My Husband and I traded in our vehicle while we were vacationing from Maine. We could not be more pleased with the service from Sam Elliott and Paul Landry, as well as other team members who helped to entertain us in between paperwork, etc. Sam and Paul are extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. They were transparent, and we felt very much like they were giving us the best possible deal. We are extremely happy with our Lincoln aviator, which was a significant upgrade for us. The major bonus was we never would’ve found a vehicle like this in the northeast and certainly not with the incredible 1.99% interest rate from Lincoln and the incredible bumper-to-bumper warranty package. Highly recommend OC Welch. We will be returning there for any future vehicles despite the 18 Hour drive! Thank you from Tracey and Mark!

My wife and I have purchased o/a 40 vehicles over the pass 60 years. Our experience at O. C. Welch Ford Lincoln, Inc. was, by far, the best auto buying experience we have ever had from any dealer anywhere in the world I have been stationed as an Army officer and as a present day retiree. We wish to acknowledge and thank Tom Landry, Sales Consultant, for his outstanding service. We wish also to acknowledge Steve Cummins, Service Manager, for his outstanding service for the installation of new air bags in our 2012 Ford Fusion. Also, the different staff members were exceptionally courteous and helpful while we were there. We will be back for service and to buy other vehicles as needed by our family.

O.C. Welch Ford dealership is an outstanding dealership. Buying a new vehicle is exciting yet the process in the past has always been filled with sales pressure dread! Scheduled regular oil service and a transmission diagnostic since the power train warranty was due to expire in August on my 2021 F-150 Limited. Normally the dealership likes to have the truck left for the day. Since my wife is unable to drive due to medical issues, I informed Rob Stuckey I would have to wait. Rob was able to expedite the oil service, transmission diagnostics, and transmission programming updates efficiently, completed the service, and had me processed within 3 hours wait time. Less than expected. Appreciated the attention by Rob and also Tracy Green for the Quick Lube oil service to make my wait time very reasonable for the work performed.

A problem had with my vehicle was covered under the extended warranty. They only problem was getting the people from the extended warranty to make contact back to OC Welsh. Rob continued to make contact with the warranty agent until the problem was finally resolved. He did a great job and I want to thank him.

Just bought a Used 4 runner from Davis and we are so happy with the whole experience at O.C. Welch Ford. The price was more than fair and when they did the inspection the accutally replaced all 4 tires and all four brakes. The cars in both show rooms were cool to. My car went into snail mode because of a sensor light and I drove into their service department to find a gentleman who helped me, even though they did not service my type of car. He looked up the number of Alpha Romeo Roadside Assistance and they were able to tow my car 200 miles for free. I did not know they existed. Thank you!

We were looking for a new truck with a similar trim package to my husband's current truck (F-150 XLT). I was able to get in touch with Sam Elliott and in less than 15 minutes we had what we were looking for. Sam has sold us our last 5 vehicles and was able to complete everything fast and kept us updated every step of the way! When it was time to come in a sign the final paperwork it was fast and a very easy transition. Chris in Finance was amazing as well! Tonya was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was so kind and had fantastic communication with us. We are staying in Sea Pines, on family vacation from Virginia, and as you can imagine, a non- functioning car with our three kids is not ideal during our special family time. I sincerely thank everyone from the service team to the techs to Tonya for squeezing us in so we can have a functioning APIM module during our long drive home. I was very thankful for the opportunity to utilize the Lincoln service team, because our local Ford dealership (Sheehey) does not have that option. It was of great value and I would absolutely return to this location again!! We have already called our local dealership back home and they have ordered the APIM module so it can be replaced next week. Thank you for the fantastic customer service and experience!

I just recently purchased a new vehicle and once again Sales manager Craig Redker made this a very pleasant, stress free, and exciting experience that this process deserves. Craig's knowledge, patience, and polite disposition make it happen. The process moves along smoothly thanks to Sales Consultant, Paul Mitchell, taking care of the many details that are involved in changing cars. Paul's immediate attention to these tasks with such speed and knowledge kept things moving along without a hitch. Putting everything into a proper format with the Finance manager was always one of my least favorite parts of the transaction. This is not the case with Manager Chris Black. Chris has been able to take the amount of legal information that needs to be verified and explain it in such a manner that all of it is completely understandable. Was driving to the Savannah Airport June 8th for a flight to Atlanta and then onto Albuquerque when my low tire pressure warning light came on. Indicated 26 psi in the right rear tire. Was able to get to O.C. Welch Quick Lane. Robert Johnson responded quickly and proceeded to check for a puncture while Tracy Green (Mgr.) prepared the paperwork. Tire was repaired very quickly and they got me back on the road to the airport. Made my flight easily. Many thanks for the quick attention and service.

Byron was patient with us. We did not anticipate buying a car today. Byron showed us exactly what we wanted to see. Byron let us both drive the vehicle and our car seat in the seats and the stroller in the back. We moved all the seats, tested all the charging ports. Byron’s as our sales person who showed us the vehicle we ended up purchasing. Joe helped Byron with paperwork but Byron really spent all the time with us and educated us about the vehicle. We were inside for a while and I wanted to see the car again Byron gave me the key and let me spend all the time I wanted with the truck.

After past not so good encounters with the OC Welch Ford service department, today's experience was excellent. Rear passenger side window stopped working Sunday afteroon (would not roll up) and when I called Monday morning, Mr. Kai Collins, the service manager, told me to bring the car in same morning. Upon arrival the car was immediately diagnosed and within a little over an hour I was on my way home with a repaired window. Thank you!

We bought a 2015 Chevrolet camaro from Scott today. He is great!!! I wish we could have gotten a new keyfob which was broken and the floor mat was missing.!!! But overall happy with car!!!

Very thorough with communication and explaining the vehicle. Worked hard to get us the vehicle we are driving off the lot today. He hustled around the lot when we were looking at different vehicles so there wasn’t any wait time with him. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable, he took his time and listened to our wants and needs.

Caitlyn made the car buying process so easy. She presented us with several options and didn't try to hard sell us on any particular vehicle. Between her, Joe and Chris they worked out a great deal. This was my daughter's first car and learned that the right people can make all the difference in such an important decision. Caitlyn went above and beyond. FINDLEY DELOUCHE greeted me in the showroom: and, after hearing my concerns, graciously accompanied me to my car where he provided clear operational instructions and answered all my questions. Findley's demeanor was relaxed, and he conveyed the attitude that addressing my concerns was his primary objective. all of his explanations were clear, informative, and easy to understand. This is my second time this month coming in to OC Welch Ford. I felt that I was taken care of throughout the time my car was being serviced because those in service department continued to check on me and let me know the eta of the service. It is always a pleasure seeing Ocie. I always make it a priority to stop by his office to say hello. He even joined me in the waiting area as he ate his lunch! Can’t say it enough…Go See OC!
