Best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Drove over six hours round trip and would do it again. Had an appointment at 3 p.m., was a few minutes early, met at the door by Mr Welch and he had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service with friendly staff.

Our truck broke down on vacation in SC. OC Welsh was booked but they squeezed it in and got it fixed and running the same day. If they hadn’t we would have been stranded in SC for days. Thanks to them we were able to make it home safely.

Yesterday, Kelly Hall was exceptionally helpful to me. My Ford Explorer was getting 4 new tires installed. The night before, I had picked up my sister at Savannah Airport. Yesterday, she called and said she was missing a small bag. Could I check my Ford? Well, it was at your dealership! So I called Kelly Hall and asked if she could track down my car and look for the missing bag? She went out of her way, found the car and looked for the bag. She immediately reported back to me and said that it was not in the car. This was very helpful in narrowing down where the bag could be. Ultimately, my sister found the bag. Was driving to the Savannah Airport June 8th for a flight to Atlanta and then onto Albuquerque when my low tire pressure warning light came on. Indicated 26 psi in the right rear tire. Was able to get to O.C. Welch Quick Lane. Robert Johnson responded quickly and proceeded to check for a puncture while Tracy Green (Mgr.) prepared the paperwork. Tire was repaired very quickly and they got me back on the road to the airport. Made my flight easily. Many thanks for the quick attention and service.

There were a few minor cosmetic issues with the car which they agreed to fix and Trish even helped set up the appointment for that. I’ll definitely be back.

Needed to get wiper blades. In and out in under 5 mins. Gabe was quick, fast, and personable. I somehow waited until the last minute to schedule my oil change and got extremely notice at the warning signal that my oil life was decreasing daily. I called the dealership on the day I wanted service and there were no appointments. However, the team was able to squeeze me in. Gab Elias was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and even helped me figure out my Lincoln Access Rewards Points for one of my recommended services. I just recently purchased a new vehicle and once again Sales manager Craig Redker made this a very pleasant, stress free, and exciting experience that this process deserves. Craig's knowledge, patience, and polite disposition make it happen. The process moves along smoothly thanks to Sales Consultant, Paul Mitchell, taking care of the many details that are involved in changing cars. Paul's immediate attention to these tasks with such speed and knowledge kept things moving along without a hitch. Putting everything into a proper format with the Finance manager was always one of my least favorite parts of the transaction. This is not the case with Manager Chris Black. Chris has been able to take the amount of legal information that needs to be verified and explain it in such a manner that all of it is completely understandable. Tonya was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was so kind and had fantastic communication with us. We are staying in Sea Pines, on family vacation from Virginia, and as you can imagine, a non- functioning car with our three kids is not ideal during our special family time. I sincerely thank everyone from the service team to the techs to Tonya for squeezing us in so we can have a functioning APIM module during our long drive home. I was very thankful for the opportunity to utilize the Lincoln service team, because our local Ford dealership (Sheehey) does not have that option. It was of great value and I would absolutely return to this location again!! Very prompt. They took me right in and was very quick in doing the work. Had a recall but was told it would not pull up so will be redone at. A later date. Only thing when I got home and read over paper work it did not say tires were rotated even though coupon said they would be.

Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. OC Welch always listens to my concerns when bringing my car in for service. My car was serviced in a timely manner. The tire that needed to be replaced due to damage from road debris was waiting for my car when I arrived. Tonya reviewed all the paperwork with me so I understood what was done. The best buying experience I’ve ever had. Tom Landry is an EXCEPTIONAL salesperson; so good that I came back and bought a second car, which is something I’ve never done before. The communication with him and his manager, Craig, down to Paul the finance manager was top-notch. Everything was seamless. I have become friends with tom Landry over the last 10 yrs. I trust him immensly. I've never had to ask him if it's the best he can do , I know it is the best. I shopped other cars but couldn't leave my friends over at welsh Lincoln's no other car I looked at for that price compared to Lincoln in looks and quality. I'm thrilled with my new color Corsair. Received some nice compliments on it already. Tom hooked me up with the better level which has many more amenities which I love. See tom Landry for all your Lincoln needs he's a trustworthy man.
