I received professional, courteous and honest service from OC Welch during my recent purchase of a 2023 Ford F-150. I ordered a new truck from O.C. Welch. He was fantastic to work with, extremely polite and happy to personally help me out. The whole experience from ordering to delivery was fantastic. He and Ford kept me informed during the entire process. When my truck was delivered, he personally welcomed me in at the dealership and got me all taken care of. The other staff members were great too. Miguel helped me setup my ford pass and connect to my truck. Gerald did a great job assisting me with financing and warranty options. Overall, the process was fantastic. I highly recommend O.C. Welch if you need a vehicle. I have also had good experience with their service department and I will be taking my truck there for all of its service needs. GO SEE OC!

Tracy and Landon greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I explained what service I needed they did an inspection of my vehicle brought me out my cabin air filter that was extremely dirty so I had them replace that at the same time. No pressure and they were very quick with the service.

We came into test drive Bronco Outerbanks Sasquatch but found that the last one had just been sold. Out salesman Charles Derrer was exceptional in explaining the different Bronco models and explained all of the features of the Bronco Raptor. We test drove a 2025 Braptor and really like the ride as compared to some Jeeps we had recently yes drove. Then as he was drilling through his computer a pre owned Raptor on the custom Code Orange paint popped up. We requested to look at it and was love at first site. My wife knew instantly this is what we wanted! Charles did a good job of building our confidence and we decided to make the purchase on the spot. He seamlessly prepared the paperwork and then introduced us to Chris Black, Finance Manager. Our overall experience with Charles and the staff was excellent and continued through to the delivery of the vehicle.

Five-star experience at O.C. Welch Ford in Hardeeville, SC. We purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor with Charles Derrer and the entire process felt seamless and professional from start to finish. Came in to the used car side just after a thunderstorm. Thely Daust didn’t mind walking the lot looking for a certain vehicle in the rain. Found the vehicle which was close to closing time. I live 3 hours south of the dealership, they sent a driver to pick me up to bring me to the dealership. Easy transaction and salesperson Thely was great to deal with.

There are a lot of vehicles available in the well stocked inventory of OC Welch. This is the fourth car that my family has bought here and the experience is always great. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Gabriel was our service advisor, and he was outstanding. He took care of us immediately, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening with our vehicle. Communication with both Gabriel and the technician was exceptional throughout the entire process. We were provided with a rental vehicle right away, and it was clean, comfortable, and ready to go, which made a huge difference during a very stressful time. We are truly grateful for the outstanding customer service we received. We just had our most pleasant car buying experience ever at OC Welch Lincoln. Jamie Kirk called us before we arrived, listened to our considerations and guided us through our evaluation - including test driving three different vehicles. We made our selection and Craig Redeker put everything together for us offering multiple options. Then we sat with Paul Tindall and selected some additional coverages that made sense for us. All three of these gentlemen were professional, diligent, and patient - even though we kept them very late on July 4th eve to accommodate our schedule. We are very happy with our vehicle and our experience at OC Welch.

Wow how dealerships have changed The inside on this dealership is more of a museum than a dealership. Dun to look at but where are the sales people. We found ours out side as we were looking at a vehicle. If it get busy sales staff is short handed so be patient. Everyone is friendly and helpful. No pressure sales Great prices and lots of options to finance. And yes we did purchase a vehicle thanks Sam.

Wednesday I picked up my 2019 Lincoln MKC, and it was so clean you would have thought it was showroom new. If you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned car, you definitely need to go see OC.

I purchased my Lincoln brand new in 2022, and for quite some time I had been convinced it would be my last—not because of the vehicle itself, but because of my experience with the local dealership. After repeated frustration with service and communication, I stopped bringing my vehicle there altogether and had not returned in well over a year. That changed when my car unexpectedly died and had to be towed to the dealership in the middle of the night. I expected another frustrating experience. Instead, I received a call first thing the next morning from my new service consultant, Mike Kulik From that moment on, the experience was completely different. Mike was responsive, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process. He understood that I needed my vehicle for an out-of-town trip Friday morning and made that deadline a priority. He kept me informed, ensured the recall-related issue that caused the problem was addressed along with several other items, and, once the work was completed, offered to have my car delivered to me Thursday afternoon so I would have one less thing to manage before my trip. Exceptional service is often less about grand gestures and more about communication, accountability, and anticipating what a customer needs. Mike did all three exceptionally well. My advice to the dealership is simple: find more Mikes—and take very good care of the one you have. People like him are the reason customers return, remain loyal to a brand, and become raving fans. Mike didn’t just take care of my car. He changed my opinion of the dealership and gave me a reason to reconsider whether this really has to be my last Lincoln.

