Our recent lease of a Ford Mustang GT was an amazing experience with OC Welch Ford. We unexpectedly chose to lease. Having never leased before, we were uncertain of what to expect. From the salesperson to the finance manager to the owner, this dealership efficiently, graciously, and professionally walked us through the whole process in a matter of hours. We feel they respected our time and our need for a vehicle. They were also patient while we checked insurance rates before agreeing to the lease, so we never felt pressured to say "yes" before performing our own due diligence. On the whole, our experience was a fantastic one, we would return in a heartbeat, and we highly recommend OC Welch Ford to anyone searching for a dealership of honest, respectful, and all-around standup staff.

We purchased a new vehicle and had a seamless totally professional experience that is rare when it come to purchasing vehicles. Sam Elliot was our sales person and Chris handled the financial site we were able to get all info etc ahead of time and provided back to them walked in and everything was perfect. Start to finish including Sam taking the time to walk through first hand all the features and how to set them all up 35 minutes back on the road. I greatly appreciated the efficiency of the process. Will return for future purchases.

Everyone was very helpful in finding us the car we were looking for. Monika was especially helpful, very patient and offered us something to eat and drink while we waited. She took us for a test drive that made all the difference in our decision to purchase a Lincoln. Jim found us the car with all the features we were looking for at a great price. Paul, the finance guy, was awesome in explaining all the financial info and benefits that were available to us, which were so good we got them all! Overall, our experience was excellent and we love our 2024 Lincoln Corsair Reserve with a panoramic sunroof.

This dealership continues to struggle with vehicle mechanic shortages, and cannot perform all the tasks required for a 150,000 mile Factory Service. They require a second appointment (15 weeks apart) to complete the service. Call and inquire about this detail before taking your vehicle there. You start off at QuickLane, and then are referred to the Service Department for the remainder of the required service items for the Factory Service package.

Arrived for an oil change and system update. Lincoln service person was efficient, fun, and knowledgable. Even with a local system downtime, she handled the check in perfectly . Service was quicker than i expected. Car was clean and ready to go but i hated to leave the dealership canteen which had the best breakfast sandwich ever! May stop by just for food!

It was a great visit for my Ford Bronco Sport and myself! Making my appointment with Michael was so easy! When I arrived Michael & Tracy greeted me. Tracy checked me in and was so awesome! She made me feel like family! I also met 3 great technicians, when they invited me into the shop to discuss my tires. While waiting in the main waiting area, I met John Evans. Found an F250 from inventory. Called for a trade-in estimate. From the first contact, to sales, to finance, these are nice people willing to help you get the vehicle you want. Do the research, know your vehicle, trim level, and acceptable colors/accessories. Check for rebates and special interest financing. Having pre-approved financing can help. Know how much you afford, and how much you want to pay. If you remain patient and calm, they will help to make your purchase easy and pleasurable. Thank you O.C.

I just left the storm ravaged area of Western NC to drive to Florida to move my Daughter up with me. We had been flooded in for several days and I left as soon as the water receded enough to drive. Apparently, I filled up my diesel truck with contaminated fuel. I was pulling a trailer when I lost power and was forced to find help. I was very fortunate to have been with in a few miles of O C Welch Ford. I limped my truck into the dealership but was told that they were weeks out on service and repair due to their own problems with Hurricane Helene. After explaining my situation to Rob Steckley, the service advisor, He contacted Rob for a diesel evaluation. My fuel filters were clogged from the contamination. They had been recently changed so we know it was the fuel. In a few hours, They had me on my way just in time to get my Daughter out of Florida as Hurricane Milton destroyed that area. I was so appreciative of them helping me out in a time of need and urgency. I can't express how thankful I am to the staff of O C Welch for what they did for me. Tony Lopresto

