Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

Needed to get wiper blades. In and out in under 5 mins. Gabe was quick, fast, and personable. I somehow waited until the last minute to schedule my oil change and got extremely notice at the warning signal that my oil life was decreasing daily. I called the dealership on the day I wanted service and there were no appointments. However, the team was able to squeeze me in. Gab Elias was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and even helped me figure out my Lincoln Access Rewards Points for one of my recommended services. If you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff that treats you with respect... look no further. The team at O.C. Welch will listen to you FIRST and then help you find the right car that suits your needs. They are family owned and that is important because I feel like they CARE. Service personnel kept me informed of the progress on my car which I appreciated. My only cues I was told the windshield wipers and the cabin air filter needed replaced. I said I would do that myself only to find out that the cabin air filter had been replaced by the technician at a cost to me.

Finance closing process needs to be much more efficient and timely. Paul is personally good to work with, but process needs to be far more efficient.

I had purchased some after market bumpers at the time of purchase. My salesman quit and Chip Welch organized everything for me and followed through with me during the whole process. I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. A Ford dealership in Savannah told me they couldn’t get a part for a year. I call O. C. Welch instead and not only do they get the part in a week, but they come to my job and install it in the parking lot free of charge. Pleasant process all the way through!!

En route to OC Welch to purchase a Lincoln our car had a malfunction and broke down. Sales associate Paul M. rescued us from the side of the road even though we were a few miles away on a Friday at 6pm (also in one of the cars we were interested in). It was a speedy, pleasant transaction and we highly recommend.

Tom was great to work with as he is both professional and personal. As a returning customer - third vehicle in seven year - I do wish they would improve upon the final process of the deal - it takes far too long to complete the deal once arriving at the dealership. We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. I have not had a problem since. 10 stars I highly recommend.

Loved working with Jacob. He was low‑pressure, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the current financing options, which really helped me feel confident in choosing O.C. Welch Ford over other dealerships with the same vehicle. When I hesitated about making the drive to pick up the car, he even offered to have it delivered to me for free. He didn't make me feel less important because I was buying a used vehicle versus a brand new one, which would probably be a bigger commission for him. The showroom is amazing and they truly aren't lacking for inventory - the entire property is bumper to bumper. Great service.

Service is much improved from several years ago. I had a somewhat complicated electronic/software problem that took some time to identify and fix. The dealer gave me a loaner car while that was happening and the service manager, Judith, was able to quickly reset some obscure settings that got changed when the battery was disconnected

New 2023 Bronco Just traded our car with Neico at OCWelch Ford for a 2023 Bronco After driving new truck a couple of days fault occurred . Being a commercial HVAC Tech for over 40 year I understand the complexity of diagnosing & repairing communicating controls which are on most every machine or gadget made nowadays. Yesterday, Kelly Hall was exceptionally helpful to me. My Ford Explorer was getting 4 new tires installed. The night before, I had picked up my sister at Savannah Airport. Yesterday, she called and said she was missing a small bag. Could I check my Ford? Well, it was at your dealership! So I called Kelly Hall and asked if she could track down my car and look for the missing bag? She went out of her way, found the car and looked for the bag. She immediately reported back to me and said that it was not in the car. This was very helpful in narrowing down where the bag could be. Ultimately, my sister found the bag. I would like to say, we have purchased a number of Lincolns from O C Welch in Hardeeville SC over the years and this recent purchase was probably the best of the best due to the sales rep helping us, Mr. Andrew (Drew) Soto. Drew quickly (as in short time, not running)  approached me on the lot and he and I started off with a smile and a firm handshake and in 60 seconds we were searching for the car we wanted. Due to us searching the Lincoln web sites for information at several dealers within a 200 mile drive of home we had it narrowed down to a select few. As in previous years, (since 1993) we returned to O C Welch Lincoln to have our auto needs filled as well as for our Lincoln Pickup Truck. Still love and enjoy that MK LT. We did a test drive in each of the two vehicles we had previously decided on (Lincoln Corsair and Lincoln Nautilus) and quickly decided the Nautilus had pretty much the smooth, quiet ride as the MKS we traded in. Then the deal starts…. This experience is almost always trying or tasking (at least for me/us) due to the offer, counter offer process etc... Drew however remained faithful to the mission explaining things answering ALL of my questions then we would discuss further. Drew would visit the Manager for updates denial or approval. I am a person of 1,000 questions and Drew totally remained in our service as a customer, with a smile, from the beginning to the end to complete the sale. THEN after the sale was complete, I continued with another 1,000 questions for Drew on the tech setup of the new car. I commend Mr. Drew Soto, the Lincoln Sales Manager and the Finance guy for having the patience of Job waiting for me to complete things. I also want to commend the people that cleaned and prepped the Nautilus, checked it from end to end, filled it with fuel and completed the prep for delivery on short notice. Mr. O C Welch, I hope you see the potential in Mr. Drew Soto for becoming your top sales Consultant and more. (By the way, you skipped out on my customer photo opt “again”)  Thank you for continuing to keep your dealership a top shelf business. I’m sure you understand Top Shelf but for those that do not understand, it means there is “nothing further to reach up for.” TOP is TOP. Go see OC. Sam and his manager Craig helped me get into a truck within the price range I was looking for and it was far more equipped than I set out to purchase originally. Big xxxxxxto OC and team for how they do business; they made sure the used truck I bought had been thoroughly inspected by their shop and issues found were fixed. Most dealers will put anything on the road to make a buck but they made it clear they wouldn’t sell junk. No surprise OC has done so well over the years being honest and putting good vehicles in customers hands.

Wow! Impressive service at Quick Change Lane and the additional service needed for my windshield wiper fluid pump in the main service area. Both service desks were very responsive and not pushing “extras”. This a huge difference from previous years of service. And I am thankful. If you stopped going here for service, come back and give it a try. Only complaint- OC Welch service PLEASE answer the phone and return the calls. I tried to call several times over several days before I decided to drive over to make my appointment. Thankfully, the service appointment went well and didn’t take all day.

Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. I have become friends with tom Landry over the last 10 yrs. I trust him immensly. I've never had to ask him if it's the best he can do , I know it is the best. I shopped other cars but couldn't leave my friends over at welsh Lincoln's no other car I looked at for that price compared to Lincoln in looks and quality. I'm thrilled with my new color Corsair. Received some nice compliments on it already. Tom hooked me up with the better level which has many more amenities which I love. See tom Landry for all your Lincoln needs he's a trustworthy man.

Good afternoon, My appointment started art 9:30 AM on the 24th of February. Mr. Munro took my letter requesting I get my rear back up camera replaced due to a recall. We took a few minutes and then I proceeded to the waiting area in the showroom. About 15 minutes went by when Mr. Ross came in and told me the recall has been put on hold and Ford Motor Company was only doing the recall on Mustangs for now and I would receive another letter when it was my make of vehicle being recalled. All went well and I only spent approximately 30 minutes at the dealership.
