Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

Needed to get wiper blades. In and out in under 5 mins. Gabe was quick, fast, and personable. I somehow waited until the last minute to schedule my oil change and got extremely notice at the warning signal that my oil life was decreasing daily. I called the dealership on the day I wanted service and there were no appointments. However, the team was able to squeeze me in. Gab Elias was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and even helped me figure out my Lincoln Access Rewards Points for one of my recommended services. If you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff that treats you with respect... look no further. The team at O.C. Welch will listen to you FIRST and then help you find the right car that suits your needs. They are family owned and that is important because I feel like they CARE. Service personnel kept me informed of the progress on my car which I appreciated. My only cues I was told the windshield wipers and the cabin air filter needed replaced. I said I would do that myself only to find out that the cabin air filter had been replaced by the technician at a cost to me.

Finance closing process needs to be much more efficient and timely. Paul is personally good to work with, but process needs to be far more efficient.

I had purchased some after market bumpers at the time of purchase. My salesman quit and Chip Welch organized everything for me and followed through with me during the whole process. I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. A Ford dealership in Savannah told me they couldn’t get a part for a year. I call O. C. Welch instead and not only do they get the part in a week, but they come to my job and install it in the parking lot free of charge. Pleasant process all the way through!!

En route to OC Welch to purchase a Lincoln our car had a malfunction and broke down. Sales associate Paul M. rescued us from the side of the road even though we were a few miles away on a Friday at 6pm (also in one of the cars we were interested in). It was a speedy, pleasant transaction and we highly recommend.

Welch himself stepped up and offered a rare vehicle from their own inventory simply to help make things right — no questions asked. That kind of professionalism and goodwill is hard to come by in this industry. Tom was great to work with as he is both professional and personal. As a returning customer - third vehicle in seven year - I do wish they would improve upon the final process of the deal - it takes far too long to complete the deal once arriving at the dealership. Paperwork should be completely done and ready to sign when we arrive! Craig is also great to work with and will work to get you the deal you want.

We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. I have not had a problem since. 10 stars I highly recommend.

Loved working with Jacob. He was low‑pressure, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the current financing options, which really helped me feel confident in choosing O.C. Welch Ford over other dealerships with the same vehicle. When I hesitated about making the drive to pick up the car, he even offered to have it delivered to me for free. He didn't make me feel less important because I was buying a used vehicle versus a brand new one, which would probably be a bigger commission for him. The showroom is amazing and they truly aren't lacking for inventory - the entire property is bumper to bumper. Great service.

Hello, my name is Margarita L. As I took my vehicle to O.C. Welch for the first time I was a bit concerned as I do not know much about vehicles, so the worry of being a woman and being taking advantage of, immediately crossed my mind. I did not know what was wrong or how much the repairs were going to cost me, to add to my situation, I drive a BMW and the repairs are hardly expensive and everybody think you are loaded with money. Anyway I meet Cameron who immediately reassured me that all will be well despite my worries. I’d meet up Brian and Ray. 3 of the friendliest and knowledgeable mechanics I have ever meet. They ultimately assessed, repaired and returned my vehicle in top shape, ( they even washed it ) much better than before I took my car to them. It was done all for a complete cost that didn’t hurt my purse pockets. I was so impressed that I have taken the time out of my already busy and hectic schedule to write this review. Thank you O. C. We stopped by the dealership in. Bluffton and within seconds Mariel Morgan was there to help. She politely and so very patiently let us look at too many Lincolns to count and test drive several as well. The manger, Craig Redker was just as helpful and informative too. We never felt pressured and their sales process and interactions were pleasant most importantly straightforward. Once we made our decision, the process was completed by another courteous employee, Brian Clark. We will definitely be repeat O.C. Welch customers without doubt because of the best price and customer service. Hats off to this dealership for a great customer sales experience. This is a rare occurrence in the car business.

Amazing service! I’m a hospice nurse and on my way to see a patient and got a tire alert with no pressure reading. I was panicked!!!! I had never been to this Ford before. They took me right away and had me back on the road in less than 1/2 hr. They were so nice and understanding!!!!!! I’m definitely bringing my Ford to them from now on!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!!

Service personnel very courteous and friendly. Svc dept took great care of my service needs and even found other needs for service that my car needed for better performance. Ray was exceptional keeping me posted daily on what was completed and other service needs they found along the way. Kelli in the loaner dept took care of me as well providing me with nice new car while I left it in svc for few days. Even Cameron the Quick Lane mgr when the extra mile getting it cleaned up for me as well as the engine. Thank you very much Cameron. As always a very friendly staff at OC Welch Ford Lincoln from top to bottom. Also thanks to the cashiers for always being patient and kind. These folks are fantastic to work with at OC Welch Lincoln. If you are in the market for a lightly used car and an HONEST, yes, I wrote HONEST, a used car salesperson. Then, I would highly recommend Marifel Morgan. She made the whole transaction so easy and painless. If you're looking for a great deal on a used car, she is your "go-to" sales representative. Craig Redker, the sales manager, was a great help in explaining the entire process, as I bought my 2020 Lincoln MKZ from their Internet website. Yes, I bought the car sight unseen and test-driven when it arrived at my house 250 miles from the dealership. Chris Black, the business manager, walked me through the extended warranty program and made it where I understood the entire process. So, if you are looking for a dealership that runs an honest and upfront business, then these are your type of people. That said, could you call them if you are in the market for an automobile?

We were left in the lurch due to the departure of two employees in the Service Scheduling Department. Dan picked up the slack and did a great job for us sorting out the various issues that were unresolved. He alone gave me the confidence to want to return. . He looked up my extended warranty and discovered I had a benefit for my oil changes.