I have bought dozens of cars in my life and have never felt so good about my experience as this used car purchase. What made this so unique and amazing was my sales guy Devon Fry. I did this purchase from New Jersey when I found the listing on line. I filled out a form to get in touch, and Devon reached out to me by phone. It was a rainy Saturday, and the normal pictures of the car were not completed yet. Devon went out and took a bunch of photos and texted them to me. That was just the beginning. Everyday after he stayed in touch and reported back to me about the questions and progress the car was making through the service that they do as normal procedure when putting a used car up for sale. Devon went above a beyond in making sure the car was perfect and I was satisfied by his answering every detailed question. I made a deposit to hold the car and he followed through with every step. Even today after I wired the payment and basically knew the deal was done, he spent an hour going to the Mercedes dealership to get me a window sticker. I had said from the beginning it’s always nice to have it because it gives all the details you don’t know about otherwise. And it’s good for my eventual resale. They are sometimes difficult to get as we both found out. But he managed. Even though I live over 700 miles away, I will use Devon again when I’m looking for another car. No pressure, no BS, just an honest hard working guy that goes above and beyond to make a car buying experience comfortable. Thank you Devon and thank you to O.C.Welch Ford Lincoln organization for having a fair pricing structure and following through with providing Blue Certification and fixing things that you don’t normally get taken care of. And all of this without asking and done via phone and text. This is the first time I have ever written a review but this time it was well deserved!!

I was given an appointment date and time. My vehicle was left in the Service line the night before. More than a week later (Hurricane Milton and Parts) caused quite an inconvenience. The vehicle is an F-150 diesel. There is only one diesel mechanic. The work was topnotch. The vehicle runs well. The lady cashier was extremely nice and made the inconvenience seem not so tolerable.

We ordered a beautiful 2024 Ford Expedition from OC Welch, Blufton SC. Jay was our Sales person and the experience he facilitated was our best ever. We have owned 5 BMWs , 3 Mercedes ,3 Mazdas and a couple of classic 37 Ford trucks, yes we are Senior folks and know good when we experience it. Just traveled from 2 states away to buy my new truck from OC Welch Ford! Have always heard what a first class guy OC was, and how well he treated his customers, so I decided to give him a try. I was particular about what I wanted in my new truck in the way of equipment, color, trim, etc., and naturally there were no such units available that fit my wants. OC agreed to special order it for me, and a few months later it finally arrived. When my wife and I arrived to pick it up, we were treated like family by the entire staff as well as OC himself. Such personalized service by all involved. Special thanks to Chris in Finance who so graciously stayed late taking care of all the paperwork, explaining everything in detail. A truly great experience! Would highly recommend for any Ford or Lincoln needs. “Go-See-OC” really is the place to be! Thanks OC !!!

Service appointment setup was simple and flawless. Appointment time was met with happy and supportive customer care. Vehicle was delivered on time. Would only request to combine the “routine” service department (oil, filters, general maintenance) with the “something’s wrong” service department. I had to set up separate appointments and have to come in at separate times to have all my needs satisfied. Overall, they provide great service.

Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. We drove from Alabama to get our second truck from OC. No other dealership compares—with service, with price or professionalism. He had the exact truck I was looking for and I couldn’t have gotten a better deal anywhere else. I was very pleased with my last truck, and the few service needs it had he took care of it right away. It could have gone another 100,000 miles. I also am proud to give OC my business not only because he has the best options for my truck needs but also happy to give him my business because of ALL the things he does for the people and city of Savannah and Richmond Hill and surrounding areas. We recently took our 2023 Explorer-King Ranch to O.C. Welch to have the air conditioning serviced since the air conditioning had suddenly quit working. After discussing the service work to be completed with the Service Advisor and subsequently with the Service Manager, we were told they did not have a loaner vehicle available for the warranty repair item. We personally discussed the matter with O.C. Welch, and within 3 minutes, he graciously had a loaner vehicle available for us to use while our vehicle was being serviced. This is review of the service department. My Service Advisor was Rob Steckley and he was great! I had a major problem with my 2018 Ford Escape's engine. Rob immediately identified that it was a special "recall/customer satisfaction" issue and that despite being out of warrantee, Ford would take care of it. They scheduled it right away and with fixed the problem. Communications were clear. Rob kept me advised of progress and any delays (due to parts) etc. Thanks Rob, and thanks Ford for standing behind their product. Rich