Sales manager Craig Redker worked with me over the course of a month to arrange my purchase of a 2026 F-150 XLT during Ford’s employee pricing sales promotion. During this process, I spoke with two members of the sales team, two from finance, and the owner O.C. Welch. All were courteous and professional in their dealings with me. I was satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and believe I paid a fair price for it. The service was great. A loaner was dropped off and my vehicle was brought in for service. Received it back the following day. I was a little disappointed that I was charged twenty two some odd dollars for Milage. I was told that for 2 days, I was allowed 200 miles. I personally drove 176. I did not think that I should be charged for mileage accumulated from the dealer to my house and back

I just purchased my third Lincoln from O C Welch Ford Lincoln I can’t wait to buy my fourth. When you buy from OO you have a friend for life….you can look for a better deal but you want find one! I passed down these cars to my son and grandson. The last Lincoln Corsair is for me and my wife. O C goes back to Darien, Ga where he started out washing cars where he learned the business from the ground up. He is still a hands on dealership owner. My salesman was Thele! My Husband and I traded in our vehicle while we were vacationing from Maine. We could not be more pleased with the service from Sam Elliott and Paul Landry, as well as other team members who helped to entertain us in between paperwork, etc. Sam and Paul are extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. They were transparent, and we felt very much like they were giving us the best possible deal. We are extremely happy with our Lincoln aviator, which was a significant upgrade for us. The major bonus was we never would’ve found a vehicle like this in the northeast and certainly not with the incredible 1.99% interest rate from Lincoln and the incredible bumper-to-bumper warranty package. We wish to acknowledge and thank Tom Landry, Sales Consultant, for his outstanding service. The purchasing experience was pretty easy, but the lot is absolutely stuffed with vehicles. There's no clear paths or parking spots. There's no rhyme or reason to the layout of vehicles other than 'trucks are over here and over there, Broncos are all over the place and other stuff is mixed in somewhere'. The showroom was also absolutely stuffed with vehicles making it difficult to get to sales desks or just leisurly walk around. There's a lot of extremely cool vehicles in the showroom, but it's too crowded. The place appeared overly busy, or short staffed I couldn't tell. Employees were sitting at desks but others were running all over the place. Again my experience was positive, but the environment wasn't as comfortable as other dealerships. I guess I'd just prefer the old days. Rows of similar model vehicles, easy to look through. Go see Sam! He worked hard to dig out the vehicles I asked to test drive, he was able to answer questions easily and not like a trained puppet. He obviously enjoyed what he was doing.

Went for an oil change on my F150 and the service at this Hardeeville location was nothing short of amazing. The service was way faster than expected. They got me in and out in 45mins!!! The staff members were very welcoming, very helpful, friendly, kind and very accommodating being that I was planning to sit and wait for the vehicle! Special thanks to employee, Meredith R. over in the Quick Lane Service Center, she was very helpful with everything from the moment I walked in the doors up til the moment I left. This location offers multiple waiting rooms and a café that serves breakfast and lunch! They even have nice clean bathrooms which is always a plus in my opinion! I just wanted to say my experience with O.C Welch Ford-Lincoln was a great experience. I dealt directly with O.C. and he was absolutely amazing. O.C. really has the best interest of the customer and he put together a deal that saved me about $8,000 versus JC Lewis Ford and the entire process from start to finish took about 1 hour. It was amazing. O.C. is very down to earth and easy to work with. The rest of the staff, including Chris Black the Finance Manager was great as well. Chris has the paperwork process down to a T. Overall the process was quick and easy. Appreciate the service provided. The only negative thing I have to say is before buying the truck I told the salesman there was a nail in the tire and it needed to be fixed before I purchased the truck. Two weeks later I drive 5 hours to purchase the truck on a Friday and requested to pick it up on Sunday. (Dealership is closed on Sunday) when I arrive the nail is still in the tire. So it’s either leave truck and drive back 5 hours again or take the truck and pay to have it fixed myself. After getting the truck to the shop there were actually nails in both rear tires. Assuming they came from the construction they were doing on the facility.

Completely booked, three members from the Welch Ford Service Department came out with a system tester that pin-pointed the problem as a battery issue due to numerous error codes. They cleared the codes, checked the battery, and provided great advice to ensure the codes did not reappear. And the best part, they did not charge me anything! The Service Department is truly outstanding and I thank them for taking the time to resolve this issue. I highly recommend them for your vehicle service needs.

We recently had our Lincoln Aviator serviced at O.C. Welch. The process was amazing. The service Manager Gabe Elias was in touch with us from beginning to end. He called us to set up the appointment; then called to organizer the loaner; then called to inform us about the maintenance work done and called again to tell us that the car was being deliverd to our house. I have never had such good service as experienced thru Gabe Elias who is a 5 Star in my book . I have to take this opportunity to compliment Tom Landry Sales Manager at Linclon Welch who is another 5 Star person. New, Old Stock Imagine my good fortune when doing a search for a CPO Lincoln Nautilus. I had already test driven one and even though I live near Atlanta I did a nationwide search. I found a 2023 with 49 miles at O C Welch Lincoln. It checked enough boxes on my wishlist, so I called the dealership. The salesman verified the miles for me, so I immediately said I want it. The process to purchase and have it shipped to me was smooth and effortless. Any questions I had were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. Went with a friend to pick up some new patrol cars for his local PD, we drove 5+ hours to get to OC Welch as they apparently keep the cars in stock AND have better pricing than could be found locally. I don't know the in's and out's of the patrol car business, but I can say, how many major car dealerships have you been to where you deal directly with the OWNER? First time I met him and I must say OC seems to be an excellent person to deal with. I was partly disappointed though, he wouldn't let me take the GT on a test drive .

