Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

Needed to get wiper blades. In and out in under 5 mins. Gabe was quick, fast, and personable. I somehow waited until the last minute to schedule my oil change and got extremely notice at the warning signal that my oil life was decreasing daily. I called the dealership on the day I wanted service and there were no appointments. However, the team was able to squeeze me in. Gab Elias was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and even helped me figure out my Lincoln Access Rewards Points for one of my recommended services. If you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff that treats you with respect... look no further. The team at O.C. Welch will listen to you FIRST and then help you find the right car that suits your needs. They are family owned and that is important because I feel like they CARE. Service personnel kept me informed of the progress on my car which I appreciated. My only cues I was told the windshield wipers and the cabin air filter needed replaced. I said I would do that myself only to find out that the cabin air filter had been replaced by the technician at a cost to me.

Finance closing process needs to be much more efficient and timely. Paul is personally good to work with, but process needs to be far more efficient.

I had purchased some after market bumpers at the time of purchase. My salesman quit and Chip Welch organized everything for me and followed through with me during the whole process. I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. A Ford dealership in Savannah told me they couldn’t get a part for a year. I call O. C. Welch instead and not only do they get the part in a week, but they come to my job and install it in the parking lot free of charge. Pleasant process all the way through!!

En route to OC Welch to purchase a Lincoln our car had a malfunction and broke down. Sales associate Paul M. rescued us from the side of the road even though we were a few miles away on a Friday at 6pm (also in one of the cars we were interested in). It was a speedy, pleasant transaction and we highly recommend.

Welch himself stepped up and offered a rare vehicle from their own inventory simply to help make things right — no questions asked. That kind of professionalism and goodwill is hard to come by in this industry. Tom was great to work with as he is both professional and personal. As a returning customer - third vehicle in seven year - I do wish they would improve upon the final process of the deal - it takes far too long to complete the deal once arriving at the dealership. Paperwork should be completely done and ready to sign when we arrive! Craig is also great to work with and will work to get you the deal you want.

We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. I have not had a problem since. 10 stars I highly recommend.

Loved working with Jacob. He was low‑pressure, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the current financing options, which really helped me feel confident in choosing O.C. Welch Ford over other dealerships with the same vehicle. When I hesitated about making the drive to pick up the car, he even offered to have it delivered to me for free. He didn't make me feel less important because I was buying a used vehicle versus a brand new one, which would probably be a bigger commission for him. The showroom is amazing and they truly aren't lacking for inventory - the entire property is bumper to bumper. Great service.

Then, I would highly recommend Marifel Morgan. She made the whole transaction so easy and painless. If you're looking for a great deal on a used car, she is your "go-to" sales representative. Craig Redker, the sales manager, was a great help in explaining the entire process, as I bought my 2020 Lincoln MKZ from their Internet website. Yes, I bought the car sight unseen and test-driven when it arrived at my house 250 miles from the dealership. Chris Black, the business manager, walked me through the extended warranty program and made it where I understood the entire process. A Ford dealer in Savannah, GA put me in a bind - they refused to install parts ordered directly through Ford to a Ford dealership, because I didn’t order the parts through this particular dealership’s overpriced third party parts provider. I took my parts and went straight to OC Welch, explained my situation to a service manager, and they installed my parts immediately at a very reasonable price. No xx, and zero issues whatsoever. I’ve used OC Welch many times in the past, and they have never let me down - they really are the best with extremely talented technicians, and customer service agents who will make sure you’re taken care of. I will never use that Savannah, GA dealership again.

The dealership appears to be overwhelmed with work at this time. However, I would assume upper management is trying to hire well qualified people to reduce the backlog of work. I had a problem with getting the latest Sync3 software updated in my vehicle. Had O.C. Welch try to update it while in for an oil change. For whatever reason the update never was accepted by the system. I returned to the dealership to try to get the update. Ray in the fast lane office remembered me and got right on it. The mechanic tried his best to get the update to be accepted but was unable to accomplish it. Ray didn't give up, and had another person that has dealt with this problem give it a try. Bingo.... Whatever this fellow did he was able to get the update loaded, and everything seems to be working now as it should. I can't thank Ray enough for sticking with me and doing everything he could to satisfy me. Thank You!!! Please add my name to the list for the 360° camera recall. Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. I have not had a problem since. 10 stars I highly recommend.

O.C. Welch didn't have the model and color that I wanted, but found it at another dealer a few hours away. They went and picked the vehicle up, prepped it, and delivered to my home. Above and beyond service!

Trisha and everyone at O. C. Welch were most helpful and extremely tolerant answering my many questions, about the truck, the purchasing process, etc. They put me at ease throughout what can sometimes be an ordeal. I’m very fond of my truck, appreciate the peace of mind from the certification by Ford, and am grateful to have come by it in such a pleasant atmosphere. OC Welch always listens to my concerns when bringing my car in for service. My car was serviced in a timely manner. The tire that needed to be replaced due to damage from road debris was waiting for my car when I arrived. Tonya reviewed all the paperwork with me so I understood what was done. The best buying experience I’ve ever had. Tom Landry is an EXCEPTIONAL salesperson; so good that I came back and bought a second car, which is something I’ve never done before. The communication with him and his manager, Craig, down to Paul the finance manager was top-notch. Everything was seamless. I have become friends with tom Landry over the last 10 yrs. I trust him immensly. I've never had to ask him if it's the best he can do , I know it is the best. I shopped other cars but couldn't leave my friends over at welsh Lincoln's no other car I looked at for that price compared to Lincoln in looks and quality. I'm thrilled with my new color Corsair. Received some nice compliments on it already. Tom hooked me up with the better level which has many more amenities which I love. See tom Landry for all your Lincoln needs he's a trustworthy man.

Good experience. Paul worked hard to find us the vehicle that met our requirements. We appreciated his efforts very much and are happy with our new Corsair. They forgot to leave the windows sticker in the car. We always like to keep it. I thought that was SOP but maybe not for this dealership. I should have requested it.

Good afternoon, My appointment started art 9:30 AM on the 24th of February. Mr. Munro took my letter requesting I get my rear back up camera replaced due to a recall. We took a few minutes and then I proceeded to the waiting area in the showroom. About 15 minutes went by when Mr. Ross came in and told me the recall has been put on hold and Ford Motor Company was only doing the recall on Mustangs for now and I would receive another letter when it was my make of vehicle being recalled. All went well and I only spent approximately 30 minutes at the dealership.
