I received professional, courteous and honest service from OC Welch during my recent purchase of a 2023 Ford F-150. I ordered a new truck from O.C. Welch. He was fantastic to work with, extremely polite and happy to personally help me out. The whole experience from ordering to delivery was fantastic. He and Ford kept me informed during the entire process. When my truck was delivered, he personally welcomed me in at the dealership and got me all taken care of. The other staff members were great too. Miguel helped me setup my ford pass and connect to my truck. Gerald did a great job assisting me with financing and warranty options. Overall, the process was fantastic. I highly recommend O.C. Welch if you need a vehicle. I have also had good experience with their service department and I will be taking my truck there for all of its service needs. GO SEE OC!

Tracy and Landon greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I explained what service I needed they did an inspection of my vehicle brought me out my cabin air filter that was extremely dirty so I had them replace that at the same time. No pressure and they were very quick with the service.

We came into test drive Bronco Outerbanks Sasquatch but found that the last one had just been sold. Out salesman Charles Derrer was exceptional in explaining the different Bronco models and explained all of the features of the Bronco Raptor. We test drove a 2025 Braptor and really like the ride as compared to some Jeeps we had recently yes drove. Then as he was drilling through his computer a pre owned Raptor on the custom Code Orange paint popped up. We requested to look at it and was love at first site. My wife knew instantly this is what we wanted! Charles did a good job of building our confidence and we decided to make the purchase on the spot. He seamlessly prepared the paperwork and then introduced us to Chris Black, Finance Manager. Our overall experience with Charles and the staff was excellent and continued through to the delivery of the vehicle.

Five-star experience at O.C. Welch Ford in Hardeeville, SC. We purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor with Charles Derrer and the entire process felt seamless and professional from start to finish. Charles is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through everything in a clear, informative way-especially appreciated since we're new to the Ford Raptor family. Came in to the used car side just after a thunderstorm. Thely Daust didn’t mind walking the lot looking for a certain vehicle in the rain. Found the vehicle which was close to closing time. I live 3 hours south of the dealership, they sent a driver to pick me up to bring me to the dealership. Easy transaction and salesperson Thely was great to deal with.

He took care of us immediately, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening with our vehicle. Communication with both Gabriel and the technician was exceptional throughout the entire process. We just had our most pleasant car buying experience ever at OC Welch Lincoln. Jamie Kirk called us before we arrived, listened to our considerations and guided us through our evaluation - including test driving three different vehicles. We made our selection and Craig Redeker put everything together for us offering multiple options. Then we sat with Paul Tindall and selected some additional coverages that made sense for us. All three of these gentlemen were professional, diligent, and patient - even though we kept them very late on July 4th eve to accommodate our schedule. We are very happy with our vehicle and our experience at OC Welch.

Wow how dealerships have changed The inside on this dealership is more of a museum than a dealership. Dun to look at but where are the sales people. We found ours out side as we were looking at a vehicle. If it get busy sales staff is short handed so be patient. Everyone is friendly and helpful. No pressure sales Great prices and lots of options to finance. And yes we did purchase a vehicle thanks Sam.

Wednesday I picked up my 2019 Lincoln MKC, and it was so clean you would have thought it was showroom new. If you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned car, you definitely need to go see OC.

Thely aka Ms. The Best.com as simply amazing. I showed interest and she jumped right in and helped me right away. Thely was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I purchased my Lincoln brand new in 2022, and for quite some time I had been convinced it would be my last—not because of the vehicle itself, but because of my experience with the local dealership. After repeated frustration with service and communication, I stopped bringing my vehicle there altogether and had not returned in well over a year. That changed when my car unexpectedly died and had to be towed to the dealership in the middle of the night. I expected another frustrating experience. Instead, I received a call first thing the next morning from my new service consultant, Mike Kulik From that moment on, the experience was completely different. Mike was responsive, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process. He understood that I needed my vehicle for an out-of-town trip Friday morning and made that deadline a priority. He kept me informed, ensured the recall-related issue that caused the problem was addressed along with several other items, and, once the work was completed, offered to have my car delivered to me Thursday afternoon so I would have one less thing to manage before my trip. Exceptional service is often less about grand gestures and more about communication, accountability, and anticipating what a customer needs. Mike did all three exceptionally well. My advice to the dealership is simple: find more Mikes—and take very good care of the one you have. People like him are the reason customers return, remain loyal to a brand, and become raving fans. Mike didn’t just take care of my car. He changed my opinion of the dealership and gave me a reason to reconsider whether this really has to be my last Lincoln.

