I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and a recall that needed to be checked on a 2024 Ford Escape. Jody Abar, Quicklane Advisor, took care of the scheduling, welcomed me to the dealership, reviewed what would be done, including a new cabin filter due at the mileage I have on the car. An hour later, I was on my way. The charges were exactly what Jody had quoted when I scheduled. Everyone at the dealership was kind and helpful but Jody goes over and above! Thanks, Jody!

I just moved to SC from over 700 miles away and I am thrilled with my first service experience at OC Welch Ford. The entire team seems very pleasant and knowledgeable, however I'd like to recognize my service advisor, Brian, for the exceptional service he provided. I was treated as though I am a long-time customer who has purchased multiple vehicles from them over the years. Although this isn't the case yet, it certainly will be!

My experience is with salesman they call Ian! This man sold me a 2025 Bronco Sport! Ian jumped through hoops to make me happy, he was there every step of way. He must have showed me 10 vehicles before I decided on the one I wanted, the paper work he got ready to go to the finance manger was great. Today I went over to see him about service, he did all he can do to explain the contract, he explained the contract to tee, brought me over to the finance manger and It was done I walked away with a smile. Treated like I matter. My car actually had a recall that I wasn't aware of so they took care of that issue as well as another recall. Everyone was extremely nice. I was in and out in no time.

If possible, an overstocked inventory seemed to “hide” us from potential sales person interactions initially - lol. Sam Elliot was great to work with, very knowledgeable and did not pressure us. My only sincere complaint was the 2.5 wait to begin completing paperwork with Chris Black. Great for the business to have such a busy day, but not so fun for us though the coffee was a treat. Mr. O.C. himself was a true gentleman as well. I didn’t get my free Samsung UltraHD 72” television but, I understand that they are slated for those individuals willing to purchase a 2024 model vehicle. All the best to their team at O.C. We searched four other Ford dealerships nearby first, none had the specific color and trim level we were looking for in stock.

Having purchased two cars from O.C. before, I went to him asking for help on a Ford commercial truck that I had not purchased from him. He went to bat with Ford for me, and got the situation remedied. His service department did an excellent job replacing the entire diesel engine. I know where I will get my next commercial truck! And if I ever get any horses, I know what kind of truck I will use to pull the trailer.

I was visiting home from MS for the memorial day weekend, when my tail light went out. With an 8 hour drive ahead of me I wanted to have it fixed before I left the next day. Being that have a new vehicle with LED it is not as simple as a bulb replacement. I stopped in to see if by any chance they could squeeze me. Previously back in December I when I was visiting I had tried to make an appointment and they were backed up for a month so I had low expectations of getting in. Brian helped me, took a look at the taillight, ensured they had the part in stock, and got it done within 45 mins. Super grateful for his willingness to help me out and the service techs for taking on an unexpected appointment, even if it was easy I know their schedules are not always that flexible

I made my first appointment for an oil change and tire rotation through their online portal, which was very convenient. My appointment was handled by Miss Meredith and Miss Jody, and they were both lovely and prompt to work with. OC Welch Saves the day! While on our way to attend a wedding in Hiton Head we were pulling an Airstream with our Ford F250. The tire pressure sensor indicated we were losing air quickly in one of the RV tires, which has never happened to us before. We just happened to be right in front of the dealership, so we pulled in and asked for assistance. Although our F250 wasn't effected, the Quicklane team (Austin and Jody) sprung into action to help change the tire and get us on our way. Thankfully with their help we made it to the wedding in time. Thanks for going above and beyond! Go See OC!

We told Quilla which vehicle we were interested in. She located it and drove it to us. We test drove it and were satisfied. She explained details about the vehicle and the warranty. We went through the paperwork process with Paul, which he explained. All in all, we were in and out in 3 hours.

