This morning we had a very nice visit with Paul Mitchell who was very happy to help us drive a Lincoln Nautilus. I have never met a nicer - absolutely no pressure- salesman, and I have dealt with 100s of salespeople in my lifetime. If you go to this Lincoln dealer, we recommend you ask for Paul.

After 11 years, I decided to trade in my 2015 F150 for a smaller Maverick. I met Thely Daust at O C Welch who spent hours showing me both new and late model Mavericks on their lot. We were interested in buying a used or new Lincoln Nautilus so we stopped at OC Welch to have a look at their inventory. We were met by Tom Landry and explained what we were looking for. It was late in the day and Tom stayed to show us the vehicles and explain the differences in the models. We had never been a Ford buyer before and we were looking to trade in our Lexus. Tom was very patient and took the time to tell and show us the different models. We were very impressed with his knowledge and Customer Service skills. We agreed to come back on Monday to review a few different models. Tom showed us 4 different cars that we were interested in and brought them to the front of the dealership for us to compare and make a decision. We spent several hours before we decided on a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve 2. Tom was outstanding throughout the entire process until we drove off with our new Lincoln Nautilus. We are both seniors and this is by far the best experience we’ve ever had in buying a vehicle. I apologize for the long review but it is important to call out outstanding Customer Service and Tom Landry has it. Thanks again Tom for switching us to a Lincoln customer. Update: I just wanted to circle back to edit this review and mention what a great job Kate Porter did dealing with the FL DMV to get my registration squared away during a difficult time when I was travelling. I didn't start the day planning to buy a new truck but my old truck engine light came on and after a bit of math decided to trade up. Online inventory was easy and accurate so over to Welch I go. Mark in the used car department had me test driving the few I saw online in no time. Decisions were made and Craig and team made the buying experience quick. Very fair and honest experience. I was hoping for a 4 hour process and it sure felt faster than that. Love my new truck. Drives amazing. Thanks Mark.

I purchased a cream puff of a 2004 Lincoln Ultimate in July, 2026. I dealt mostly with Paul Mitchell who is a hassle free professional. Every one I dealt with made this sale a seamless, e z & comfortable experience. This was not a big ticket sale. Surprisingly & happily Mr. Mitchell touches base with me periodically to see how the car & I are doing. I live in Charleston area. The drive to Hardeeville was well worth it. Most likey, I will drive to Hardeeville to have to have the O.C. Welch service department do scheduled preventive maintenance. Where ever you are in southeast S.C. or northeast Georgia, give O.C. Purchased a truck from OC Welch Ford through a salesmen named Charles. He answered my long list of questions and provided me with a lot of confidence throughout the deal with his relaxed approach. The sales manager and finance manger - both named Chris - were a pleasure to deal with as well. We drove from Greenville to make this purchase and by the time we got there, the truck was detailed and paperwork was laid out and ready to go. Overall it was a great experience and I valued the fact that not one person from this dealership pushed any warranties or extras. I left feeling great about my purchase.