Jay Marther was/is my salesman. I've just leased my second Lincoln Corsair....the first time thru Jay. Jay is a low-keyed salesperson who never pushed and was extremely professional in every way. I'm sure I drove him crazy with my indecisiveness.....thinking of my pocketbook....back and forth between an Escape, an Edge and the Corsair! He guided me, but let me make my own decision! He took his time with me even tho this whole process has taken a few months! I'd go back to Jay in a heartbeat!! We were interested in buying a used or new Lincoln Nautilus so we stopped at OC Welch to have a look at their inventory. We were met by Tom Landry and explained what we were looking for. It was late in the day and Tom stayed to show us the vehicles and explain the differences in the models. We had never been a Ford buyer before and we were looking to trade in our Lexus. Tom was very patient and took the time to tell and show us the different models. We were very impressed with his knowledge and Customer Service skills. We agreed to come back on Monday to review a few different models. Tom showed us 4 different cars that we were interested in and brought them to the front of the dealership for us to compare and make a decision. We spent several hours before we decided on a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve 2. Tom was outstanding throughout the entire process until we drove off with our new Lincoln Nautilus. We are both seniors and this is by far the best experience we’ve ever had in buying a vehicle. I didn't start the day planning to buy a new truck but my old truck engine light came on and after a bit of math decided to trade up. Online inventory was easy and accurate so over to Welch I go. So I rarely leave reviews for and I have never left a review for a car dealership company and in the end I didn’t even buy a car from but the crew at this dealership is special. They treated like they were selling a vehicle to a family member or a friend. From the salesperson (Carolina DaSilva )who meant in the lot while I was looking at the use Navigators they had. I worked with her supervisor Paul Mitchell who really understood my predicament with my current which was a vehicle broken down in a dealership across the street. Paul took the time to listen to me express my frustrations as I was there in Hilton head on vacation stuck in a rental vehicle. They work with me and my wife find a vehicle that we really loved. Their sale manger Craig Redker who helped them work up a deal on the Navigator we were looking to buy. They went above and beyond to go across the street to test drive my current vehicle which was no easy task. They then had me work with Paul Tindall the finance Manager who truly cares about the people he is helping get auto financing. Paul was fantastic and went the extra 10 miles to help me work out a fabulous financing deal. He was very informative walking through every step. They helped me wrap the negative equity from my current vehicle into the financing. . It was the most outstanding serving I have had in buying a vehicle in my 50 plus years and over 15 car I have purchased. I wished they were my local dealship they would get my business every time. This is what every car dealer stride to achieve and they did it effortlessly. If you looking to find that family dealership where you are treated with respect and like a family or friend please give OC Welch an opportunity to show you what they can do for you. We drove up from Central Florida to pick up a new truck. As we were leaving, our Bronco got a alarm for low tire. Thankfully I was still here at dealership and the service department manager Tracy said no problem we will get you right in a d looked at. Bronco picked up a tire on SC roads. The tire team got the tire fixed and I will be back on the road shortly. Tracy was so understanding that I needed it fixed as soon as possible- 4 hour drive ahead of me. Tracy and Landon greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I explained what service I needed they did an inspection of my vehicle brought me out my cabin air filter that was extremely dirty so I had them replace that at the same time. No pressure and they were very quick with the service.

We just had our most pleasant car buying experience ever at OC Welch Lincoln. Jamie Kirk called us before we arrived, listened to our considerations and guided us through our evaluation - including test driving three different vehicles. We made our selection and Craig Redeker put everything together for us offering multiple options. Then we sat with Paul Tindall and selected some additional coverages that made sense for us. All three of these gentlemen were professional, diligent, and patient - even though we kept them very late on July 4th eve to accommodate our schedule. We are very happy with our vehicle and our experience at OC Welch.

