Tom Landry at OC Welsh Lincoln was an exceptional sales associate. He was in constant contact with me and found the exterior and interior colors that I was looking for. This morning we had a very nice visit with Paul Mitchell who was very happy to help us drive a Lincoln Nautilus. I have never met a nicer - absolutely no pressure- salesman, and I have dealt with 100s of salespeople in my lifetime. If you go to this Lincoln dealer, we recommend you ask for Paul.

After 11 years, I decided to trade in my 2015 F150 for a smaller Maverick. I met Thely Daust at O C Welch who spent hours showing me both new and late model Mavericks on their lot. Thely spent hours helping me narrow my selection and then working with her sales manager to arrive at a deal which we both agreed to. I was very happy to drive away in my “new” 2025 Maverick. We were interested in buying a used or new Lincoln Nautilus so we stopped at OC Welch to have a look at their inventory. We were met by Tom Landry and explained what we were looking for. It was late in the day and Tom stayed to show us the vehicles and explain the differences in the models. We had never been a Ford buyer before and we were looking to trade in our Lexus. Tom was very patient and took the time to tell and show us the different models. We were very impressed with his knowledge and Customer Service skills. We agreed to come back on Monday to review a few different models. Tom showed us 4 different cars that we were interested in and brought them to the front of the dealership for us to compare and make a decision. We spent several hours before we decided on a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve 2. Tom was outstanding throughout the entire process until we drove off with our new Lincoln Nautilus. We are both seniors and this is by far the best experience we’ve ever had in buying a vehicle. I apologize for the long review but it is important to call out outstanding Customer Service and Tom Landry has it. Thanks again Tom for switching us to a Lincoln customer. I didn't start the day planning to buy a new truck but my old truck engine light came on and after a bit of math decided to trade up. Online inventory was easy and accurate so over to Welch I go. Mark in the used car department had me test driving the few I saw online in no time. Decisions were made and Craig and team made the buying experience quick. Very fair and honest experience. I was hoping for a 4 hour process and it sure felt faster than that. Love my new truck. Drives amazing. Thanks Mark.

I purchased a cream puff of a 2004 Lincoln Ultimate in July, 2026. I dealt mostly with Paul Mitchell who is a hassle free professional. Every one I dealt with made this sale a seamless, e z & comfortable experience. This was not a big ticket sale. Surprisingly & happily Mr. Mitchell touches base with me periodically to see how the car & I are doing. I live in Charleston area. The drive to Hardeeville was well worth it. Most likey, I will drive to Hardeeville to have to have the O.C. Welch service department do scheduled preventive maintenance. Where ever you are in southeast S.C. or northeast Georgia, give O.C. Purchased a truck from OC Welch Ford through a salesmen named Charles. He answered my long list of questions and provided me with a lot of confidence throughout the deal with his relaxed approach. The sales manager and finance manger - both named Chris - were a pleasure to deal with as well. We drove from Greenville to make this purchase and by the time we got there, the truck was detailed and paperwork was laid out and ready to go. Overall it was a great experience and I valued the fact that not one person from this dealership pushed any warranties or extras. I left feeling great about my purchase.

Sam was extremely helpful and on August 18,2026 he sold us a 2022 Lincoln Nautilus. We spoke to him a very days earlier on the phone and told him what we were looking for and he looked quickly through their inventory and found one. What a great experience. Sales consultant, Carolina, helped us find the right vehicle for us. She was very patient and kept a positive, friendly attitude. They provided me with all of the service history and a list of maintance they had performed before listing it for sale. Plus, they provided me with a very detailed inspection they had done on the vehicle (I purchased a used truck) It was very easy to negotiate price as well. So I rarely leave reviews for and I have never left a review for a car dealership company and in the end I didn’t even buy a car from but the crew at this dealership is special. They treated like they were selling a vehicle to a family member or a friend. From the salesperson (Carolina DaSilva )who meant in the lot while I was looking at the use Navigators they had. I worked with her supervisor Paul Mitchell who really understood my predicament with my current which was a vehicle broken down in a dealership across the street. Paul took the time to listen to me express my frustrations as I was there in Hilton head on vacation stuck in a rental vehicle. They work with me and my wife find a vehicle that we really loved. Their sale manger Craig Redker who helped them work up a deal on the Navigator we were looking to buy. They went above and beyond to go across the street to test drive my current vehicle which was no easy task. They then had me work with Paul Tindall the finance Manager who truly cares about the people he is helping get auto financing. Paul was fantastic and went the extra 10 miles to help me work out a fabulous financing deal. He was very informative walking through every step. They helped me wrap the negative equity from my current vehicle into the financing. . It was the most outstanding serving I have had in buying a vehicle in my 50 plus years and over 15 car I have purchased. I wished they were my local dealship they would get my business every time. This is what every car dealer stride to achieve and they did it effortlessly. If you looking to find that family dealership where you are treated with respect and like a family or friend please give OC Welch an opportunity to show you what they can do for you. In the end I didn’t purchase the vehicle and it was the first time in my life I felt bad about not giving them my business because they deserved getting it.

