Keith Randall helped me find the right car for my wife and our first child. At no point did I feel pressured to be forced into something. I came in for a different car but it was already sold. Keith took the time to go over multiple cars with me and answered every single question I had. He was patient and looked out for the customer. Everyone was fantastic and I will be returning in the future for all my other vehicles.

Absolutely terrible customer service in the service department. Takes 3 days to get an oil change, even when an appointment is scheduled and they still won't call you back. Over 20 phone calls before I finally called the receptionist and she had to walk back to the service department before they would pick up the phone. I will drive over 100 miles to purchase my next vehicle just because of the poor service department. Why make customers schedule an appointment, when O.C. Welch won't do any service on your vehicle on the appointment day (we actually dropped our car off the night before). O.C. Welch does not care whatsoever about its customers.

Just a quick thank you to all of you for the quick and efficient service we received on our Lincoln Nautilus yesterday. John Evans thank you for attempting to help us troubleshoot the battery issue we were having with our car on the phone and finally deciding that a quick diagnostic of the battery would give us a better idea of what was going on. You were very responsive to our needs as we would be traveling again by car and getting us in so quickly for service was greatly appreciated. Upon arriving to speak with you, you had already filled Tom Landry in and he tried a few more possibilities to solve our battery issue. Since the issue was still not resolved, Tom brought us over to Service where we had the pleasure of working with Steven LaPier. Tom thank you also for following up with us later that day to make sure that all was good with our battery. Thank you Steven for all your help. You promised us an answer within 1 hour and you delivered. The battery was bad and couldn't hold a charge. From our arrival to our departure, we were on our way with a new battery within 1 1/2 hrs and a car wash. You all made our visit to Service a pleasure. It is why we remain loyal customers.

The purchasing experience was pretty easy, but the lot is absolutely stuffed with vehicles. There's no clear paths or parking spots. There's no rhyme or reason to the layout of vehicles other than 'trucks are over here and over there, Broncos are all over the place and other stuff is mixed in somewhere'. The showroom was also absolutely stuffed with vehicles making it difficult to get to sales desks or just leisurly walk around. There's a lot of extremely cool vehicles in the showroom, but it's too crowded. The place appeared overly busy, or short staffed I couldn't tell. Employees were sitting at desks but others were running all over the place. Again my experience was positive, but the environment wasn't as comfortable as other dealerships. I guess I'd just prefer the old days. Rows of similar model vehicles, easy to look through. Go see Sam! He worked hard to dig out the vehicles I asked to test drive, he was able to answer questions easily and not like a trained puppet. He obviously enjoyed what he was doing.

Went for an oil change on my F150 and the service at this Hardeeville location was nothing short of amazing. The service was way faster than expected. They got me in and out in 45mins!!! The staff members were very welcoming, very helpful, friendly, kind and very accommodating being that I was planning to sit and wait for the vehicle! Special thanks to employee, Meredith R. over in the Quick Lane Service Center, she was very helpful with everything from the moment I walked in the doors up til the moment I left. This location offers multiple waiting rooms and a café that serves breakfast and lunch! They even have nice clean bathrooms which is always a plus in my opinion! I highly recommend this location for all your service needs!!!

Look into Rocky Ridge and you will love it! Regardless go See Mr OC he is a real down to earth guy who loves his customers,after the purchase OC had his Sales team Load up a Brand new 70 inch Samsung UHD TV in my New truck. The way they treated us was amazing very professional. We have a Fleet of Trucks as I own a Roofing company in Savannah but out of all my Trucks I’ve bought this was the best experience we have ever had. OC Welch Quick Lane service is fast and efficient and they will even fit you in early if they can ( i ended up dropping my vehicle off the day prior to being scheduled and they got it done in less than 2 hrs.) I wish I could say the same for the OC Welch main service department.