I purchased my Lincoln brand new in 2022, and for quite some time I had been convinced it would be my last—not because of the vehicle itself, but because of my experience with the local dealership. After repeated frustration with service and communication, I stopped bringing my vehicle there altogether and had not returned in well over a year. That changed when my car unexpectedly died and had to be towed to the dealership in the middle of the night. I expected another frustrating experience. Instead, I received a call first thing the next morning from my new service consultant, Mike Kulik From that moment on, the experience was completely different. Mike was responsive, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process. He understood that I needed my vehicle for an out-of-town trip Friday morning and made that deadline a priority. He kept me informed, ensured the recall-related issue that caused the problem was addressed along with several other items, and, once the work was completed, offered to have my car delivered to me Thursday afternoon so I would have one less thing to manage before my trip. Exceptional service is often less about grand gestures and more about communication, accountability, and anticipating what a customer needs. Mike did all three exceptionally well. My advice to the dealership is simple: find more Mikes—and take very good care of the one you have. People like him are the reason customers return, remain loyal to a brand, and become raving fans. Mike didn’t just take care of my car. He changed my opinion of the dealership and gave me a reason to reconsider whether this really has to be my last Lincoln.

Scheduled regular oil service and a transmission diagnostic since the power train warranty was due to expire in August on my 2021 F-150 Limited. Normally the dealership likes to have the truck left for the day. Since my wife is unable to drive due to medical issues, I informed Rob Stuckey I would have to wait. Rob was able to expedite the oil service, transmission diagnostics, and transmission programming updates efficiently, completed the service, and had me processed within 3 hours wait time. Less than expected. Appreciated the attention by Rob and also Tracy Green for the Quick Lube oil service to make my wait time very reasonable for the work performed.

A problem had with my vehicle was covered under the extended warranty. They only problem was getting the people from the extended warranty to make contact back to OC Welsh. Rob continued to make contact with the warranty agent until the problem was finally resolved. He did a great job and I want to thank him.

We were looking for a new truck with a similar trim package to my husband's current truck (F-150 XLT). I was able to get in touch with Sam Elliott and in less than 15 minutes we had what we were looking for. Sam has sold us our last 5 vehicles and was able to complete everything fast and kept us updated every step of the way! Tonya was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was so kind and had fantastic communication with us. We are staying in Sea Pines, on family vacation from Virginia, and as you can imagine, a non- functioning car with our three kids is not ideal during our special family time. I sincerely thank everyone from the service team to the techs to Tonya for squeezing us in so we can have a functioning APIM module during our long drive home. I was very thankful for the opportunity to utilize the Lincoln service team, because our local Ford dealership (Sheehey) does not have that option. It was of great value and I would absolutely return to this location again!! We have already called our local dealership back home and they have ordered the APIM module so it can be replaced next week. Thank you for the fantastic customer service and experience!

Craig's knowledge, patience, and polite disposition make it happen. The process moves along smoothly thanks to Sales Consultant, Paul Mitchell, taking care of the many details that are involved in changing cars. Paul's immediate attention to these tasks with such speed and knowledge kept things moving along without a hitch. Putting everything into a proper format with the Finance manager was always one of my least favorite parts of the transaction. This is not the case with Manager Chris Black. Very prompt. They took me right in and was very quick in doing the work. Had a recall but was told it would not pull up so will be redone at. A later date. Only thing when I got home and read over paper work it did not say tires were rotated even though coupon said they would be.

Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

Service personnel kept me informed of the progress on my car which I appreciated. My only cues I was told the windshield wipers and the cabin air filter needed replaced. I said I would do that myself only to find out that the cabin air filter had been replaced by the technician at a cost to me.

I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns.
