was seamless and I highly recommend the dealership and their staff.

I bought my Explorer last year from O.C. Welch and had a really good experience with my salesman and the gentleman who handled the paperwork portion BUT it is the Quick Lane Department that has handled ALL of the service for my explorer and my husband's F250 that has been awesome. Ms. Tracy Green is a awesome asset for O.C. Welch - She has the best customer service attitude which makes my car maintenance visits pleasurable! Thank you for always taking care of Lance & me with our service needs Tracy!!!!

Before buying my car, I went alone to do a test drive to decide which car was right for me and my family, and that’s when I met Seth, who was very kind and answered all my questions with great patience. A week later, I went back with my husband to start the financing process, and Seth was very friendly and efficient throughout. We’re very happy with our new car and very grateful to him because he made the whole process quick and easy.

I recently purchased a F150 from OC. This was my first purchase from a dealership so I was a little weary. Trish Mittelbronn in the used sales department took away all my worries. She was really on top of everything and also has great communication skills. The manager, Joe was also extremely helpful. Andres in the finance department is also very knowledgeable and seamless. We recently had our Lincoln Aviator serviced at O.C. Welch. The process was amazing. The service Manager Gabe Elias was in touch with us from beginning to end. He called us to set up the appointment; then called to organizer the loaner; then called to inform us about the maintenance work done and called again to tell us that the car was being deliverd to our house. I have never had such good service as experienced thru Gabe Elias who is a 5 Star in my book . I have to take this opportunity to compliment Tom Landry Sales Manager at Linclon Welch who is another 5 Star person. Even though we purchased our car from Tom a few years ago he is always very polite , considerate and helps us to get our car washed and with any other interaction we are having for example he put us in touch with Gabe and started the whole process for us. Tom Landry is the person to see if you want to buy a Lincoln which incidently is an excellent vehicle. We will stay with Linclon's from O.C. Wrelch

This was my first experience in having my car serviced at OC Welch. Kayla was extremely helpful as was everyone else that I came in contact with. I well, have you send it? had thought that I made an appointment but I didn’t do it properly But they were able to get me in for service immediately, and I was in and out of there in less than an hour. New, Old Stock Imagine my good fortune when doing a search for a CPO Lincoln Nautilus. I had already test driven one and even though I live near Atlanta I did a nationwide search. I found a 2023 with 49 miles at O C Welch Lincoln. It checked enough boxes on my wishlist, so I called the dealership. The salesman verified the miles for me, so I immediately said I want it. The process to purchase and have it shipped to me was smooth and effortless. Any questions I had were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. Much to my surprise when my car arrived there was a 70” Samsung tv in the back. There was a promotion going on and I didn’t know it. Bonus! Went with a friend to pick up some new patrol cars for his local PD, we drove 5+ hours to get to OC Welch as they apparently keep the cars in stock AND have better pricing than could be found locally. I don't know the in's and out's of the patrol car business, but I can say, how many major car dealerships have you been to where you deal directly with the OWNER? First time I met him and I must say OC seems to be an excellent person to deal with. I was partly disappointed though, he wouldn't let me take the GT on a test drive .

I have a 2019 escape that I bought from this dealership on nov.3,2022 my check engine light came on brought it to this dealership and was told it would take 2-3 days for the part. After 3 calls and left messages I finally got a call back on 01/17/2023 I needed a loaner and was told all theirs waere pulled off line. I called on 01/26/ to schedule an appointment was told I would get a call back later that afternoon.Still no call and check engine light still on I would like to update this review I was contacted by Mr. Welch and he could not have been more helpful in resolving my situation. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and would not hesitate to buy again or recommend someone to this dealership.

Lovely folks here! We bought a Lincoln Nautilus, after visiting 4 different dealerships, driving 10 cars of different makes. We felt like it was a fair price (per KBB), and it was low pressure. No games. Even let us drive one of the cars we test drove to the Toyota dealership to try a used car OCW didn’t have in their used inventory. Our sales rep, Trisha, and sales mgr, Joe, were awesome! This is the 2nd used car I’ve purchased here, and both times were same experience.