In short I had a great experience and this is coming from someone that is VERY skeptical of sales people especially at a dealership. Quilla Rountree went well above and beyond to win my business. She was able to give me a more than fair deal on my trade and the vehicle I purchased was from them was very competitively priced. Outstanding Service at O.C. Welch Ford Lincoln My daughter brought a Ford Bronco from O.C. Welch Ford Lincoln about six months ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately, someone hit her from behind, and the vehicle was totaled. It was a stressful situation, but calling Mr. Welch was the best thing she did. Mr. Welch is a good and fair person who immediately went to work finding exactly what she needed in a new vehicle. His dedication and care meant so much during such a tough time. I recently purchased a King Ranch F150 from Sam. At first I was just looking. Sam didn't pressure me and understood what I was looking for. After talking for a few minutes, he showed me a truck he thought I would be interested in. After a few more minutes with Sam discussing the features of the truck and the difference of what was expected in, I knew OC was the place to buy. We discussed all my options from trade to finance and two weeks later, I'm the proud owner of a new Ford. Everyone I spoke to treated me like family!!! What a delightful experience yesterday for an oil change. The changes in process at OC Welch are evident from the moment you drive in for service. Able to park in service lane. Greeted by QuickLane Advisor Meredith Ross for my 11:30 appointment. Had time for a freshly baked cookie in their cafe. Not free but oh so good. At 12:00 Meredith fetched me. My car was done and she waited while I paid, escorting me back to my completed vehicle. THIS IS A 200% TURNAROUND IN SERVICE AND PROCESS FROM MY LAST OIL CHANGE. If you had a less than pleasant experience with service at OC Welch and complained, they have definitely listened and made drastic changes. Suggest you give them another try.

Just bought a 2025 F-150 from OC. This is my third truck that I had purchased from the dealership. I had custom order each vehicle and while it took a little longer for the truck to be delivered it was worth it. Everything that I asked for was done. Working with Richard and Sam was terrific. As soon as I sent an email I received a response. I would recommend to anyone to work with them and get the truck that you really want.

This morning we had a very nice visit with Paul Mitchell who was very happy to help us drive a Lincoln Nautilus. I have never met a nicer - absolutely no pressure- salesman, and I have dealt with 100s of salespeople in my lifetime. If you go to this Lincoln dealer, we recommend you ask for Paul.

We were interested in buying a used or new Lincoln Nautilus so we stopped at OC Welch to have a look at their inventory. We were met by Tom Landry and explained what we were looking for. It was late in the day and Tom stayed to show us the vehicles and explain the differences in the models. We had never been a Ford buyer before and we were looking to trade in our Lexus. Tom was very patient and took the time to tell and show us the different models. We were very impressed with his knowledge and Customer Service skills. We agreed to come back on Monday to review a few different models. Tom showed us 4 different cars that we were interested in and brought them to the front of the dealership for us to compare and make a decision. We spent several hours before we decided on a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve 2. Tom was outstanding throughout the entire process until we drove off with our new Lincoln Nautilus. We are both seniors and this is by far the best experience we’ve ever had in buying a vehicle. I didn't start the day planning to buy a new truck but my old truck engine light came on and after a bit of math decided to trade up. Online inventory was easy and accurate so over to Welch I go. I purchased a cream puff of a 2004 Lincoln Ultimate in July, 2026. I dealt mostly with Paul Mitchell who is a hassle free professional. Every one I dealt with made this sale a seamless, e z & comfortable experience. This was not a big ticket sale. Surprisingly & happily Mr. Mitchell touches base with me periodically to see how the car & I are doing. I live in Charleston area. The drive to Hardeeville was well worth it. Purchased a truck from OC Welch Ford through a salesmen named Charles. He answered my long list of questions and provided me with a lot of confidence throughout the deal with his relaxed approach. The sales manager and finance manger - both named Chris - were a pleasure to deal with as well. We drove from Greenville to make this purchase and by the time we got there, the truck was detailed and paperwork was laid out and ready to go. Overall it was a great experience and I valued the fact that not one person from this dealership pushed any warranties or extras. I left feeling great about my purchase.