Sam was extremely helpful and on August 18,2026 he sold us a 2022 Lincoln Nautilus. We spoke to him a very days earlier on the phone and told him what we were looking for and he looked quickly through their inventory and found one. Sam answered our questions, he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak to, with that being said we drove over 200 miles to look at this car. What a great experience. Sales consultant, Carolina, helped us find the right vehicle for us. She was very patient and kept a positive, friendly attitude. They provided me with all of the service history and a list of maintance they had performed before listing it for sale. Plus, they provided me with a very detailed inspection they had done on the vehicle (I purchased a used truck) It was very easy to negotiate price as well. I bought a used F-350 SRW from them at the start of this year in immaculate condition and they made the buying process so smooth and worry free. So I rarely leave reviews for and I have never left a review for a car dealership company and in the end I didn’t even buy a car from but the crew at this dealership is special. They treated like they were selling a vehicle to a family member or a friend. From the salesperson (Carolina DaSilva )who meant in the lot while I was looking at the use Navigators they had. I worked with her supervisor Paul Mitchell who really understood my predicament with my current which was a vehicle broken down in a dealership across the street. Paul took the time to listen to me express my frustrations as I was there in Hilton head on vacation stuck in a rental vehicle. They work with me and my wife find a vehicle that we really loved. Their sale manger Craig Redker who helped them work up a deal on the Navigator we were looking to buy. They went above and beyond to go across the street to test drive my current vehicle which was no easy task. They then had me work with Paul Tindall the finance Manager who truly cares about the people he is helping get auto financing. Paul was fantastic and went the extra 10 miles to help me work out a fabulous financing deal. He was very informative walking through every step. They helped me wrap the negative equity from my current vehicle into the financing. . It was the most outstanding serving I have had in buying a vehicle in my 50 plus years and over 15 car I have purchased. I wished they were my local dealship they would get my business every time. This is what every car dealer stride to achieve and they did it effortlessly. If you looking to find that family dealership where you are treated with respect and like a family or friend please give OC Welch an opportunity to show you what they can do for you. In the end I didn’t purchase the vehicle and it was the first time in my life I felt bad about not giving them my business because they deserved getting it.

I’ll be honest: for the better part of a decade, dealing with the OC Welch Service Department was a frustrating experience. It was so hard to get a hold of anyone or get a simple response that we gave up and started taking our F-250 and other vehicles to a different dealership and local repair shops. That all changed in December 2025 when we were connected with Jodi. Jodi has completely redefined customer service at this dealership. She is unbelievably responsive and proactive—she even reached out to schedule a recall on my truck before I had the chance to call them! Jodi is exactly what this dealership needed. We are thrilled with the turnaround and are very happy with her and the rest of the Service Team.

We were interested in buying a used or new Lincoln Nautilus so we stopped at OC Welch to have a look at their inventory. We were met by Tom Landry and explained what we were looking for. It was late in the day and Tom stayed to show us the vehicles and explain the differences in the models. We had never been a Ford buyer before and we were looking to trade in our Lexus. Tom was very patient and took the time to tell and show us the different models. We were very impressed with his knowledge and Customer Service skills. We agreed to come back on Monday to review a few different models. Tom showed us 4 different cars that we were interested in and brought them to the front of the dealership for us to compare and make a decision. We spent several hours before we decided on a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve 2. Tom was outstanding throughout the entire process until we drove off with our new Lincoln Nautilus. We are both seniors and this is by far the best experience we’ve ever had in buying a vehicle. I apologize for the long review but it is important to call out outstanding Customer Service and Tom Landry has it. Thanks again Tom for switching us to a Lincoln customer. I didn't start the day planning to buy a new truck but my old truck engine light came on and after a bit of math decided to trade up. Online inventory was easy and accurate so over to Welch I go. I purchased a cream puff of a 2004 Lincoln Ultimate in July, 2026. I dealt mostly with Paul Mitchell who is a hassle free professional. Every one I dealt with made this sale a seamless, e z & comfortable experience. This was not a big ticket sale. Surprisingly & happily Mr. Mitchell touches base with me periodically to see how the car & I are doing. I live in Charleston area. The drive to Hardeeville was well worth it. Purchased a truck from OC Welch Ford through a salesmen named Charles. He answered my long list of questions and provided me with a lot of confidence throughout the deal with his relaxed approach. The sales manager and finance manger - both named Chris - were a pleasure to deal with as well. We drove from Greenville to make this purchase and by the time we got there, the truck was detailed and paperwork was laid out and ready to go. So I rarely leave reviews for and I have never left a review for a car dealership company and in the end I didn’t even buy a car from but the crew at this dealership is special. They treated like they were selling a vehicle to a family member or a friend. From the salesperson (Carolina DaSilva )who meant in the lot while I was looking at the use Navigators they had. I worked with her supervisor Paul Mitchell who really understood my predicament with my current which was a vehicle broken down in a dealership across the street. Paul took the time to listen to me express my frustrations as I was there in Hilton head on vacation stuck in a rental vehicle. They work with me and my wife find a vehicle that we really loved. Their sale manger Craig Redker who helped them work up a deal on the Navigator we were looking to buy. They went above and beyond to go across the street to test drive my current vehicle which was no easy task. They then had me work with Paul Tindall the finance Manager who truly cares about the people he is helping get auto financing. Paul was fantastic and went the extra 10 miles to help me work out a fabulous financing deal. He was very informative walking through every step. They helped me wrap the negative equity from my current vehicle into the financing. . It was the most outstanding serving I have had in buying a vehicle in my 50 plus years and over 15 car I have purchased. I wished they were my local dealship they would get my business every time. This is what every car dealer stride to achieve and they did it effortlessly. If you looking to find that family dealership where you are treated with respect and like a family or friend please give OC Welch an opportunity to show you what they can do for you. In the end I didn’t purchase the vehicle and it was the first time in my life I felt bad about not giving them my business because they deserved getting it.