was driving from Jacksonville to Maryland stopped by to see if I had a flat through low tire pressure service Green helped me with writing out my ticket took me into the shop said the technician found no leak in my tire and I bet they let me verify that as well. Don't worry if you can't find a place to park, give the staff your keys and they will park your trade while you find a new Ford. Need at GT 500 mustang, he probably has a few. 2022. Even in this economy OC Welch STILL brings super deals on all vehicles on the lot. 4th car buying experience from OC from 2015 - 2017! A pleasure working with Dave Hines. He will get any possible incentives for you. Again great experience working with professionals! Service after the sale is excellent I give O C Welch a 5 star rating, because I can't give him a 10! Best ford inventory anywhere. Dave Hines truly looks out for you. He is the sales manager. He knew what I was looking for and we got my son in a mustang GT and my wife in a New Fusion. They are more than fair. Also I have never been to the dealership when O C was not there. If you ever have an issue or a question, no matter how small it is he will take the time to find out what you need. The service department is excellent! They have the service in 2 flavors, quick lube and full service. If you just need an oil change and tires rotated, go to the quick lube, no appointment necessary. They do all the work as expected and get you in and out in no time. I have only had to use the warranty department once with my 2014 F150 and that was a radio speaker. Called on monday had it ordered and installed by wednesday.

What a pleasure to deal with true professionals. Started the search for a car doing the online car buying experience, then onto auto buying sites. Saw a vehicle a O.C. Welch and gave them a call. drove the short distance to the dealership. There they had the car ready for a test drive. My wife fell in love with the car. They were more than competitive in their pricing. Trisha was pleasant and knowledgable on all of the apps and service update procedures. A true joy to work with. The sales Manager Joe was fair and honest. Lastly, Paul the finance lead was very informative and knew the products available. Gave us the pros and cons to each and allowed us to make the decision. I just wanted to say my experience with O.C Welch Ford-Lincoln was a great experience. I dealt directly with O.C. and he was absolutely amazing. O.C. really has the best interest of the customer and he put together a deal that saved me about $8,000 versus JC Lewis Ford and the entire process from start to finish took about 1 hour. It was amazing. O.C. is very down to earth and easy to work with. The rest of the staff, including Chris Black the Finance Manager was great as well. Chris has the paperwork process down to a T. Great work team O.C.!!!

Overall the process was quick and easy. Appreciate the service provided. The only negative thing I have to say is before buying the truck I told the salesman there was a nail in the tire and it needed to be fixed before I purchased the truck. Two weeks later I drive 5 hours to purchase the truck on a Friday and requested to pick it up on Sunday. (Dealership is closed on Sunday) when I arrive the nail is still in the tire. So it’s either leave truck and drive back 5 hours again or take the truck and pay to have it fixed myself. After getting the truck to the shop there were actually nails in both rear tires. Assuming they came from the construction they were doing on the facility.

Needed to get wiper blades. In and out in under 5 mins. Gabe was quick, fast, and personable. I somehow waited until the last minute to schedule my oil change and got extremely notice at the warning signal that my oil life was decreasing daily. I called the dealership on the day I wanted service and there were no appointments. However, the team was able to squeeze me in. Gab Elias was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and even helped me figure out my Lincoln Access Rewards Points for one of my recommended services. If you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff that treats you with respect... look no further. The team at O.C. Welch Ford over other dealerships with the same vehicle. When I hesitated about making the drive to pick up the car, he even offered to have it delivered to me for free. Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. I have not had a problem since. 10 stars I highly recommend.

I have become friends with tom Landry over the last 10 yrs. I trust him immensly. I've never had to ask him if it's the best he can do , I know it is the best. I shopped other cars but couldn't leave my friends over at welsh Lincoln's no other car I looked at for that price compared to Lincoln in looks and quality. I'm thrilled with my new color Corsair. Good afternoon, My appointment started art 9:30 AM on the 24th of February. Mr. Munro took my letter requesting I get my rear back up camera replaced due to a recall. We took a few minutes and then I proceeded to the waiting area in the showroom. About 15 minutes went by when Mr. Ross came in and told me the recall has been put on hold and Ford Motor Company was only doing the recall on Mustangs for now and I would receive another letter when it was my make of vehicle being recalled. All went well and I only spent approximately 30 minutes at the dealership.