So I rarely leave reviews for and I have never left a review for a car dealership company and in the end I didn’t even buy a car from but the crew at this dealership is special. They treated like they were selling a vehicle to a family member or a friend. From the salesperson (Carolina DaSilva )who meant in the lot while I was looking at the use Navigators they had. I worked with her supervisor Paul Mitchell who really understood my predicament with my current which was a vehicle broken down in a dealership across the street. Paul took the time to listen to me express my frustrations as I was there in Hilton head on vacation stuck in a rental vehicle. They work with me and my wife find a vehicle that we really loved. Their sale manger Craig Redker who helped them work up a deal on the Navigator we were looking to buy. They went above and beyond to go across the street to test drive my current vehicle which was no easy task. They then had me work with Paul Tindall the finance Manager who truly cares about the people he is helping get auto financing. Paul was fantastic and went the extra 10 miles to help me work out a fabulous financing deal. He was very informative walking through every step. They helped me wrap the negative equity from my current vehicle into the financing. . It was the most outstanding serving I have had in buying a vehicle in my 50 plus years and over 15 car I have purchased. I wished they were my local dealship they would get my business every time. This is what every car dealer stride to achieve and they did it effortlessly. If you looking to find that family dealership where you are treated with respect and like a family or friend please give OC Welch an opportunity to show you what they can do for you. In the end I didn’t purchase the vehicle and it was the first time in my life I felt bad about not giving them my business because they deserved getting it.

It was so hard to get a hold of anyone or get a simple response that we gave up and started taking our F-250 and other vehicles to a different dealership and local repair shops. That all changed in December 2025 when we were connected with Jodi. Jodi has completely redefined customer service at this dealership. We drove up from Central Florida to pick up a new truck. As we were leaving, our Bronco got a alarm for low tire. Thankfully I was still here at dealership and the service department manager Tracy said no problem we will get you right in a d looked at. Bronco picked up a tire on SC roads. The tire team got the tire fixed and I will be back on the road shortly. Tracy was so understanding that I needed it fixed as soon as possible- 4 hour drive ahead of me. Tracy and everyone I have encountered here at OC Welch has been friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the drive for the top notch service and sales.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Gabriel was our service advisor, and he was outstanding. He took care of us immediately, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening with our vehicle. Communication with both Gabriel and the technician was exceptional throughout the entire process. We were provided with a rental vehicle right away, and it was clean, comfortable, and ready to go, which made a huge difference during a very stressful time. Excellent experience purchasing our vehicle at OC Welch Ford. Thely Daust was incredible from start to finish! Very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and attentive. We live in south Florida and drove to South Carolina to purchase vehicle and I can tell you this has been one of the best experiences ever when purchasing a vehicle. We did all of the initial discussions and negotiations via telephone contact. When we arrived the vehicle was ready and spotless. Attention to customer excellence was evident especially with Thely! We just had our most pleasant car buying experience ever at OC Welch Lincoln. Jamie Kirk called us before we arrived, listened to our considerations and guided us through our evaluation - including test driving three different vehicles. We made our selection and Craig Redeker put everything together for us offering multiple options. Then we sat with Paul Tindall and selected some additional coverages that made sense for us. All three of these gentlemen were professional, diligent, and patient - even though we kept them very late on July 4th eve to accommodate our schedule. We are very happy with our vehicle and our experience at OC Welch.

Thely aka Ms. The Best.com as simply amazing. I showed interest and she jumped right in and helped me right away. Thely was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I love that she included my teen on the car but g process and she made something stress arm like a piece of cake. Thely was full of energy, smiles and lots of personality to keep my interest. What a great car buying experience she provides!!! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for someone who will work hard to find you what you are looking for.