I bought a pre-owned 2019 Lincoln Navigator from OC Welch, and the entire experience was excellent. Trish was incredibly helpful and made everything go smoothly. I had the vehicle shipped about 300 miles from the dealership, and it arrived just two days after I completed the payment. What really stood out was the price—OC Welch had the best deal in the Southeast. I checked several other dealerships, and they were the only ones who didn’t try to pad the price with unnecessary add-ons. They gave me a fair, honest, out-the-door price right from the start. If you’re considering buying from OC Welch, I highly recommend asking for Trish. She’s honest, responsive, and made the whole process easy.

2025. Another fast and professional job done at quick lane! 2025- Oc Welch maintenance crew excellent! Had a recall fixed on 2022 escape. Great job . Jody in payments had all paperwork ready to go Oc Welch dealership is the best i have ever used. Still great service and still working on a tricky warranty issue Fixed recall in timely manner. 2024. Always great service and sales at OC Welch Ford 2023, OC Welch has the best ford dealership ever. From his extensive inventory to world class service, this is the place to go. Don't worry if you can't find a place to park, give the staff your keys and they will park your trade while you find a new Ford. Need at GT 500 mustang, he probably has a few. 2022. Even in this economy OC Welch STILL brings super deals on all vehicles on the lot. 4th car buying experience from OC from 2015 - 2017! A pleasure working with Dave Hines. He will get any possible incentives for you. Again great experience working with professionals! Service after the sale is excellent I give O C Welch a 5 star rating, because I can't give him a 10! Best ford inventory anywhere. Dave Hines truly looks out for you. He is the sales manager. He knew what I was looking for and we got my son in a mustang GT and my wife in a New Fusion. They are more than fair. Also I have never been to the dealership when O C was not there. If you ever have an issue or a question, no matter how small it is he will take the time to find out what you need. The service department is excellent! They have the service in 2 flavors, quick lube and full service. If you just need an oil change and tires rotated, go to the quick lube, no appointment necessary. They do all the work as expected and get you in and out in no time. I have only had to use the warranty department once with my 2014 F150 and that was a radio speaker. Called on monday had it ordered and installed by wednesday.

Great customer service, excellent work performed. The service associate came to the house, completely checked out our 2024 expedition did a recall, and all was good. We are very appreciative that he came to the home where we didn’t have to take the car in. Definitely five out of five stars.

I called here about a recall on my vehicle that was causing serious issues. I spoke today with a young gentleman named Seth. He was very genuine and polite and assured me that my vehicle would be taken care of. To be honest I was upset when I called. I wanted anyone who reads this post and especially his boss to know that he is an asset to your company. He made my car issue his car issue. He calmed my anxiety. I was treated so respectfully and kindly. I can't say enough about what a wonderful interaction I had with him. He was knowledgeable, yet honest if he didn't know the answer. He connected me with people who did. I asked him if he was a car salesman because when I purchase my next vehicle, it will be through him no matter where he is working. This man is a gem! I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and a recall that needed to be checked on a 2024 Ford Escape. Jody Abar, Quicklane Advisor, took care of the scheduling, welcomed me to the dealership, reviewed what would be done, including a new cabin filter due at the mileage I have on the car. An hour later, I was on my way. The charges were exactly what Jody had quoted when I scheduled. Everyone at the dealership was kind and helpful but Jody goes over and above! Thanks, Jody!