Sales manager Craig Redker worked with me over the course of a month to arrange my purchase of a 2026 F-150 XLT during Ford’s employee pricing sales promotion. During this process, I spoke with two members of the sales team, two from finance, and the owner O.C. Welch. All were courteous and professional in their dealings with me. I was satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and believe I paid a fair price for it. The service was great. A loaner was dropped off and my vehicle was brought in for service. Received it back the following day. I was a little disappointed that I was charged twenty two some odd dollars for Milage. I was told that for 2 days, I was allowed 200 miles. I personally drove 176. I did not think that I should be charged for mileage accumulated from the dealer to my house and back

I just purchased my third Lincoln from O C Welch Ford Lincoln I can’t wait to buy my fourth. When you buy from OO you have a friend for life….you can look for a better deal but you want find one! I passed down these cars to my son and grandson. The last Lincoln Corsair is for me and my wife. O C goes back to Darien, Ga where he started out washing cars where he learned the business from the ground up. He is still a hands on dealership owner. My salesman was Thele! My Husband and I traded in our vehicle while we were vacationing from Maine. We could not be more pleased with the service from Sam Elliott and Paul Landry, as well as other team members who helped to entertain us in between paperwork, etc. Sam and Paul are extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. They were transparent, and we felt very much like they were giving us the best possible deal. We are extremely happy with our Lincoln aviator, which was a significant upgrade for us. The major bonus was we never would’ve found a vehicle like this in the northeast and certainly not with the incredible 1.99% interest rate from Lincoln and the incredible bumper-to-bumper warranty package. We wish to acknowledge and thank Tom Landry, Sales Consultant, for his outstanding service. We wish also to acknowledge Steve Cummins, Service Manager, for his outstanding service for the installation of new air bags in our 2012 Ford Fusion. We came into test drive Bronco Outerbanks Sasquatch but found that the last one had just been sold. Out salesman Charles Derrer was exceptional in explaining the different Bronco models and explained all of the features of the Bronco Raptor. We test drove a 2025 Braptor and really like the ride as compared to some Jeeps we had recently yes drove. Then as he was drilling through his computer a pre owned Raptor on the custom Code Orange paint popped up. We requested to look at it and was love at first site. My wife knew instantly this is what we wanted! Charles did a good job of building our confidence and we decided to make the purchase on the spot. He seamlessly prepared the paperwork and then introduced us to Chris Black, Finance Manager. Our overall experience with Charles and the staff was excellent and continued through to the delivery of the vehicle.

Came in to the used car side just after a thunderstorm. Thely Daust didn’t mind walking the lot looking for a certain vehicle in the rain. Found the vehicle which was close to closing time. I live 3 hours south of the dealership, they sent a driver to pick me up to bring me to the dealership. Easy transaction and salesperson Thely was great to deal with.

Wow how dealerships have changed The inside on this dealership is more of a museum than a dealership. Dun to look at but where are the sales people. We found ours out side as we were looking at a vehicle. If it get busy sales staff is short handed so be patient. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The service was great. A loaner was dropped off and my vehicle was brought in for service. Received it back the following day. I was a little disappointed that I was charged twenty two some odd dollars for Milage. I was told that for 2 days, I was allowed 200 miles. I personally drove 176. I did not think that I should be charged for mileage accumulated from the dealer to my house and back

My Husband and I traded in our vehicle while we were vacationing from Maine. We could not be more pleased with the service from Sam Elliott and Paul Landry, as well as other team members who helped to entertain us in between paperwork, etc. Sam and Paul are extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. They were transparent, and we felt very much like they were giving us the best possible deal. We are extremely happy with our Lincoln aviator, which was a significant upgrade for us. The major bonus was we never would’ve found a vehicle like this in the northeast and certainly not with the incredible 1.99% interest rate from Lincoln and the incredible bumper-to-bumper warranty package. My experience at OC Welch was out of the world! My mother bought a car about 2 years ago and couldn’t stop raving about her car and the service she receives. Upon starting my own car hunt, I quickly realized not all dealerships and sales people are made the same. OC Welch took what could be an exhausting experience, and turned it into an amazing one. I was all smiles through the whole car buying process, it was seamless and easy. Marifel, my sales woman, was patient and had great enthusiasm assisting me with my purchase. OC Welch is probably the largest ford dealership in a 100 mile radious which is a blessing and a curse. There is no where to park to get maintenance or look for a new vehicle. I had a problem with a former maintenance supervisor and told him that he cost OC a customer. Two years have passed and I have returned and the experience has been very pleasurable and will continue coming back and maybe even consider another vehicle in the future. If possible, an overstocked inventory seemed to “hide” us from potential sales person interactions initially - lol. Sam Elliot was great to work with, very knowledgeable and did not pressure us. My only sincere complaint was the 2.5 wait to begin completing paperwork with Chris Black. Great for the business to have such a busy day, but not so fun for us though the coffee was a treat. Mr. O.C. himself was a true gentleman as well. I didn’t get my free Samsung UltraHD 72” television but, I understand that they are slated for those individuals willing to purchase a 2024 model vehicle. All the best to their team at O.C. We searched four other Ford dealerships nearby first, none had the specific color and trim level we were looking for in stock.

We are traveling and 1500 miles from home when our 22 Ram 2500 started acting up. Lost confidence in the Ram to get us home so we started looking at other brands. The people at OC Welch were so helpful and accommodating,.even let us take a new truck overnight for a test drive. I couldn't be happier with our new F-350 and the service from OC Welch. Rebecca was a calm, reassuring voice in the midst of what could have been a catastrophe. I am forever grateful to her for that and the way she worked to problem solve our unusual situation. Her suggestion to call Lincoln Roadside Assistance proved to be the correct solution and I owe them a debt of gratitude as well for their speedy response.
