I received professional, courteous and honest service from OC Welch during my recent purchase of a 2023 Ford F-150. I ordered a new truck from O.C. Welch. He was fantastic to work with, extremely polite and happy to personally help me out. The whole experience from ordering to delivery was fantastic. He and Ford kept me informed during the entire process. When my truck was delivered, he personally welcomed me in at the dealership and got me all taken care of. The other staff members were great too. Miguel helped me setup my ford pass and connect to my truck. Gerald did a great job assisting me with financing and warranty options. Overall, the process was fantastic. I highly recommend O.C. Welch if you need a vehicle. I have also had good experience with their service department and I will be taking my truck there for all of its service needs. GO SEE OC!

Tracy and Landon greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I explained what service I needed they did an inspection of my vehicle brought me out my cabin air filter that was extremely dirty so I had them replace that at the same time. No pressure and they were very quick with the service.

We came into test drive Bronco Outerbanks Sasquatch but found that the last one had just been sold. Out salesman Charles Derrer was exceptional in explaining the different Bronco models and explained all of the features of the Bronco Raptor. We test drove a 2025 Braptor and really like the ride as compared to some Jeeps we had recently yes drove. Then as he was drilling through his computer a pre owned Raptor on the custom Code Orange paint popped up. We requested to look at it and was love at first site. My wife knew instantly this is what we wanted! Charles did a good job of building our confidence and we decided to make the purchase on the spot. He seamlessly prepared the paperwork and then introduced us to Chris Black, Finance Manager. Our overall experience with Charles and the staff was excellent and continued through to the delivery of the vehicle.

Five-star experience at O.C. Welch Ford in Hardeeville, SC. We purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor with Charles Derrer and the entire process felt seamless and professional from start to finish. Charles is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through everything in a clear, informative way-especially appreciated since we're new to the Ford Raptor family. Came in to the used car side just after a thunderstorm. Thely Daust didn’t mind walking the lot looking for a certain vehicle in the rain. Found the vehicle which was close to closing time. I live 3 hours south of the dealership, they sent a driver to pick me up to bring me to the dealership. Easy transaction and salesperson Thely was great to deal with.

He took care of us immediately, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening with our vehicle. Communication with both Gabriel and the technician was exceptional throughout the entire process. We just had our most pleasant car buying experience ever at OC Welch Lincoln. Jamie Kirk called us before we arrived, listened to our considerations and guided us through our evaluation - including test driving three different vehicles. We made our selection and Craig Redeker put everything together for us offering multiple options. Then we sat with Paul Tindall and selected some additional coverages that made sense for us. All three of these gentlemen were professional, diligent, and patient - even though we kept them very late on July 4th eve to accommodate our schedule. We are very happy with our vehicle and our experience at OC Welch.

Wow how dealerships have changed The inside on this dealership is more of a museum than a dealership. Dun to look at but where are the sales people. We found ours out side as we were looking at a vehicle. If it get busy sales staff is short handed so be patient. Everyone is friendly and helpful. No pressure sales Great prices and lots of options to finance. And yes we did purchase a vehicle thanks Sam.

Wednesday I picked up my 2019 Lincoln MKC, and it was so clean you would have thought it was showroom new. If you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned car, you definitely need to go see OC.

Thely aka Ms. The Best.com as simply amazing. I showed interest and she jumped right in and helped me right away. Thely was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I purchased my Lincoln brand new in 2022, and for quite some time I had been convinced it would be my last—not because of the vehicle itself, but because of my experience with the local dealership. After repeated frustration with service and communication, I stopped bringing my vehicle there altogether and had not returned in well over a year. That changed when my car unexpectedly died and had to be towed to the dealership in the middle of the night. I expected another frustrating experience. Instead, I received a call first thing the next morning from my new service consultant, Mike Kulik From that moment on, the experience was completely different. Mike was responsive, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process. He understood that I needed my vehicle for an out-of-town trip Friday morning and made that deadline a priority. He kept me informed, ensured the recall-related issue that caused the problem was addressed along with several other items, and, once the work was completed, offered to have my car delivered to me Thursday afternoon so I would have one less thing to manage before my trip. Exceptional service is often less about grand gestures and more about communication, accountability, and anticipating what a customer needs. Mike did all three exceptionally well. My advice to the dealership is simple: find more Mikes—and take very good care of the one you have. People like him are the reason customers return, remain loyal to a brand, and become raving fans. Mike didn’t just take care of my car. He changed my opinion of the dealership and gave me a reason to reconsider whether this really has to be my last Lincoln.

