Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

Needed to get wiper blades. In and out in under 5 mins. Gabe was quick, fast, and personable. I somehow waited until the last minute to schedule my oil change and got extremely notice at the warning signal that my oil life was decreasing daily. I called the dealership on the day I wanted service and there were no appointments. However, the team was able to squeeze me in. Gab Elias was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and even helped me figure out my Lincoln Access Rewards Points for one of my recommended services. If you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff that treats you with respect... look no further. The team at O.C. Welch will listen to you FIRST and then help you find the right car that suits your needs. They are family owned and that is important because I feel like they CARE. Service personnel kept me informed of the progress on my car which I appreciated. My only cues I was told the windshield wipers and the cabin air filter needed replaced. I said I would do that myself only to find out that the cabin air filter had been replaced by the technician at a cost to me.

Finance closing process needs to be much more efficient and timely. Paul is personally good to work with, but process needs to be far more efficient.

I had purchased some after market bumpers at the time of purchase. My salesman quit and Chip Welch organized everything for me and followed through with me during the whole process. I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. A Ford dealership in Savannah told me they couldn’t get a part for a year. I call O. C. Welch instead and not only do they get the part in a week, but they come to my job and install it in the parking lot free of charge. Pleasant process all the way through!!

En route to OC Welch to purchase a Lincoln our car had a malfunction and broke down. Sales associate Paul M. rescued us from the side of the road even though we were a few miles away on a Friday at 6pm (also in one of the cars we were interested in). It was a speedy, pleasant transaction and we highly recommend.

Tom was great to work with as he is both professional and personal. As a returning customer - third vehicle in seven year - I do wish they would improve upon the final process of the deal - it takes far too long to complete the deal once arriving at the dealership. We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. I have not had a problem since. 10 stars I highly recommend.

What a pleasure to deal with true professionals. Started the search for a car doing the online car buying experience, then onto auto buying sites. Saw a vehicle a O.C. Welch and gave them a call. drove the short distance to the dealership. There they had the car ready for a test drive. My wife fell in love with the car. I just wanted to say my experience with O.C Welch Ford-Lincoln was a great experience. I dealt directly with O.C. and he was absolutely amazing. O.C. really has the best interest of the customer and he put together a deal that saved me about $8,000 versus JC Lewis Ford and the entire process from start to finish took about 1 hour. It was amazing. O.C. is very down to earth and easy to work with. The rest of the staff, including Chris Black the Finance Manager was great as well. Chris has the paperwork process down to a T. Great work team O.C.!!!

Overall the process was quick and easy. Appreciate the service provided. The only negative thing I have to say is before buying the truck I told the salesman there was a nail in the tire and it needed to be fixed before I purchased the truck. Two weeks later I drive 5 hours to purchase the truck on a Friday and requested to pick it up on Sunday. (Dealership is closed on Sunday) when I arrive the nail is still in the tire. So it’s either leave truck and drive back 5 hours again or take the truck and pay to have it fixed myself. After getting the truck to the shop there were actually nails in both rear tires. Assuming they came from the construction they were doing on the facility.

They cleared the codes, checked the battery, and provided great advice to ensure the codes did not reappear. And the best part, they did not charge me anything! The Service Department is truly outstanding and I thank them for taking the time to resolve this issue. I highly recommend them for your vehicle service needs.

Just moving to SC decided it was time to trade in my fusion for a convertible. Visited OC Welch and was surprised to find exactly what I wanted at a fair price. My Salesperson Devin Fry was amazing from the beginning of the process straight through to driving it off the lot this morning. We recently had our Lincoln Aviator serviced at O.C. Welch. The process was amazing. The service Manager Gabe Elias was in touch with us from beginning to end. He called us to set up the appointment; then called to organizer the loaner; then called to inform us about the maintenance work done and called again to tell us that the car was being deliverd to our house. I have never had such good service as experienced thru Gabe Elias who is a 5 Star in my book . I have to take this opportunity to compliment Tom Landry Sales Manager at Linclon Welch who is another 5 Star person. Even though we purchased our car from Tom a few years ago he is always very polite , considerate and helps us to get our car washed and with any other interaction we are having for example he put us in touch with Gabe and started the whole process for us. Tom Landry is the person to see if you want to buy a Lincoln which incidently is an excellent vehicle. We will stay with Linclon's from O.C. Wrelch

New, Old Stock Imagine my good fortune when doing a search for a CPO Lincoln Nautilus. I had already test driven one and even though I live near Atlanta I did a nationwide search. I found a 2023 with 49 miles at O C Welch Lincoln. It checked enough boxes on my wishlist, so I called the dealership. The salesman verified the miles for me, so I immediately said I want it. The process to purchase and have it shipped to me was smooth and effortless. Any questions I had were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. Much to my surprise when my car arrived there was a 70” Samsung tv in the back. There was a promotion going on and I didn’t know it. Bonus! Went with a friend to pick up some new patrol cars for his local PD, we drove 5+ hours to get to OC Welch as they apparently keep the cars in stock AND have better pricing than could be found locally. I don't know the in's and out's of the patrol car business, but I can say, how many major car dealerships have you been to where you deal directly with the OWNER? First time I met him and I must say OC seems to be an excellent person to deal with. I was partly disappointed though, he wouldn't let me take the GT on a test drive .