It was so hard to get a hold of anyone or get a simple response that we gave up and started taking our F-250 and other vehicles to a different dealership and local repair shops. That all changed in December 2025 when we were connected with Jodi. Jodi has completely redefined customer service at this dealership. Sam and his manager Craig helped me get into a truck within the price range I was looking for and it was far more equipped than I set out to purchase originally. Big xxxxxxto OC and team for how they do business; they made sure the used truck I bought had been thoroughly inspected by their shop and issues found were fixed. Most dealers will put anything on the road to make a buck but they made it clear they wouldn’t sell junk. No surprise OC has done so well over the years being honest and putting good vehicles in customers hands.

Wow! Impressive service at Quick Change Lane and the additional service needed for my windshield wiper fluid pump in the main service area. Both service desks were very responsive and not pushing “extras”. This a huge difference from previous years of service. And I am thankful. If you stopped going here for service, come back and give it a try. Only complaint- OC Welch service PLEASE answer the phone and return the calls. I tried to call several times over several days before I decided to drive over to make my appointment. Thankfully, the service appointment went well and didn’t take all day.

The team at OC Welch Pre Owned were Professional, Knowledgeable, and Efficient; especially Joe, Sam, and Chris in finance who we worked directly with. This dealership is no run of the mill cheesy used car lot where you're attacked by a mob of pushy sales people the minute you drive on the lot. First and foremost my salesperson Byron was awesome he made sure all my wants and needs were met before and after I left the dealership and also call to see how I was enjoying my new purchase...A week after I called to let them know I was hearing a noise coming from my vehicle long story short they told me to bring the vehicle back on the 6th of March they drove it didn't hear anything now I'm hearing the same noise and its becoming more and more irritating it hasn't been a month yet not really getting the enjoyment out of my vehicle it's crazy because I called and couldn't even get accommodated with a loaner vehicle for them to check my vehicle yes I'm very upset.....disappointed isn't the word.....I need this issue resolved

Byron was patient with us. We did not anticipate buying a car today. Byron showed us exactly what we wanted to see. Byron let us both drive the vehicle and our car seat in the seats and the stroller in the back. We moved all the seats, tested all the charging ports. Byron’s as our sales person who showed us the vehicle we ended up purchasing. Joe helped Byron with paperwork but Byron really spent all the time with us and educated us about the vehicle. We were inside for a while and I wanted to see the car again Byron gave me the key and let me spend all the time I wanted with the truck.

After past not so good encounters with the OC Welch Ford service department, today's experience was excellent. Rear passenger side window stopped working Sunday afteroon (would not roll up) and when I called Monday morning, Mr. Kai Collins, the service manager, told me to bring the car in same morning. Upon arrival the car was immediately diagnosed and within a little over an hour I was on my way home with a repaired window. Thank you!