I purchased my Lincoln brand new in 2022, and for quite some time I had been convinced it would be my last—not because of the vehicle itself, but because of my experience with the local dealership. After repeated frustration with service and communication, I stopped bringing my vehicle there altogether and had not returned in well over a year. That changed when my car unexpectedly died and had to be towed to the dealership in the middle of the night. I expected another frustrating experience. Instead, I received a call first thing the next morning from my new service consultant, Mike Kulik From that moment on, the experience was completely different. Mike was responsive, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process. He understood that I needed my vehicle for an out-of-town trip Friday morning and made that deadline a priority. He kept me informed, ensured the recall-related issue that caused the problem was addressed along with several other items, and, once the work was completed, offered to have my car delivered to me Thursday afternoon so I would have one less thing to manage before my trip. Exceptional service is often less about grand gestures and more about communication, accountability, and anticipating what a customer needs. Mike did all three exceptionally well. My advice to the dealership is simple: find more Mikes—and take very good care of the one you have. People like him are the reason customers return, remain loyal to a brand, and become raving fans. Mike didn’t just take care of my car. He changed my opinion of the dealership and gave me a reason to reconsider whether this really has to be my last Lincoln.

Scheduled regular oil service and a transmission diagnostic since the power train warranty was due to expire in August on my 2021 F-150 Limited. Normally the dealership likes to have the truck left for the day. Since my wife is unable to drive due to medical issues, I informed Rob Stuckey I would have to wait. Rob was able to expedite the oil service, transmission diagnostics, and transmission programming updates efficiently, completed the service, and had me processed within 3 hours wait time. Less than expected. Appreciated the attention by Rob and also Tracy Green for the Quick Lube oil service to make my wait time very reasonable for the work performed.

A problem had with my vehicle was covered under the extended warranty. They only problem was getting the people from the extended warranty to make contact back to OC Welsh. Rob continued to make contact with the warranty agent until the problem was finally resolved. He did a great job and I want to thank him.

We were looking for a new truck with a similar trim package to my husband's current truck (F-150 XLT). I was able to get in touch with Sam Elliott and in less than 15 minutes we had what we were looking for. Sam has sold us our last 5 vehicles and was able to complete everything fast and kept us updated every step of the way! When it was time to come in a sign the final paperwork it was fast and a very easy transition. Chris in Finance was amazing as well! Can't say enough great things about OC Welch and the service that we receive with each new vehicle.

Tonya was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was so kind and had fantastic communication with us. We are staying in Sea Pines, on family vacation from Virginia, and as you can imagine, a non- functioning car with our three kids is not ideal during our special family time. I sincerely thank everyone from the service team to the techs to Tonya for squeezing us in so we can have a functioning APIM module during our long drive home. I was very thankful for the opportunity to utilize the Lincoln service team, because our local Ford dealership (Sheehey) does not have that option. It was of great value and I would absolutely return to this location again!! We have already called our local dealership back home and they have ordered the APIM module so it can be replaced next week. Thank you for the fantastic customer service and experience!

I just recently purchased a new vehicle and once again Sales manager Craig Redker made this a very pleasant, stress free, and exciting experience that this process deserves. Craig's knowledge, patience, and polite disposition make it happen. The process moves along smoothly thanks to Sales Consultant, Paul Mitchell, taking care of the many details that are involved in changing cars. Paul's immediate attention to these tasks with such speed and knowledge kept things moving along without a hitch. Putting everything into a proper format with the Finance manager was always one of my least favorite parts of the transaction. This is not the case with Manager Chris Black. Chris has been able to take the amount of legal information that needs to be verified and explain it in such a manner that all of it is completely understandable. Very prompt. They took me right in and was very quick in doing the work. Had a recall but was told it would not pull up so will be redone at. A later date. Only thing when I got home and read over paper work it did not say tires were rotated even though coupon said they would be.

Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

Service personnel kept me informed of the progress on my car which I appreciated. My only cues I was told the windshield wipers and the cabin air filter needed replaced. I said I would do that myself only to find out that the cabin air filter had been replaced by the technician at a cost to me.

I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns.