I have a 2019 escape that I bought from this dealership on nov.3,2022 my check engine light came on brought it to this dealership and was told it would take 2-3 days for the part. After 3 calls and left messages I finally got a call back on 01/17/2023 I needed a loaner and was told all theirs waere pulled off line. I called on 01/26/ to schedule an appointment was told I would get a call back later that afternoon.Still no call and check engine light still on I would like to update this review I was contacted by Mr. Welch and he could not have been more helpful in resolving my situation. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and would not hesitate to buy again or recommend someone to this dealership.

Best ford inventory anywhere. Dave Hines truly looks out for you. He is the sales manager. He knew what I was looking for and we got my son in a mustang GT and my wife in a New Fusion. They are more than fair. Also I have never been to the dealership when O C was not there. If you ever have an issue or a question, no matter how small it is he will take the time to find out what you need. The service department is excellent! They have the service in 2 flavors, quick lube and full service. If you just need an oil change and tires rotated, go to the quick lube, no appointment necessary. They do all the work as expected and get you in and out in no time. I have only had to use the warranty department once with my 2014 F150 and that was a radio speaker. Called on monday had it ordered and installed by wednesday.

Jamie Kirk called us before we arrived, listened to our considerations and guided us through our evaluation - including test driving three different vehicles. We made our selection and Craig Redeker put everything together for us offering multiple options. Then we sat with Paul Tindall and selected some additional coverages that made sense for us. All three of these gentlemen were professional, diligent, and patient - even though we kept them very late on July 4th eve to accommodate our schedule. I purchased my Lincoln brand new in 2022, and for quite some time I had been convinced it would be my last—not because of the vehicle itself, but because of my experience with the local dealership. After repeated frustration with service and communication, I stopped bringing my vehicle there altogether and had not returned in well over a year. That changed when my car unexpectedly died and had to be towed to the dealership in the middle of the night. I expected another frustrating experience. Instead, I received a call first thing the next morning from my new service consultant, Mike Kulik From that moment on, the experience was completely different. Mike was responsive, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process. He understood that I needed my vehicle for an out-of-town trip Friday morning and made that deadline a priority. He kept me informed, ensured the recall-related issue that caused the problem was addressed along with several other items, and, once the work was completed, offered to have my car delivered to me Thursday afternoon so I would have one less thing to manage before my trip. Exceptional service is often less about grand gestures and more about communication, accountability, and anticipating what a customer needs. Mike did all three exceptionally well. My advice to the dealership is simple: find more Mikes—and take very good care of the one you have. People like him are the reason customers return, remain loyal to a brand, and become raving fans. Mike didn’t just take care of my car. He changed my opinion of the dealership and gave me a reason to reconsider whether this really has to be my last Lincoln.

Scheduled regular oil service and a transmission diagnostic since the power train warranty was due to expire in August on my 2021 F-150 Limited. Normally the dealership likes to have the truck left for the day. Since my wife is unable to drive due to medical issues, I informed Rob Stuckey I would have to wait. Rob was able to expedite the oil service, transmission diagnostics, and transmission programming updates efficiently, completed the service, and had me processed within 3 hours wait time. Less than expected. Appreciated the attention by Rob and also Tracy Green for the Quick Lube oil service to make my wait time very reasonable for the work performed.

A problem had with my vehicle was covered under the extended warranty. They only problem was getting the people from the extended warranty to make contact back to OC Welsh. Rob continued to make contact with the warranty agent until the problem was finally resolved. He did a great job and I want to thank him.

I was able to get in touch with Sam Elliott and in less than 15 minutes we had what we were looking for. Tonya was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was so kind and had fantastic communication with us. We are staying in Sea Pines, on family vacation from Virginia, and as you can imagine, a non- functioning car with our three kids is not ideal during our special family time. I sincerely thank everyone from the service team to the techs to Tonya for squeezing us in so we can have a functioning APIM module during our long drive home. I was very thankful for the opportunity to utilize the Lincoln service team, because our local Ford dealership (Sheehey) does not have that option. It was of great value and I would absolutely return to this location again!! Craig's knowledge, patience, and polite disposition make it happen. Very prompt. They took me right in and was very quick in doing the work. Had a recall but was told it would not pull up so will be redone at. A later date. Only thing when I got home and read over paper work it did not say tires were rotated even though coupon said they would be.

Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns.
