Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

Needed to get wiper blades. In and out in under 5 mins. Gabe was quick, fast, and personable. I somehow waited until the last minute to schedule my oil change and got extremely notice at the warning signal that my oil life was decreasing daily. I called the dealership on the day I wanted service and there were no appointments. However, the team was able to squeeze me in. Gab Elias was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and even helped me figure out my Lincoln Access Rewards Points for one of my recommended services. If you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff that treats you with respect... look no further. The team at O.C. Welch will listen to you FIRST and then help you find the right car that suits your needs. They are family owned and that is important because I feel like they CARE. Service personnel kept me informed of the progress on my car which I appreciated. My only cues I was told the windshield wipers and the cabin air filter needed replaced. I said I would do that myself only to find out that the cabin air filter had been replaced by the technician at a cost to me.

Finance closing process needs to be much more efficient and timely. Paul is personally good to work with, but process needs to be far more efficient.

I had purchased some after market bumpers at the time of purchase. My salesman quit and Chip Welch organized everything for me and followed through with me during the whole process. I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. A Ford dealership in Savannah told me they couldn’t get a part for a year. I call O. C. Welch instead and not only do they get the part in a week, but they come to my job and install it in the parking lot free of charge. Pleasant process all the way through!!

En route to OC Welch to purchase a Lincoln our car had a malfunction and broke down. Sales associate Paul M. rescued us from the side of the road even though we were a few miles away on a Friday at 6pm (also in one of the cars we were interested in). It was a speedy, pleasant transaction and we highly recommend.

Tom was great to work with as he is both professional and personal. As a returning customer - third vehicle in seven year - I do wish they would improve upon the final process of the deal - it takes far too long to complete the deal once arriving at the dealership. We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. I have not had a problem since. 10 stars I highly recommend.

Loved working with Jacob. He was low‑pressure, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the current financing options, which really helped me feel confident in choosing O.C. Welch Ford over other dealerships with the same vehicle. When I hesitated about making the drive to pick up the car, he even offered to have it delivered to me for free. He didn't make me feel less important because I was buying a used vehicle versus a brand new one, which would probably be a bigger commission for him. The showroom is amazing and they truly aren't lacking for inventory - the entire property is bumper to bumper. Great service.

Service is much improved from several years ago. I had a somewhat complicated electronic/software problem that took some time to identify and fix. I had a problem with a leak caused by a clogged drain pipe. This caused the fro t floor and mats to be soaked and mold start d to form. Thankfully, I was put into Contact with Cameron Ball, who shepherded my car throughout its time at O.C. Welch. This dealership is one of the busiest if not the busiest in the U.S. Even though it took six weeks to diagnose and fix, it was well worth it. The service team made sure my issue was fixed. Thanks to the Service Team, Cameron Ball, and Mr. O.C. Welch for their help in solving this issue with my 2019 Nautilus. Five star service! Five star review!

I have worked in the Ford industry in the past and have dealt with other dealerships. Although the work has not been done yet. Nia White and Cameron have already shown me their caring, compassion and professionalism in working me in on a tight schedule. Brian Luna is an excellent salesperson. Very responsive, professional and knowledgeable of the vehicles. Also very patient in working with our timing. Other OC Welsh employees were also attentive to our needs. Only downside of dealership is that the lot is always crammed with vehicles, making it difficult to park and maneuver.

