I'm a retired US MARINE and my truck was recently totalled. 3 days ago I commissioned as a 2ndLt in the Marine Corps. I needed a reliable car to get me where I need to go! Without hesitation they helped me find the best deal and provided guidance!! Jay. was great! Honest and straight forward however I was shorted on my trade by Mr.Roe. The numbers added up to me getting more back but Mr. Roe in financing. Insured we work with round numbers. Which shorted me about $565 bucks. I called and left a message with no return call from finance. I will be returning with the paper work to get the remaining monies returned to me. Other than that it was a pleasant and fast experience. Again. Jay was awesome and he was a straight shooter like me so I was pleased to do business with jay.

Went in knowing what we wanted to buy Jay was very helpful and friendly and told us a lot about the car. He told us to come back the next day to pick it up once we signed all the paperwork. Unfortunately when we went to get it ,although it was supposedly cleaned twice, inside it still was quite dirty, I know this is not a reflection of Jay but the service team needs to do a better job.

We had a great experience buying our 2023 Ford Bronco from OC Welch. We placed a custom order through them from the factory to get the exact color, model and options we wanted. Pricing was very up front and once the vehicle was delivered to OC Welch the transfer went very smoothly. ***Updated*** After a bit of difficulty getting in touch with the OC Welch Service Department Mr. Welch himself intervened and has been extremely helpful. It is pretty amazing in this day that the actual owner of the company is taking the time to make sure that his customers are taken care of. I appreciate Mr. Welch's commitment to customer service, maintaining a good reputation for his dealership and standing behind the products he offers. His actions and the support given by OC Welch Ford is how a company should represent themselves.

I am from Indiana and was visiting my daughter in South Carolina. My daughter's car needed service, so I scheduled an appointment with O.C. Welch Ford. I arrived approximately 40 minutes early, but they took my car back as soon as I checked in. The customer service representative was very kind and showed up the waiting room, pointed us to coffee and water if needed, and showed us where the bathrooms were located. After the service was performed, the customer service rep. took us back to speak with the mechanic and review everything that was completed and anything else that needed to be reviewed. The mechanic was very thorough and clear with his explanation. The customer service rep then took us to the payment desk to pay for services rendered. The payment clerk was also very kind and she asked me how I wanted to pay for the bill, or I could use my Ford dollars that I had saved up from previous services. I asked the young lady what she was talking about because no one had ever told me I had Ford dollars that I could use toward services. The clerk to her time in explaining how the plan works and what I need to say when I get back to my Indiana dealership. I was very pleased with the service and very kind employees the O.C. Welch has working for them. This is a true testament to the owners and management team at O.C.Welch Ford. There are a lot of company's out there that could use the O.C.Welch Ford business model and specifically the way you treat your customers. Great Job O.C.Welch Ford!!!! Kevin

Unfortunately there are too many shops in the area that do not do a good job the first time. Everyone makes mistakes but at least OC Welch will make good on any mistakes that they make. Nothing but great things to say about the service this time!

Needed a spare electronic key for my F-150. Robert in Service, handled all the datails, log in parts coordination, waited only one hour, paud and departed. Parts had the proper key fob, every step went like clock work. Great experience. July 2024

JULY 18 , 2024 - I arrived at SAV airport and rented a FORD BRONCO . I could not figure out how to understand the navigation on the bronco. passing OC WELCH , I stopped and asked for help. the woman at the desk was very helpful, she understood my problem. she introduced me to - JAY MARTHERS , a salesman. he was great. he showed me how to use the system - it took just a few minutes. Hey folks I just bought my 7th new car from OC Welch in Hardeeville SC .I have been a customer over 14 years and I have had nothing but great experiences..When you go in ask for Quilla she is the BEST salesperson there.She is honest and hardworking she will bent backwards for you to make you happy . Go to the pre owned building and ask for her you can get new or used cars there .They are a great team of people Gerald and Blake and Ed and are great with financial end of deals . This place is the only place you should look for a Ford or Lincoln. They have a huge selection, and they work tirelessly over getting you the best deal possible. We visited them at 5pm on Monday looking at 2 vehicles. They gave us a really good deal on our trades, even on mine sight unseen. We weren't able to getting any financing done because of the time. The next morning at 8:30am, I received a call saying they got the deal done. That afternoon, we were driving 2 brand new EVs home. Make sure to go see Nolan, Joe and Kevin for a new vehicle.

I had to make an appointment online for an oil change. Not a big deal, but if a business gives a phone number to call, either answer it or call back. Service was prompt and contacts were very courteous.

Rebecca was a calm, reassuring voice in the midst of what could have been a catastrophe. I am forever grateful to her for that and the way she worked to problem solve our unusual situation. Her suggestion to call Lincoln Roadside Assistance proved to be the correct solution and I owe them a debt of gratitude as well for their speedy response. But without Rebecca two little dogs could have perished in a locked car. Thank you again for your prompt and professional assistance!

She was available to take my call and answer my questions through the whole process I know they say GO See OC , but I live 3 hrs away all I had to do was call Quilla and she made it happen!!!!