My experience is with salesman they call Ian! This man sold me a 2025 Bronco Sport! Ian jumped through hoops to make me happy, he was there every step of way. He must have showed me 10 vehicles before I decided on the one I wanted, the paper work he got ready to go to the finance manger was great. Today I went over to see him about service, he did all he can do to explain the contract, he explained the contract to tee, brought me over to the finance manger and It was done I walked away with a smile. If possible, an overstocked inventory seemed to “hide” us from potential sales person interactions initially - lol. Sam Elliot was great to work with, very knowledgeable and did not pressure us. My only sincere complaint was the 2.5 wait to begin completing paperwork with Chris Black. Great for the business to have such a busy day, but not so fun for us though the coffee was a treat. Mr. O.C. himself was a true gentleman as well. I didn’t get my free Samsung UltraHD 72” television but, I understand that they are slated for those individuals willing to purchase a 2024 model vehicle. All the best to their team at O.C. We searched four other Ford dealerships nearby first, none had the specific color and trim level we were looking for in stock.

Having purchased two cars from O.C. before, I went to him asking for help on a Ford commercial truck that I had not purchased from him. He went to bat with Ford for me, and got the situation remedied. His service department did an excellent job replacing the entire diesel engine. I know where I will get my next commercial truck! And if I ever get any horses, I know what kind of truck I will use to pull the trailer.

I was visiting home from MS for the memorial day weekend, when my tail light went out. With an 8 hour drive ahead of me I wanted to have it fixed before I left the next day. Being that have a new vehicle with LED it is not as simple as a bulb replacement. I stopped in to see if by any chance they could squeeze me. Previously back in December I when I was visiting I had tried to make an appointment and they were backed up for a month so I had low expectations of getting in. Brian helped me, took a look at the taillight, ensured they had the part in stock, and got it done within 45 mins. Super grateful for his willingness to help me out and the service techs for taking on an unexpected appointment, even if it was easy I know their schedules are not always that flexible

I made my first appointment for an oil change and tire rotation through their online portal, which was very convenient. My appointment was handled by Miss Meredith and Miss Jody, and they were both lovely and prompt to work with. I was in and out in less than one hour, and I can’t say enough good things about how professional they execute their service. Thank you!

I ordered a new truck from O.C. Welch. He was fantastic to work with, extremely polite and happy to personally help me out. The whole experience from ordering to delivery was fantastic. He and Ford kept me informed during the entire process. When my truck was delivered, he personally welcomed me in at the dealership and got me all taken care of. The other staff members were great too. Miguel helped me setup my ford pass and connect to my truck. Gerald did a great job assisting me with financing and warranty options. Overall, the process was fantastic. I highly recommend O.C. Welch if you need a vehicle. We came into test drive Bronco Outerbanks Sasquatch but found that the last one had just been sold. Out salesman Charles Derrer was exceptional in explaining the different Bronco models and explained all of the features of the Bronco Raptor. We test drove a 2025 Braptor and really like the ride as compared to some Jeeps we had recently yes drove. Then as he was drilling through his computer a pre owned Raptor on the custom Code Orange paint popped up. We requested to look at it and was love at first site. My wife knew instantly this is what we wanted! Charles did a good job of building our confidence and we decided to make the purchase on the spot. He seamlessly prepared the paperwork and then introduced us to Chris Black, Finance Manager. Our overall experience with Charles and the staff was excellent and continued through to the delivery of the vehicle.

Came in to the used car side just after a thunderstorm. Thely Daust didn’t mind walking the lot looking for a certain vehicle in the rain. Found the vehicle which was close to closing time. I live 3 hours south of the dealership, they sent a driver to pick me up to bring me to the dealership. Easy transaction and salesperson Thely was great to deal with.

Wow how dealerships have changed The inside on this dealership is more of a museum than a dealership. Dun to look at but where are the sales people. We found ours out side as we were looking at a vehicle. If it get busy sales staff is short handed so be patient. Everyone is friendly and helpful. No pressure sales Great prices and lots of options to finance. And yes we did purchase a vehicle thanks Sam.