I have a 2019 escape that I bought from this dealership on nov.3,2022 my check engine light came on brought it to this dealership and was told it would take 2-3 days for the part. After 3 calls and left messages I finally got a call back on 01/17/2023 I needed a loaner and was told all theirs waere pulled off line. I called on 01/26/ to schedule an appointment was told I would get a call back later that afternoon.Still no call and check engine light still on I would like to update this review I was contacted by Mr. Welch and he could not have been more helpful in resolving my situation. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and would not hesitate to buy again or recommend someone to this dealership.

Lovely folks here! We bought a Lincoln Nautilus, after visiting 4 different dealerships, driving 10 cars of different makes. We felt like it was a fair price (per KBB), and it was low pressure. No games. Even let us drive one of the cars we test drove to the Toyota dealership to try a used car OCW didn’t have in their used inventory. Our sales rep, Trisha, and sales mgr, Joe, were awesome! This is the 2nd used car I’ve purchased here, and both times were same experience.

I had the vehicle shipped about 300 miles from the dealership, and it arrived just two days after I completed the payment. What really stood out was the price—OC Welch had the best deal in the Southeast. I checked several other dealerships, and they were the only ones who didn’t try to pad the price with unnecessary add-ons. They gave me a fair, honest, out-the-door price right from the start. Always great service and sales at OC Welch Ford 2023, OC Welch has the best ford dealership ever. From his extensive inventory to world class service, this is the place to go. Don't worry if you can't find a place to park, give the staff your keys and they will park your trade while you find a new Ford. Need at GT 500 mustang, he probably has a few. 2022. Even in this economy OC Welch STILL brings super deals on all vehicles on the lot. 4th car buying experience from OC from 2015 - 2017! A pleasure working with Dave Hines. He will get any possible incentives for you. Again great experience working with professionals! Service after the sale is excellent I give O C Welch a 5 star rating, because I can't give him a 10! Best ford inventory anywhere. Dave Hines truly looks out for you. He is the sales manager. He knew what I was looking for and we got my son in a mustang GT and my wife in a New Fusion. They are more than fair. Also I have never been to the dealership when O C was not there. If you ever have an issue or a question, no matter how small it is he will take the time to find out what you need. The service department is excellent! They have the service in 2 flavors, quick lube and full service. If you just need an oil change and tires rotated, go to the quick lube, no appointment necessary. They do all the work as expected and get you in and out in no time. I have only had to use the warranty department once with my 2014 F150 and that was a radio speaker. Called on monday had it ordered and installed by wednesday.

Having purchased two cars from O.C. before, I went to him asking for help on a Ford commercial truck that I had not purchased from him. He went to bat with Ford for me, and got the situation remedied. His service department did an excellent job replacing the entire diesel engine. I know where I will get my next commercial truck! I was visiting home from MS for the memorial day weekend, when my tail light went out. With an 8 hour drive ahead of me I wanted to have it fixed before I left the next day. Being that have a new vehicle with LED it is not as simple as a bulb replacement. I stopped in to see if by any chance they could squeeze me. Previously back in December I when I was visiting I had tried to make an appointment and they were backed up for a month so I had low expectations of getting in. Brian helped me, took a look at the taillight, ensured they had the part in stock, and got it done within 45 mins. My experience at OC Welch was out of the world! My mother bought a car about 2 years ago and couldn’t stop raving about her car and the service she receives. Upon starting my own car hunt, I quickly realized not all dealerships and sales people are made the same. OC Welch took what could be an exhausting experience, and turned it into an amazing one. I was all smiles through the whole car buying process, it was seamless and easy. Marifel, my sales woman, was patient and had great enthusiasm assisting me with my purchase. Joe, the manager, made sure I was taken care of during every step of the process. He does an amazing job overseeing every sale. Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. Tom was great to work with as he is both professional and personal. As a returning customer - third vehicle in seven year - I do wish they would improve upon the final process of the deal - it takes far too long to complete the deal once arriving at the dealership. Paperwork should be completely done and ready to sign when we arrive! Craig is also great to work with and will work to get you the deal you want.

Having just bought a car for my son in Ohio two months ago in a nightmarish hassle, it was a 180-degree experience dealing with OCWelch. I love the car, am confident I got a fair deal, and was blown away by how quick and efficient every step of the process was. They really treated me right. Special shoutout to Paul Mitchell in sales. He was knowledgeable, great to work with, easy to talk to, and lightning-fast with responses. Nothing people hate about a car-buying experience surfaced in my experience. We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. I have not had a problem since. 10 stars I highly recommend.

The best buying experience I’ve ever had. Tom Landry is an EXCEPTIONAL salesperson; so good that I came back and bought a second car, which is something I’ve never done before. The communication with him and his manager, Craig, down to Paul the finance manager was top-notch. Everything was seamless. I have become friends with tom Landry over the last 10 yrs. I trust him immensly. I've never had to ask him if it's the best he can do , I know it is the best. I shopped other cars but couldn't leave my friends over at welsh Lincoln's no other car I looked at for that price compared to Lincoln in looks and quality. I'm thrilled with my new color Corsair. Received some nice compliments on it already. Tom hooked me up with the better level which has many more amenities which I love. See tom Landry for all your Lincoln needs he's a trustworthy man.

Good afternoon, My appointment started art 9:30 AM on the 24th of February. Mr. Munro took my letter requesting I get my rear back up camera replaced due to a recall. We took a few minutes and then I proceeded to the waiting area in the showroom. About 15 minutes went by when Mr. Ross came in and told me the recall has been put on hold and Ford Motor Company was only doing the recall on Mustangs for now and I would receive another letter when it was my make of vehicle being recalled. All went well and I only spent approximately 30 minutes at the dealership.