Craig Redker is like a well seasoned skillet. He was prepared to listen and offered both current and future data concerning the Aviator brand and his trade in offer was spot on. Chris Black walked use through the numbers and spent time explaining various extended warranty plans. Brian Luna was assigned as our sales representative and we were impressed with his knowledge of the options and listening skills for 5 months on the job. He clearly has a future in this business. I have to say this was by far the easiest and most relaxing car buying experience I've ever had. Jocquilla was absolutely amazing!!!! We was looking to purchase a Tahoe or Expedition but they were both over our price range and Jocquilla recommended the Traverse which was always my husband's first choice and when she offered to bring the car around and show us, I immediately feel in love with it and from my excitement my husband say go ahead and write it up she loves it. Jocquilla made the process painless it almost felt like just talking with a family member. She also delivered the car to me and I have not stip smiling. Hello, my name is Margarita L. As I took my vehicle to O.C. Welch for the first time I was a bit concerned as I do not know much about vehicles, so the worry of being a woman and being taking advantage of, immediately crossed my mind. I did not know what was wrong or how much the repairs were going to cost me, to add to my situation, I drive a BMW and the repairs are hardly expensive and everybody think you are loaded with money. Anyway I meet Cameron who immediately reassured me that all will be well despite my worries. I’d meet up Brian and Ray. 3 of the friendliest and knowledgeable mechanics I have ever meet. They ultimately assessed, repaired and returned my vehicle in top shape, ( they even washed it ) much better than before I took my car to them. It was done all for a complete cost that didn’t hurt my purse pockets. I was so impressed that I have taken the time out of my already busy and hectic schedule to write this review. Thank you O. C. Sam was very nice and went over all of the controls and features of my new Maverick. He was also very helpful in the procedure of tranfering the tag and obtaining insurance for the 1st drive home. He loaded the bluetooth and the Ford app in my phone too. I definitely needed a lot of help with that as I am not very good on computers or cell phones.

We stopped by the dealership in. Bluffton and within seconds Mariel Morgan was there to help. She politely and so very patiently let us look at too many Lincolns to count and test drive several as well. The manger, Craig Redker was just as helpful and informative too. Amazing service! I’m a hospice nurse and on my way to see a patient and got a tire alert with no pressure reading. I was panicked!!!! I had never been to this Ford before. Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

Service personnel kept me informed of the progress on my car which I appreciated. My only cues I was told the windshield wipers and the cabin air filter needed replaced. I said I would do that myself only to find out that the cabin air filter had been replaced by the technician at a cost to me.

I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. Tom was great to work with as he is both professional and personal. As a returning customer - third vehicle in seven year - I do wish they would improve upon the final process of the deal - it takes far too long to complete the deal once arriving at the dealership. Paperwork should be completely done and ready to sign when we arrive! Craig is also great to work with and will work to get you the deal you want.

Having just bought a car for my son in Ohio two months ago in a nightmarish hassle, it was a 180-degree experience dealing with OCWelch. I love the car, am confident I got a fair deal, and was blown away by how quick and efficient every step of the process was. They really treated me right. Special shoutout to Paul Mitchell in sales. He was knowledgeable, great to work with, easy to talk to, and lightning-fast with responses. Nothing people hate about a car-buying experience surfaced in my experience. Dealership was good and Paul Mitchell was even better. Look him up!

We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. I have not had a problem since. 10 stars I highly recommend.

Trisha and everyone at O. C. Welch were most helpful and extremely tolerant answering my many questions, about the truck, the purchasing process, etc. They put me at ease throughout what can sometimes be an ordeal. I’m very fond of my truck, appreciate the peace of mind from the certification by Ford, and am grateful to have come by it in such a pleasant atmosphere. The best buying experience I’ve ever had. Tom Landry is an EXCEPTIONAL salesperson; so good that I came back and bought a second car, which is something I’ve never done before. The communication with him and his manager, Craig, down to Paul the finance manager was top-notch. Everything was seamless. I have become friends with tom Landry over the last 10 yrs. I trust him immensly. I've never had to ask him if it's the best he can do , I know it is the best. I shopped other cars but couldn't leave my friends over at welsh Lincoln's no other car I looked at for that price compared to Lincoln in looks and quality. I'm thrilled with my new color Corsair. Received some nice compliments on it already. Tom hooked me up with the better level which has many more amenities which I love. See tom Landry for all your Lincoln needs he's a trustworthy man.

Good afternoon, My appointment started art 9:30 AM on the 24th of February. Mr. Munro took my letter requesting I get my rear back up camera replaced due to a recall. We took a few minutes and then I proceeded to the waiting area in the showroom. About 15 minutes went by when Mr. Ross came in and told me the recall has been put on hold and Ford Motor Company was only doing the recall on Mustangs for now and I would receive another letter when it was my make of vehicle being recalled. All went well and I only spent approximately 30 minutes at the dealership.