The service was great. A loaner was dropped off and my vehicle was brought in for service. Received it back the following day. I was a little disappointed that I was charged twenty two some odd dollars for Milage. I was told that for 2 days, I was allowed 200 miles. I personally drove 176. I did not think that I should be charged for mileage accumulated from the dealer to my house and back

My Husband and I traded in our vehicle while we were vacationing from Maine. We could not be more pleased with the service from Sam Elliott and Paul Landry, as well as other team members who helped to entertain us in between paperwork, etc. Sam and Paul are extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. They were transparent, and we felt very much like they were giving us the best possible deal. We are extremely happy with our Lincoln aviator, which was a significant upgrade for us. The major bonus was we never would’ve found a vehicle like this in the northeast and certainly not with the incredible 1.99% interest rate from Lincoln and the incredible bumper-to-bumper warranty package. I purchased my Lincoln brand new in 2022, and for quite some time I had been convinced it would be my last—not because of the vehicle itself, but because of my experience with the local dealership. After repeated frustration with service and communication, I stopped bringing my vehicle there altogether and had not returned in well over a year. That changed when my car unexpectedly died and had to be towed to the dealership in the middle of the night. I expected another frustrating experience. Instead, I received a call first thing the next morning from my new service consultant, Mike Kulik From that moment on, the experience was completely different. Mike was responsive, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process. He understood that I needed my vehicle for an out-of-town trip Friday morning and made that deadline a priority. He kept me informed, ensured the recall-related issue that caused the problem was addressed along with several other items, and, once the work was completed, offered to have my car delivered to me Thursday afternoon so I would have one less thing to manage before my trip. Exceptional service is often less about grand gestures and more about communication, accountability, and anticipating what a customer needs. Mike did all three exceptionally well. My advice to the dealership is simple: find more Mikes—and take very good care of the one you have. People like him are the reason customers return, remain loyal to a brand, and become raving fans. Mike didn’t just take care of my car. He changed my opinion of the dealership and gave me a reason to reconsider whether this really has to be my last Lincoln.

Scheduled regular oil service and a transmission diagnostic since the power train warranty was due to expire in August on my 2021 F-150 Limited. Normally the dealership likes to have the truck left for the day. Since my wife is unable to drive due to medical issues, I informed Rob Stuckey I would have to wait. Rob was able to expedite the oil service, transmission diagnostics, and transmission programming updates efficiently, completed the service, and had me processed within 3 hours wait time. Less than expected. Appreciated the attention by Rob and also Tracy Green for the Quick Lube oil service to make my wait time very reasonable for the work performed.

A problem had with my vehicle was covered under the extended warranty. They only problem was getting the people from the extended warranty to make contact back to OC Welsh. Rob continued to make contact with the warranty agent until the problem was finally resolved. He did a great job and I want to thank him.

We were looking for a new truck with a similar trim package to my husband's current truck (F-150 XLT). I was able to get in touch with Sam Elliott and in less than 15 minutes we had what we were looking for. Tonya was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was so kind and had fantastic communication with us. We are staying in Sea Pines, on family vacation from Virginia, and as you can imagine, a non- functioning car with our three kids is not ideal during our special family time. I sincerely thank everyone from the service team to the techs to Tonya for squeezing us in so we can have a functioning APIM module during our long drive home. I was very thankful for the opportunity to utilize the Lincoln service team, because our local Ford dealership (Sheehey) does not have that option. It was of great value and I would absolutely return to this location again!! We have already called our local dealership back home and they have ordered the APIM module so it can be replaced next week. Thank you for the fantastic customer service and experience!

Craig's knowledge, patience, and polite disposition make it happen. The process moves along smoothly thanks to Sales Consultant, Paul Mitchell, taking care of the many details that are involved in changing cars. Paul's immediate attention to these tasks with such speed and knowledge kept things moving along without a hitch. Very prompt. They took me right in and was very quick in doing the work. Had a recall but was told it would not pull up so will be redone at. A later date. Only thing when I got home and read over paper work it did not say tires were rotated even though coupon said they would be.

Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. Service personnel kept me informed of the progress on my car which I appreciated. My only cues I was told the windshield wipers and the cabin air filter needed replaced. I said I would do that myself only to find out that the cabin air filter had been replaced by the technician at a cost to me.

I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns.
