Tom Landry at OC Welsh Lincoln was an exceptional sales associate. He was in constant contact with me and found the exterior and interior colors that I was looking for. This morning we had a very nice visit with Paul Mitchell who was very happy to help us drive a Lincoln Nautilus. I have never met a nicer - absolutely no pressure- salesman, and I have dealt with 100s of salespeople in my lifetime. If you go to this Lincoln dealer, we recommend you ask for Paul.

After 11 years, I decided to trade in my 2015 F150 for a smaller Maverick. I met Thely Daust at O C Welch who spent hours showing me both new and late model Mavericks on their lot. Thely spent hours helping me narrow my selection and then working with her sales manager to arrive at a deal which we both agreed to. I was very happy to drive away in my “new” 2025 Maverick. We were interested in buying a used or new Lincoln Nautilus so we stopped at OC Welch to have a look at their inventory. We were met by Tom Landry and explained what we were looking for. It was late in the day and Tom stayed to show us the vehicles and explain the differences in the models. We had never been a Ford buyer before and we were looking to trade in our Lexus. Tom was very patient and took the time to tell and show us the different models. We were very impressed with his knowledge and Customer Service skills. We agreed to come back on Monday to review a few different models. Tom showed us 4 different cars that we were interested in and brought them to the front of the dealership for us to compare and make a decision. We spent several hours before we decided on a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve 2. Tom was outstanding throughout the entire process until we drove off with our new Lincoln Nautilus. We are both seniors and this is by far the best experience we’ve ever had in buying a vehicle. I apologize for the long review but it is important to call out outstanding Customer Service and Tom Landry has it. Thanks again Tom for switching us to a Lincoln customer. I didn't start the day planning to buy a new truck but my old truck engine light came on and after a bit of math decided to trade up. Online inventory was easy and accurate so over to Welch I go. Mark in the used car department had me test driving the few I saw online in no time. Decisions were made and Craig and team made the buying experience quick. Very fair and honest experience. I was hoping for a 4 hour process and it sure felt faster than that. Love my new truck. Drives amazing. Thanks Mark.

I purchased a cream puff of a 2004 Lincoln Ultimate in July, 2026. I dealt mostly with Paul Mitchell who is a hassle free professional. Every one I dealt with made this sale a seamless, e z & comfortable experience. This was not a big ticket sale. Surprisingly & happily Mr. Mitchell touches base with me periodically to see how the car & I are doing. I live in Charleston area. The drive to Hardeeville was well worth it. Most likey, I will drive to Hardeeville to have to have the O.C. Welch service department do scheduled preventive maintenance. Where ever you are in southeast S.C. or northeast Georgia, give O.C. Purchased a truck from OC Welch Ford through a salesmen named Charles. He answered my long list of questions and provided me with a lot of confidence throughout the deal with his relaxed approach. The sales manager and finance manger - both named Chris - were a pleasure to deal with as well. We drove from Greenville to make this purchase and by the time we got there, the truck was detailed and paperwork was laid out and ready to go. Overall it was a great experience and I valued the fact that not one person from this dealership pushed any warranties or extras. I left feeling great about my purchase.

Sam was extremely helpful and on August 18,2026 he sold us a 2022 Lincoln Nautilus. We spoke to him a very days earlier on the phone and told him what we were looking for and he looked quickly through their inventory and found one. Sam answered our questions, he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak to, with that being said we drove over 200 miles to look at this car. What a great experience. Sales consultant, Carolina, helped us find the right vehicle for us. She was very patient and kept a positive, friendly attitude. They provided me with all of the service history and a list of maintance they had performed before listing it for sale. Plus, they provided me with a very detailed inspection they had done on the vehicle (I purchased a used truck) It was very easy to negotiate price as well. So I rarely leave reviews for and I have never left a review for a car dealership company and in the end I didn’t even buy a car from but the crew at this dealership is special. They treated like they were selling a vehicle to a family member or a friend. From the salesperson (Carolina DaSilva )who meant in the lot while I was looking at the use Navigators they had. I worked with her supervisor Paul Mitchell who really understood my predicament with my current which was a vehicle broken down in a dealership across the street. Paul took the time to listen to me express my frustrations as I was there in Hilton head on vacation stuck in a rental vehicle. They work with me and my wife find a vehicle that we really loved. Their sale manger Craig Redker who helped them work up a deal on the Navigator we were looking to buy. They went above and beyond to go across the street to test drive my current vehicle which was no easy task. They then had me work with Paul Tindall the finance Manager who truly cares about the people he is helping get auto financing. Paul was fantastic and went the extra 10 miles to help me work out a fabulous financing deal. He was very informative walking through every step. They helped me wrap the negative equity from my current vehicle into the financing. . It was the most outstanding serving I have had in buying a vehicle in my 50 plus years and over 15 car I have purchased. I wished they were my local dealship they would get my business every time. This is what every car dealer stride to achieve and they did it effortlessly. If you looking to find that family dealership where you are treated with respect and like a family or friend please give OC Welch an opportunity to show you what they can do for you. In the end I didn’t purchase the vehicle and it was the first time in my life I felt bad about not giving them my business because they deserved getting it.

