Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

Needed to get wiper blades. In and out in under 5 mins. Gabe was quick, fast, and personable. I somehow waited until the last minute to schedule my oil change and got extremely notice at the warning signal that my oil life was decreasing daily. I called the dealership on the day I wanted service and there were no appointments. However, the team was able to squeeze me in. Gab Elias was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and even helped me figure out my Lincoln Access Rewards Points for one of my recommended services. If you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff that treats you with respect... look no further. The team at O.C. Welch will listen to you FIRST and then help you find the right car that suits your needs. They are family owned and that is important because I feel like they CARE. Service personnel kept me informed of the progress on my car which I appreciated. My only cues I was told the windshield wipers and the cabin air filter needed replaced. I said I would do that myself only to find out that the cabin air filter had been replaced by the technician at a cost to me.

Finance closing process needs to be much more efficient and timely. Paul is personally good to work with, but process needs to be far more efficient.

I had purchased some after market bumpers at the time of purchase. My salesman quit and Chip Welch organized everything for me and followed through with me during the whole process. I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. A Ford dealership in Savannah told me they couldn’t get a part for a year. I call O. C. Welch instead and not only do they get the part in a week, but they come to my job and install it in the parking lot free of charge. Pleasant process all the way through!!

En route to OC Welch to purchase a Lincoln our car had a malfunction and broke down. Sales associate Paul M. rescued us from the side of the road even though we were a few miles away on a Friday at 6pm (also in one of the cars we were interested in). It was a speedy, pleasant transaction and we highly recommend.

Welch himself stepped up and offered a rare vehicle from their own inventory simply to help make things right — no questions asked. That kind of professionalism and goodwill is hard to come by in this industry. Tom was great to work with as he is both professional and personal. As a returning customer - third vehicle in seven year - I do wish they would improve upon the final process of the deal - it takes far too long to complete the deal once arriving at the dealership. Paperwork should be completely done and ready to sign when we arrive! Craig is also great to work with and will work to get you the deal you want.

We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. I have not had a problem since. 10 stars I highly recommend.

Loved working with Jacob. He was low‑pressure, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the current financing options, which really helped me feel confident in choosing O.C. Welch Ford over other dealerships with the same vehicle. When I hesitated about making the drive to pick up the car, he even offered to have it delivered to me for free. He didn't make me feel less important because I was buying a used vehicle versus a brand new one, which would probably be a bigger commission for him. The showroom is amazing and they truly aren't lacking for inventory - the entire property is bumper to bumper. Great service.

Experienced a serious mechanical failure while visiting in Hilton Head, 700 miles from home. Service representative Denett and manger Rebeka where a tremendous help. After considering all my options, I decided to close out my lease early and get into a 2024. Sales Consultant Marifel found me the perfect replacement, General Manager Greg set me up with some really nice numbers and Finance Manager Chris got all the paper work done right and quick. After the battery was changed everything worked like a new car for about a week, then the cameras stopped working. I checked the fuse but it was good. For a week the cameras would work intermittently then they would not work intermittently. If they cease to work too often I will bring the car. In for repairs. Seems like a loose wire. Thanks.

I've never seen O. C. so jammed with vehicles. Service is overbooked not returned as promised. My experience at OC Welch was out of the world! My mother bought a car about 2 years ago and couldn’t stop raving about her car and the service she receives. Upon starting my own car hunt, I quickly realized not all dealerships and sales people are made the same. OC Welch took what could be an exhausting experience, and turned it into an amazing one. I was all smiles through the whole car buying process, it was seamless and easy. Marifel, my sales woman, was patient and had great enthusiasm assisting me with my purchase. Joe, the manager, made sure I was taken care of during every step of the process. He does an amazing job overseeing every sale. Chris, the financier, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and secure in my purchase. I would highly recommend giving OC Welch a visit if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

All tho they have our car for a long period, my experience with Rebecca the service manager I believe was awesome!!! She knows her job!!! I am a retired ford motor company employee that I served 34.5 years with the company in quality control and few launches, we are from Michigan but now we spend 5-6 months in Hilton Head, and then go back to mi for the summer, again Rebecca is awesome, ,it’s nice knowing she takes care of the customer!!!