Sales manager Craig Redker worked with me over the course of a month to arrange my purchase of a 2026 F-150 XLT during Ford’s employee pricing sales promotion. During this process, I spoke with two members of the sales team, two from finance, and the owner O.C. Welch. All were courteous and professional in their dealings with me. I was satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and believe I paid a fair price for it. The service was great. A loaner was dropped off and my vehicle was brought in for service. Received it back the following day. I was a little disappointed that I was charged twenty two some odd dollars for Milage. I was told that for 2 days, I was allowed 200 miles. I personally drove 176. I did not think that I should be charged for mileage accumulated from the dealer to my house and back

I just purchased my third Lincoln from O C Welch Ford Lincoln I can’t wait to buy my fourth. When you buy from OO you have a friend for life….you can look for a better deal but you want find one! I passed down these cars to my son and grandson. The last Lincoln Corsair is for me and my wife. O C goes back to Darien, Ga where he started out washing cars where he learned the business from the ground up. He is still a hands on dealership owner. My salesman was Thele! My Husband and I traded in our vehicle while we were vacationing from Maine. We could not be more pleased with the service from Sam Elliott and Paul Landry, as well as other team members who helped to entertain us in between paperwork, etc. Sam and Paul are extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. They were transparent, and we felt very much like they were giving us the best possible deal. We are extremely happy with our Lincoln aviator, which was a significant upgrade for us. The major bonus was we never would’ve found a vehicle like this in the northeast and certainly not with the incredible 1.99% interest rate from Lincoln and the incredible bumper-to-bumper warranty package. We wish to acknowledge and thank Tom Landry, Sales Consultant, for his outstanding service. We wish also to acknowledge Steve Cummins, Service Manager, for his outstanding service for the installation of new air bags in our 2012 Ford Fusion. We came into test drive Bronco Outerbanks Sasquatch but found that the last one had just been sold. Out salesman Charles Derrer was exceptional in explaining the different Bronco models and explained all of the features of the Bronco Raptor. We test drove a 2025 Braptor and really like the ride as compared to some Jeeps we had recently yes drove. Then as he was drilling through his computer a pre owned Raptor on the custom Code Orange paint popped up. We requested to look at it and was love at first site. My wife knew instantly this is what we wanted! Charles did a good job of building our confidence and we decided to make the purchase on the spot. He seamlessly prepared the paperwork and then introduced us to Chris Black, Finance Manager. Our overall experience with Charles and the staff was excellent and continued through to the delivery of the vehicle.

Came in to the used car side just after a thunderstorm. Thely Daust didn’t mind walking the lot looking for a certain vehicle in the rain. Found the vehicle which was close to closing time. I live 3 hours south of the dealership, they sent a driver to pick me up to bring me to the dealership. Easy transaction and salesperson Thely was great to deal with.

Wow how dealerships have changed The inside on this dealership is more of a museum than a dealership. Dun to look at but where are the sales people. We found ours out side as we were looking at a vehicle. If it get busy sales staff is short handed so be patient. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The service was great. A loaner was dropped off and my vehicle was brought in for service. Received it back the following day. I was a little disappointed that I was charged twenty two some odd dollars for Milage. I was told that for 2 days, I was allowed 200 miles. I personally drove 176. I did not think that I should be charged for mileage accumulated from the dealer to my house and back

My Husband and I traded in our vehicle while we were vacationing from Maine. We could not be more pleased with the service from Sam Elliott and Paul Landry, as well as other team members who helped to entertain us in between paperwork, etc. Sam and Paul are extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. They were transparent, and we felt very much like they were giving us the best possible deal. We are extremely happy with our Lincoln aviator, which was a significant upgrade for us. Pretty happy over all one of the best dealer experiences I have had and I buy a car about every 2 years lol Sam was easy to deal with and didn't bother me. David on the money side was very easy to communicate with. Joe seems to be running a good team. Was happy to get things without asking that I'm used to haggling over. Some dealership cheap out on things and then it really shows in their vehicles but they take that worry away. Will go out of my way to check in on them in a few years when I get another truck