The entire OC Welch Ford team did an amazing job in matching up our purchase needs with a great vehicle that met all of our expectations. Great job on the repair. Had a problem with the covering on the steering wheel starting to come off that was not that way when we had the car towed. I called several times and left messages to see if we could get it fixed but I have not received a call back. They got my car in fast and kept me informed what the status of the repair was in a timely manner.

While no fault of the dealership repairs can sometimes take a couple months due to parts shortages and lead times with coordinating body shops, but Service Advisor Rob Steckley is awesome with communicating and doing all he can to push the repair. I’ve had an Edge get a new engine and an Escape have a new driver’s door replaced under warranty and again, while it took some time, I know Rob did all he could and I’m just glad to have my car back

OC Welch Ford is excellent to work with for our law enforcement and emergency services vehicles. They were helpful courteous and assisted the County when it was difficult or Ford canceled or told other dealers supplies would be delayed. In some cases were the only dealer to respond to RFPs.

Wanted to shout out to O.C. Welch and the outstanding service I received concerning a safety recall on my 2017 C-Max Ford vehicle. I was offered mobile service for this repair without having to make a trip to the dealership. Two trained Mechanics, Cameron and Ray came to my apartment and performed the needed recall repair in my parking lot. What a fabulous service.

I have had several bad experiences with OC Welch service but ever since Rebekah Hurwitz has been the service manager, I have had nothing but positive experiences. Rebekah is very knowledgeable, patient, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are taken care of. She returns calls promptly and communicates needs and options professionally and knowledgeably. She also went out of her way to set me up with Chris Black to obtain a warranty package for my car. She has changed my opinion of OC Welch service from negative to positive because of her commitment to customer satisfaction.

The service that I receive coming to OC Welch was amazing. I just had to write a review and normally I don’t do that at all. Nolan was one of the best salesman I have ever experienced. However, I was unable to purchase a car due to some personal issues, but will be back expeditiously!Nolan was the most personable salesman I’ve ever met. He listened to me, my expectations and my financial goals. He really catered to my needs regarding to looking for a car. I am working diligently on my end to fix some of my financial woes to come so I can purchase on my own without a co-signer from Nolan… To be honest, he really knows his stuff and he’s the best in my opinion!! I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! I worked with Devon and Jason over the phone from NC to find a truck. They were so thorough and effective that when we got there we literally only had to finalize the trade and go to financing. Chris in finance was so easy to work with not pushy or aggressive finance officer. The staff over all was very pleasant and always trying to make sure we were comfortable. We drove 5 hours to buy a truck from Devon and it was absolutely worth !

I recently purchased a Ford Ranger but wanted running boards and a tano cover. They weren't in stock but the dealership obtained them and worked with me on scheduling the service so I didn't have to miss work. I took my 2015 Explorer in for a full service checkup. I had asked for a couple services that, before they automatically performed them, they reached out to me to give me the cost, so I could decide whether I wanted them to proceed. That is an example of putting the customer first!!!!

Great service at OC Welch Ford QuickLane this week. I popped in and asked them if they could fit my 2021 Alfa Romero Giulia Ti Sport Nero Edizione in. Not in a huge hurry. But they were able to get the special oil, filter, and even cabin air filter I needed for my 40K miles service. Very personable, nice waiting area, bottled water, and great value. The whole experience beat the pants off the Alfa Romero dealers in Nashville and Atlanta. I'll be coming back for sure. Maybe even to buy a Ford or a Lincoln. Chatted with several of the sales folks. Great peolpe too. Highly recommend.

We were interested in buying a used or new Lincoln Nautilus so we stopped at OC Welch to have a look at their inventory. We were met by Tom Landry and explained what we were looking for. It was late in the day and Tom stayed to show us the vehicles and explain the differences in the models. We had never been a Ford buyer before and we were looking to trade in our Lexus. Tom was very patient and took the time to tell and show us the different models. We were very impressed with his knowledge and Customer Service skills. We agreed to come back on Monday to review a few different models. Tom showed us 4 different cars that we were interested in and brought them to the front of the dealership for us to compare and make a decision. We spent several hours before we decided on a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve 2. Tom was outstanding throughout the entire process until we drove off with our new Lincoln Nautilus. We are both seniors and this is by far the best experience we’ve ever had in buying a vehicle. So I rarely leave reviews for and I have never left a review for a car dealership company and in the end I didn’t even buy a car from but the crew at this dealership is special. They treated like they were selling a vehicle to a family member or a friend. From the salesperson (Carolina DaSilva )who meant in the lot while I was looking at the use Navigators they had. I worked with her supervisor Paul Mitchell who really understood my predicament with my current which was a vehicle broken down in a dealership across the street. Paul took the time to listen to me express my frustrations as I was there in Hilton head on vacation stuck in a rental vehicle. They work with me and my wife find a vehicle that we really loved. Their sale manger Craig Redker who helped them work up a deal on the Navigator we were looking to buy. They went above and beyond to go across the street to test drive my current vehicle which was no easy task. They then had me work with Paul Tindall the finance Manager who truly cares about the people he is helping get auto financing. Paul was fantastic and went the extra 10 miles to help me work out a fabulous financing deal. He was very informative walking through every step. They helped me wrap the negative equity from my current vehicle into the financing. . It was the most outstanding serving I have had in buying a vehicle in my 50 plus years and over 15 car I have purchased. I wished they were my local dealship they would get my business every time. This is what every car dealer stride to achieve and they did it effortlessly. If you looking to find that family dealership where you are treated with respect and like a family or friend please give OC Welch an opportunity to show you what they can do for you. We drove up from Central Florida to pick up a new truck. As we were leaving, our Bronco got a alarm for low tire. Thankfully I was still here at dealership and the service department manager Tracy said no problem we will get you right in a d looked at. Bronco picked up a tire on SC roads. The tire team got the tire fixed and I will be back on the road shortly. Tracy was so understanding that I needed it fixed as soon as possible- 4 hour drive ahead of me. Tracy and Landon greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I explained what service I needed they did an inspection of my vehicle brought me out my cabin air filter that was extremely dirty so I had them replace that at the same time. No pressure and they were very quick with the service.

