Bought a new truck from OC Welch a couple weeks ago and it was the most stress free car buying experience I've had. 10/10 would recommend. The staff was well informed and very helpful. I purchased out of North Georgia, completed the entire transaction remotely. Spent less than an hour at the dealership for pick up. They even offered to deliver to my doorstep to keep me from having to travel. Great experience overall!

The replacement part (driver’s side mirror) was extremely expensive but the customer service from Kayla was great. She kept me informed about the delivery of the part, getting the part painted and scheduling the installation. Managing my expectations and the timing of everything was very helpful.

We stopped into the dealership to take I look at the Bronco while we were in town. We connected with Ian Compton at the dealership. Ian walked us through The different models and helped us facilitate a trade-in on our Chevy Silverado into a new Bronco Raptor. He helped make sure the transaction went through seamlessly and quickly. The whole crew at the dealership did a very nice job.

Ian Compton was very helpful right off the bat - even though he was scheduled for an appointment that would arrive any moment. Throughout the day, he effortlessly handled multiple vehicle purchases at once while simultaneously ensuring each customer received the tailored experience they needed. This is the second time I've gotten my oil changed with OC Welch. And both times each of the staff I have encountered have been very friendly & knowledgeable. Both times I have chosen to wait on my vehicle and it was a minimal wait. Great staff.

We are traveling and 1500 miles from home when our 22 Ram 2500 started acting up. Lost confidence in the Ram to get us home so we started looking at other brands. The people at OC Welch were so helpful and accommodating,.even let us take a new truck overnight for a test drive. I couldn't be happier with our new F-350 and the service from OC Welch. Our sales rep Ian was great, as were the rest of the staff! 5 stars!!!

I took a relative’s car in for some recall work and some routine and other necessary service. Unfortunately, the recall parts weren’t there when I arrived, and that was a disappointing situation as I had a 45 minute drive each way. However, the routine service was done and thankfully the car was brought back to us. They re-ordered the recall parts and we returned the car to the service department once they arrived. Again, they delivered the car to us as we were unable to return to the dealership when it was done. All in all, we found that they are willing to go the extra mile for their customers! Bravo!

I had been considering a new Bronco when they reintroduced it to the market place. I had one, an. early 1970 model and have looked seriously at them for a couple of months. I looked over the inventory O.C. Welch had and decided on the Badlands version with a V6, 10 speed transmission. One I had in the F150 I traded in. So far I am learning all the various technologies and the vehicle owners guide. Excited to put the Bronco to the test of its capabilities. Going to be a fun transition from a truck to a SUV! Thanks Jacob for making the transaction work.

I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime and dealt with many salesmen. Sam Dean was unbelievable from the time I made the phone call until the time I picked up the truck. 2025- Oc Welch maintenance crew excellent! Had a recall fixed on 2022 escape. Great job . Jody in payments had all paperwork ready to go Oc Welch dealership is the best i have ever used. Still great service and still working on a tricky warranty issue Fixed recall in timely manner. 2024. Always great service and sales at OC Welch Ford 2023, OC Welch has the best ford dealership ever. From his extensive inventory to world class service, this is the place to go. Don't worry if you can't find a place to park, give the staff your keys and they will park your trade while you find a new Ford. Need at GT 500 mustang, he probably has a few. 2022. Even in this economy OC Welch STILL brings super deals on all vehicles on the lot. 4th car buying experience from OC from 2015 - 2017! A pleasure working with Dave Hines. He will get any possible incentives for you. Again great experience working with professionals! Service after the sale is excellent I give O C Welch a 5 star rating, because I can't give him a 10! Best ford inventory anywhere. Dave Hines truly looks out for you. He is the sales manager. He knew what I was looking for and we got my son in a mustang GT and my wife in a New Fusion. They are more than fair. Also I have never been to the dealership when O C was not there. If you ever have an issue or a question, no matter how small it is he will take the time to find out what you need. The service department is excellent! They have the service in 2 flavors, quick lube and full service. If you just need an oil change and tires rotated, go to the quick lube, no appointment necessary. They do all the work as expected and get you in and out in no time. I have only had to use the warranty department once with my 2014 F150 and that was a radio speaker. Called on monday had it ordered and installed by wednesday.

I am very happy with the help that Jeff & Tracy. The sensor was not ordered, so I had to wait until they went out to get what was needed. From a short stay it ended up an hour half later before the car was fixed. Normally my service before was always good.

I stopped by O. C. Welch Ford recently. The first thing I noticed was the huge inventory available. Upon entering I was greeted by a gentleman who guided me along. Every person I met was extremely polite and helpful. I did notice that Mr. Welch himself was also very heavily involved with supporting the community which greatly influences my decisions! My Husband and I traded in our vehicle while we were vacationing from Maine. We could not be more pleased with the service from Sam Elliott and Paul Landry, as well as other team members who helped to entertain us in between paperwork, etc. Sam and Paul are extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. They were transparent, and we felt very much like they were giving us the best possible deal. We are extremely happy with our Lincoln aviator, which was a significant upgrade for us. The major bonus was we never would’ve found a vehicle like this in the northeast and certainly not with the incredible 1.99% interest rate from Lincoln and the incredible bumper-to-bumper warranty package. Was driving to the Savannah Airport June 8th for a flight to Atlanta and then onto Albuquerque when my low tire pressure warning light came on. Indicated 26 psi in the right rear tire. Was able to get to O.C. Welch Quick Lane. Robert Johnson responded quickly and proceeded to check for a puncture while Tracy Green (Mgr.) prepared the paperwork. Tire was repaired very quickly and they got me back on the road to the airport. Made my flight easily. Many thanks for the quick attention and service.

Needed to get wiper blades. In and out in under 5 mins. Gabe was quick, fast, and personable. I somehow waited until the last minute to schedule my oil change and got extremely notice at the warning signal that my oil life was decreasing daily. Scheduled regular oil service and a transmission diagnostic since the power train warranty was due to expire in August on my 2021 F-150 Limited. Normally the dealership likes to have the truck left for the day. Since my wife is unable to drive due to medical issues, I informed Rob Stuckey I would have to wait. Rob was able to expedite the oil service, transmission diagnostics, and transmission programming updates efficiently, completed the service, and had me processed within 3 hours wait time. Less than expected. Appreciated the attention by Rob and also Tracy Green for the Quick Lube oil service to make my wait time very reasonable for the work performed.

We are staying in Sea Pines, on family vacation from Virginia, and as you can imagine, a non- functioning car with our three kids is not ideal during our special family time. Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Finance closing process needs to be much more efficient and timely. Paul is personally good to work with, but process needs to be far more efficient.

I had purchased some after market bumpers at the time of purchase. My salesman quit and Chip Welch organized everything for me and followed through with me during the whole process. I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. As a returning customer - third vehicle in seven year - I do wish they would improve upon the final process of the deal - it takes far too long to complete the deal once arriving at the dealership. We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. I have not had a problem since. 10 stars I highly recommend.