I purchased a 2023 Maverick in June. Tom Landry was my Salesman. He gave me extraordinary customer service when I ordered my truck , advised me when I customized it, and continued to go way above expectations when it arrived. He personally drove to my island in Georgia, to pick me up when I needed a ride to pick up my perfect vehicle. That ride was a 2 hour round trip drive for him!!! After being with out a car for two months I finally decided it was time for me to get a new one so I decided to look at different places so when we got to Oc Welch Ford we meet Ashton. He was Amazing!! He answer all of my question that I had, he was very nice and also professional! I would have never guess that he only started a couple of days ago, I though he had been there for a while. He never once rushed us!!! He also keep me and my family up to date during the whole financial process. I also had my 3 year old son with me ( Who also happen to be a handful) but Ashton never let that bother him, he also interacted with my son!! Michele McQueen, the Lincoln Service Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and quick to determine our needs and worked diligently with her staff to get our problem fixed in record time so that we could drive our vehicle home this evening. This was a great help to us as we have about an hour and a half commute home. She provided up to date progress reports as the service took place. I purchased my Lincoln brand new in 2022, and for quite some time I had been convinced it would be my last—not because of the vehicle itself, but because of my experience with the local dealership. After repeated frustration with service and communication, I stopped bringing my vehicle there altogether and had not returned in well over a year. That changed when my car unexpectedly died and had to be towed to the dealership in the middle of the night. I expected another frustrating experience. Instead, I received a call first thing the next morning from my new service consultant, Mike Kulik From that moment on, the experience was completely different. Mike was responsive, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process. He understood that I needed my vehicle for an out-of-town trip Friday morning and made that deadline a priority. He kept me informed, ensured the recall-related issue that caused the problem was addressed along with several other items, and, once the work was completed, offered to have my car delivered to me Thursday afternoon so I would have one less thing to manage before my trip. Exceptional service is often less about grand gestures and more about communication, accountability, and anticipating what a customer needs. Mike did all three exceptionally well. My advice to the dealership is simple: find more Mikes—and take very good care of the one you have. People like him are the reason customers return, remain loyal to a brand, and become raving fans. Mike didn’t just take care of my car. He changed my opinion of the dealership and gave me a reason to reconsider whether this really has to be my last Lincoln.

Scheduled regular oil service and a transmission diagnostic since the power train warranty was due to expire in August on my 2021 F-150 Limited. Normally the dealership likes to have the truck left for the day. Since my wife is unable to drive due to medical issues, I informed Rob Stuckey I would have to wait. Rob was able to expedite the oil service, transmission diagnostics, and transmission programming updates efficiently, completed the service, and had me processed within 3 hours wait time. Less than expected. Appreciated the attention by Rob and also Tracy Green for the Quick Lube oil service to make my wait time very reasonable for the work performed.

A problem had with my vehicle was covered under the extended warranty. They only problem was getting the people from the extended warranty to make contact back to OC Welsh. Rob continued to make contact with the warranty agent until the problem was finally resolved. He did a great job and I want to thank him.

We were looking for a new truck with a similar trim package to my husband's current truck (F-150 XLT). I was able to get in touch with Sam Elliott and in less than 15 minutes we had what we were looking for. Sam has sold us our last 5 vehicles and was able to complete everything fast and kept us updated every step of the way! When it was time to come in a sign the final paperwork it was fast and a very easy transition. Chris in Finance was amazing as well! Can't say enough great things about OC Welch and the service that we receive with each new vehicle.

Tonya was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was so kind and had fantastic communication with us. We are staying in Sea Pines, on family vacation from Virginia, and as you can imagine, a non- functioning car with our three kids is not ideal during our special family time. I sincerely thank everyone from the service team to the techs to Tonya for squeezing us in so we can have a functioning APIM module during our long drive home. I was very thankful for the opportunity to utilize the Lincoln service team, because our local Ford dealership (Sheehey) does not have that option. It was of great value and I would absolutely return to this location again!! We have already called our local dealership back home and they have ordered the APIM module so it can be replaced next week. Thank you for the fantastic customer service and experience!

I just recently purchased a new vehicle and once again Sales manager Craig Redker made this a very pleasant, stress free, and exciting experience that this process deserves. Craig's knowledge, patience, and polite disposition make it happen. The process moves along smoothly thanks to Sales Consultant, Paul Mitchell, taking care of the many details that are involved in changing cars. Paul's immediate attention to these tasks with such speed and knowledge kept things moving along without a hitch. Putting everything into a proper format with the Finance manager was always one of my least favorite parts of the transaction. This is not the case with Manager Chris Black. Chris has been able to take the amount of legal information that needs to be verified and explain it in such a manner that all of it is completely understandable. Very prompt. They took me right in and was very quick in doing the work. Had a recall but was told it would not pull up so will be redone at. A later date. Only thing when I got home and read over paper work it did not say tires were rotated even though coupon said they would be.

Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

Service personnel kept me informed of the progress on my car which I appreciated. My only cues I was told the windshield wipers and the cabin air filter needed replaced. I said I would do that myself only to find out that the cabin air filter had been replaced by the technician at a cost to me.

I had purchased some after market bumpers at the time of purchase. My salesman quit and Chip Welch organized everything for me and followed through with me during the whole process. I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns.