We just had our most pleasant car buying experience ever at OC Welch Lincoln. Jamie Kirk called us before we arrived, listened to our considerations and guided us through our evaluation - including test driving three different vehicles. We made our selection and Craig Redeker put everything together for us offering multiple options. Then we sat with Paul Tindall and selected some additional coverages that made sense for us. All three of these gentlemen were professional, diligent, and patient - even though we kept them very late on July 4th eve to accommodate our schedule. We are very happy with our vehicle and our experience at OC Welch.

I purchased my Lincoln brand new in 2022, and for quite some time I had been convinced it would be my last—not because of the vehicle itself, but because of my experience with the local dealership. After repeated frustration with service and communication, I stopped bringing my vehicle there altogether and had not returned in well over a year. That changed when my car unexpectedly died and had to be towed to the dealership in the middle of the night. I expected another frustrating experience. Instead, I received a call first thing the next morning from my new service consultant, Mike Kulik From that moment on, the experience was completely different. Mike was responsive, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process. He understood that I needed my vehicle for an out-of-town trip Friday morning and made that deadline a priority. He kept me informed, ensured the recall-related issue that caused the problem was addressed along with several other items, and, once the work was completed, offered to have my car delivered to me Thursday afternoon so I would have one less thing to manage before my trip. Exceptional service is often less about grand gestures and more about communication, accountability, and anticipating what a customer needs. Mike did all three exceptionally well. My advice to the dealership is simple: find more Mikes—and take very good care of the one you have. People like him are the reason customers return, remain loyal to a brand, and become raving fans. Mike didn’t just take care of my car. He changed my opinion of the dealership and gave me a reason to reconsider whether this really has to be my last Lincoln.

Scheduled regular oil service and a transmission diagnostic since the power train warranty was due to expire in August on my 2021 F-150 Limited. Normally the dealership likes to have the truck left for the day. Since my wife is unable to drive due to medical issues, I informed Rob Stuckey I would have to wait. Rob was able to expedite the oil service, transmission diagnostics, and transmission programming updates efficiently, completed the service, and had me processed within 3 hours wait time. Less than expected. Appreciated the attention by Rob and also Tracy Green for the Quick Lube oil service to make my wait time very reasonable for the work performed.

A problem had with my vehicle was covered under the extended warranty. They only problem was getting the people from the extended warranty to make contact back to OC Welsh. Rob continued to make contact with the warranty agent until the problem was finally resolved. He did a great job and I want to thank him.

We were looking for a new truck with a similar trim package to my husband's current truck (F-150 XLT). I was able to get in touch with Sam Elliott and in less than 15 minutes we had what we were looking for. Sam has sold us our last 5 vehicles and was able to complete everything fast and kept us updated every step of the way! Tonya was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was so kind and had fantastic communication with us. We are staying in Sea Pines, on family vacation from Virginia, and as you can imagine, a non- functioning car with our three kids is not ideal during our special family time. I sincerely thank everyone from the service team to the techs to Tonya for squeezing us in so we can have a functioning APIM module during our long drive home. I was very thankful for the opportunity to utilize the Lincoln service team, because our local Ford dealership (Sheehey) does not have that option. It was of great value and I would absolutely return to this location again!! We have already called our local dealership back home and they have ordered the APIM module so it can be replaced next week. Thank you for the fantastic customer service and experience!

Craig's knowledge, patience, and polite disposition make it happen. The process moves along smoothly thanks to Sales Consultant, Paul Mitchell, taking care of the many details that are involved in changing cars. Paul's immediate attention to these tasks with such speed and knowledge kept things moving along without a hitch. Putting everything into a proper format with the Finance manager was always one of my least favorite parts of the transaction. This is not the case with Manager Chris Black. Very prompt. They took me right in and was very quick in doing the work. Had a recall but was told it would not pull up so will be redone at. A later date. Only thing when I got home and read over paper work it did not say tires were rotated even though coupon said they would be.

Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns.