We were interested in buying a used or new Lincoln Nautilus so we stopped at OC Welch to have a look at their inventory. We were met by Tom Landry and explained what we were looking for. It was late in the day and Tom stayed to show us the vehicles and explain the differences in the models. We had never been a Ford buyer before and we were looking to trade in our Lexus. Tom was very patient and took the time to tell and show us the different models. We were very impressed with his knowledge and Customer Service skills. We agreed to come back on Monday to review a few different models. Tom showed us 4 different cars that we were interested in and brought them to the front of the dealership for us to compare and make a decision. We spent several hours before we decided on a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve 2. Tom was outstanding throughout the entire process until we drove off with our new Lincoln Nautilus. We are both seniors and this is by far the best experience we’ve ever had in buying a vehicle. I didn't start the day planning to buy a new truck but my old truck engine light came on and after a bit of math decided to trade up. Online inventory was easy and accurate so over to Welch I go. Every one I dealt with made this sale a seamless, e z & comfortable experience. This was not a big ticket sale. Purchased a truck from OC Welch Ford through a salesmen named Charles. He answered my long list of questions and provided me with a lot of confidence throughout the deal with his relaxed approach. The sales manager and finance manger - both named Chris - were a pleasure to deal with as well. We drove from Greenville to make this purchase and by the time we got there, the truck was detailed and paperwork was laid out and ready to go. So I rarely leave reviews for and I have never left a review for a car dealership company and in the end I didn’t even buy a car from but the crew at this dealership is special. They treated like they were selling a vehicle to a family member or a friend. From the salesperson (Carolina DaSilva )who meant in the lot while I was looking at the use Navigators they had. I worked with her supervisor Paul Mitchell who really understood my predicament with my current which was a vehicle broken down in a dealership across the street. Paul took the time to listen to me express my frustrations as I was there in Hilton head on vacation stuck in a rental vehicle. They work with me and my wife find a vehicle that we really loved. Their sale manger Craig Redker who helped them work up a deal on the Navigator we were looking to buy. They went above and beyond to go across the street to test drive my current vehicle which was no easy task. They then had me work with Paul Tindall the finance Manager who truly cares about the people he is helping get auto financing. Paul was fantastic and went the extra 10 miles to help me work out a fabulous financing deal. He was very informative walking through every step. They helped me wrap the negative equity from my current vehicle into the financing. . It was the most outstanding serving I have had in buying a vehicle in my 50 plus years and over 15 car I have purchased. I wished they were my local dealship they would get my business every time. This is what every car dealer stride to achieve and they did it effortlessly. If you looking to find that family dealership where you are treated with respect and like a family or friend please give OC Welch an opportunity to show you what they can do for you. In the end I didn’t purchase the vehicle and it was the first time in my life I felt bad about not giving them my business because they deserved getting it.

I had a problem with a leak caused by a clogged drain pipe. This caused the fro t floor and mats to be soaked and mold start d to form. Thankfully, I was put into Contact with Cameron Ball, who shepherded my car throughout its time at O.C. Welch. This dealership is one of the busiest if not the busiest in the U.S. Even though it took six weeks to diagnose and fix, it was well worth it. The service team made sure my issue was fixed. Thanks to the Service Team, Cameron Ball, and Mr. O.C. Welch for their help in solving this issue with my 2019 Nautilus. Five star service! Five star review!

Brian Luna is an excellent salesperson. Very responsive, professional and knowledgeable of the vehicles. Also very patient in working with our timing. Other OC Welsh employees were also attentive to our needs. Only downside of dealership is that the lot is always crammed with vehicles, making it difficult to park and maneuver.

Craig Redker is like a well seasoned skillet. He was prepared to listen and offered both current and future data concerning the Aviator brand and his trade in offer was spot on. Chris Black walked use through the numbers and spent time explaining various extended warranty plans. I have to say this was by far the easiest and most relaxing car buying experience I've ever had. Jocquilla was absolutely amazing!!!! We was looking to purchase a Tahoe or Expedition but they were both over our price range and Jocquilla recommended the Traverse which was always my husband's first choice and when she offered to bring the car around and show us, I immediately feel in love with it and from my excitement my husband say go ahead and write it up she loves it. Jocquilla made the process painless it almost felt like just talking with a family member. She also delivered the car to me and I have not stip smiling. Jocquilla is amazing and I'm very very blessed to have come in contact with her. The finance manager wad also amazing the process was quick and easy. Hello, my name is Margarita L. As I took my vehicle to O.C. Welch for the first time I was a bit concerned as I do not know much about vehicles, so the worry of being a woman and being taking advantage of, immediately crossed my mind. I did not know what was wrong or how much the repairs were going to cost me, to add to my situation, I drive a BMW and the repairs are hardly expensive and everybody think you are loaded with money. Anyway I meet Cameron who immediately reassured me that all will be well despite my worries. I’d meet up Brian and Ray. 3 of the friendliest and knowledgeable mechanics I have ever meet. They ultimately assessed, repaired and returned my vehicle in top shape, ( they even washed it ) much better than before I took my car to them. It was done all for a complete cost that didn’t hurt my purse pockets. I was so impressed that I have taken the time out of my already busy and hectic schedule to write this review. Thank you O. C.