We were interested in buying a used or new Lincoln Nautilus so we stopped at OC Welch to have a look at their inventory. We were met by Tom Landry and explained what we were looking for. It was late in the day and Tom stayed to show us the vehicles and explain the differences in the models. We had never been a Ford buyer before and we were looking to trade in our Lexus. Tom was very patient and took the time to tell and show us the different models. We were very impressed with his knowledge and Customer Service skills. We agreed to come back on Monday to review a few different models. Tom showed us 4 different cars that we were interested in and brought them to the front of the dealership for us to compare and make a decision. We spent several hours before we decided on a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve 2. Tom was outstanding throughout the entire process until we drove off with our new Lincoln Nautilus. We are both seniors and this is by far the best experience we’ve ever had in buying a vehicle. I didn't start the day planning to buy a new truck but my old truck engine light came on and after a bit of math decided to trade up. Online inventory was easy and accurate so over to Welch I go. So I rarely leave reviews for and I have never left a review for a car dealership company and in the end I didn’t even buy a car from but the crew at this dealership is special. They treated like they were selling a vehicle to a family member or a friend. From the salesperson (Carolina DaSilva )who meant in the lot while I was looking at the use Navigators they had. I worked with her supervisor Paul Mitchell who really understood my predicament with my current which was a vehicle broken down in a dealership across the street. Paul took the time to listen to me express my frustrations as I was there in Hilton head on vacation stuck in a rental vehicle. They work with me and my wife find a vehicle that we really loved. Their sale manger Craig Redker who helped them work up a deal on the Navigator we were looking to buy. They went above and beyond to go across the street to test drive my current vehicle which was no easy task. They then had me work with Paul Tindall the finance Manager who truly cares about the people he is helping get auto financing. Paul was fantastic and went the extra 10 miles to help me work out a fabulous financing deal. He was very informative walking through every step. They helped me wrap the negative equity from my current vehicle into the financing. . It was the most outstanding serving I have had in buying a vehicle in my 50 plus years and over 15 car I have purchased. I wished they were my local dealship they would get my business every time. This is what every car dealer stride to achieve and they did it effortlessly. If you looking to find that family dealership where you are treated with respect and like a family or friend please give OC Welch an opportunity to show you what they can do for you. In the end I didn’t purchase the vehicle and it was the first time in my life I felt bad about not giving them my business because they deserved getting it.

Best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Drove over six hours round trip and would do it again. Had an appointment at 3 p.m., was a few minutes early, met at the door by Mr Welch and he had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service with friendly staff.

New 2023 Bronco Just traded our car with Neico at OCWelch Ford for a 2023 Bronco After driving new truck a couple of days fault occurred . Being a commercial HVAC Tech for over 40 year I understand the complexity of diagnosing & repairing communicating controls which are on most every machine or gadget made nowadays. Just want to send a shout out to the OC Welch Team!! Service Dept did an awesome job and kept me informed as they worked for a resolution. Turned out a faulty cable had to be isolated & then replaced. My salesman Neico stayed in communication with me also and assured me they were on the job. Good people Great service!! .

Our truck broke down on vacation in SC. OC Welsh was booked but they squeezed it in and got it fixed and running the same day. If they hadn’t we would have been stranded in SC for days. Thanks to them we were able to make it home safely.

Yesterday, Kelly Hall was exceptionally helpful to me. My Ford Explorer was getting 4 new tires installed. The night before, I had picked up my sister at Savannah Airport. Yesterday, she called and said she was missing a small bag. Could I check my Ford? Well, it was at your dealership! So I called Kelly Hall and asked if she could track down my car and look for the missing bag? She went out of her way, found the car and looked for the bag. She immediately reported back to me and said that it was not in the car. This was very helpful in narrowing down where the bag could be. Ultimately, my sister found the bag. Overall pretty nice experience. Russ and Joe T were the first two I dealt with. Both were nice and more than accommodating. Polly was great and Jeff rounded out the team to provide great customer service. The lot is very crowded though which made it tough to navigate, felt a little cramped.

I would like to say, we have purchased a number of Lincolns from O C Welch in Hardeeville SC over the years and this recent purchase was probably the best of the best due to the sales rep helping us, Mr. Andrew (Drew) Soto. Drew quickly (as in short time, not running)  approached me on the lot and he and I started off with a smile and a firm handshake and in 60 seconds we were searching for the car we wanted. Due to us searching the Lincoln web sites for information at several dealers within a 200 mile drive of home we had it narrowed down to a select few. As in previous years, (since 1993) we returned to O C Welch Lincoln to have our auto needs filled as well as for our Lincoln Pickup Truck. Still love and enjoy that MK LT. We did a test drive in each of the two vehicles we had previously decided on (Lincoln Corsair and Lincoln Nautilus) and quickly decided the Nautilus had pretty much the smooth, quiet ride as the MKS we traded in. Then the deal starts…. This experience is almost always trying or tasking (at least for me/us) due to the offer, counter offer process etc... Drew however remained faithful to the mission explaining things answering ALL of my questions then we would discuss further. Drew would visit the Manager for updates denial or approval. I am a person of 1,000 questions and Drew totally remained in our service as a customer, with a smile, from the beginning to the end to complete the sale. THEN after the sale was complete, I continued with another 1,000 questions for Drew on the tech setup of the new car. I commend Mr. Drew Soto, the Lincoln Sales Manager and the Finance guy for having the patience of Job waiting for me to complete things. I also want to commend the people that cleaned and prepped the Nautilus, checked it from end to end, filled it with fuel and completed the prep for delivery on short notice. Mr. O C Welch, I hope you see the potential in Mr. Drew Soto for becoming your top sales Consultant and more. (By the way, you skipped out on my customer photo opt “again”)  Thank you for continuing to keep your dealership a top shelf business. I’m sure you understand Top Shelf but for those that do not understand, it means there is “nothing further to reach up for.” TOP is TOP. Go see OC. God Bless OC, Drew Soto and others and GOD BLESS AMERICA.
