I received professional, courteous and honest service from OC Welch during my recent purchase of a 2023 Ford F-150. I ordered a new truck from O.C. Welch. He was fantastic to work with, extremely polite and happy to personally help me out. The whole experience from ordering to delivery was fantastic. He and Ford kept me informed during the entire process. When my truck was delivered, he personally welcomed me in at the dealership and got me all taken care of. The other staff members were great too. Miguel helped me setup my ford pass and connect to my truck. Gerald did a great job assisting me with financing and warranty options. Overall, the process was fantastic. I highly recommend O.C. Welch if you need a vehicle. I have also had good experience with their service department and I will be taking my truck there for all of its service needs. GO SEE OC!

Tracy and Landon greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I explained what service I needed they did an inspection of my vehicle brought me out my cabin air filter that was extremely dirty so I had them replace that at the same time. No pressure and they were very quick with the service.

We came into test drive Bronco Outerbanks Sasquatch but found that the last one had just been sold. Out salesman Charles Derrer was exceptional in explaining the different Bronco models and explained all of the features of the Bronco Raptor. We test drove a 2025 Braptor and really like the ride as compared to some Jeeps we had recently yes drove. Then as he was drilling through his computer a pre owned Raptor on the custom Code Orange paint popped up. We requested to look at it and was love at first site. My wife knew instantly this is what we wanted! Charles did a good job of building our confidence and we decided to make the purchase on the spot. He seamlessly prepared the paperwork and then introduced us to Chris Black, Finance Manager. Our overall experience with Charles and the staff was excellent and continued through to the delivery of the vehicle.

Five-star experience at O.C. Welch Ford in Hardeeville, SC. We purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor with Charles Derrer and the entire process felt seamless and professional from start to finish. Charles is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through everything in a clear, informative way-especially appreciated since we're new to the Ford Raptor family. Came in to the used car side just after a thunderstorm. Thely Daust didn’t mind walking the lot looking for a certain vehicle in the rain. Found the vehicle which was close to closing time. I live 3 hours south of the dealership, they sent a driver to pick me up to bring me to the dealership. Easy transaction and salesperson Thely was great to deal with.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Gabriel was our service advisor, and he was outstanding. He took care of us immediately, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening with our vehicle. Communication with both Gabriel and the technician was exceptional throughout the entire process. We were provided with a rental vehicle right away, and it was clean, comfortable, and ready to go, which made a huge difference during a very stressful time. We live in south Florida and drove to South Carolina to purchase vehicle and I can tell you this has been one of the best experiences ever when purchasing a vehicle. We just had our most pleasant car buying experience ever at OC Welch Lincoln. Jamie Kirk called us before we arrived, listened to our considerations and guided us through our evaluation - including test driving three different vehicles. We made our selection and Craig Redeker put everything together for us offering multiple options. Then we sat with Paul Tindall and selected some additional coverages that made sense for us. All three of these gentlemen were professional, diligent, and patient - even though we kept them very late on July 4th eve to accommodate our schedule. We are very happy with our vehicle and our experience at OC Welch.

Wow how dealerships have changed The inside on this dealership is more of a museum than a dealership. Dun to look at but where are the sales people. We found ours out side as we were looking at a vehicle. If it get busy sales staff is short handed so be patient. Everyone is friendly and helpful. No pressure sales Great prices and lots of options to finance. And yes we did purchase a vehicle thanks Sam.

I’ve purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime and never have the deals or customer service been better than at OC Welch Ford. Wednesday I picked up my 2019 Lincoln MKC, and it was so clean you would have thought it was showroom new. If you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned car, you definitely need to go see OC.

Thely aka Ms. The Best.com as simply amazing. I showed interest and she jumped right in and helped me right away. Thely was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I love that she included my teen on the car but g process and she made something stress arm like a piece of cake. Thely was full of energy, smiles and lots of personality to keep my interest. I purchased my Lincoln brand new in 2022, and for quite some time I had been convinced it would be my last—not because of the vehicle itself, but because of my experience with the local dealership. After repeated frustration with service and communication, I stopped bringing my vehicle there altogether and had not returned in well over a year. That changed when my car unexpectedly died and had to be towed to the dealership in the middle of the night. I expected another frustrating experience. Instead, I received a call first thing the next morning from my new service consultant, Mike Kulik From that moment on, the experience was completely different. Mike was responsive, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process. He understood that I needed my vehicle for an out-of-town trip Friday morning and made that deadline a priority. He kept me informed, ensured the recall-related issue that caused the problem was addressed along with several other items, and, once the work was completed, offered to have my car delivered to me Thursday afternoon so I would have one less thing to manage before my trip. Exceptional service is often less about grand gestures and more about communication, accountability, and anticipating what a customer needs. Mike did all three exceptionally well. My advice to the dealership is simple: find more Mikes—and take very good care of the one you have. People like him are the reason customers return, remain loyal to a brand, and become raving fans. Mike didn’t just take care of my car. He changed my opinion of the dealership and gave me a reason to reconsider whether this really has to be my last Lincoln.

Sales manager Craig Redker worked with me over the course of a month to arrange my purchase of a 2026 F-150 XLT during Ford’s employee pricing sales promotion. During this process, I spoke with two members of the sales team, two from finance, and the owner O.C. Welch. All were courteous and professional in their dealings with me. I was satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and believe I paid a fair price for it. If you are interested in purchasing a Ford vehicle, I believe it would be worth your time to speak with the staff at O.C. Welch about it.

The service was great. A loaner was dropped off and my vehicle was brought in for service. Received it back the following day. I was a little disappointed that I was charged twenty two some odd dollars for Milage. I was told that for 2 days, I was allowed 200 miles. I personally drove 176. I did not think that I should be charged for mileage accumulated from the dealer to my house and back

I just purchased my third Lincoln from O C Welch Ford Lincoln I can’t wait to buy my fourth. When you buy from OO you have a friend for life….you can look for a better deal but you want find one! I passed down these cars to my son and grandson. The last Lincoln Corsair is for me and my wife. O C goes back to Darien, Ga where he started out washing cars where he learned the business from the ground up. He is still a hands on dealership owner. My salesman was Thele! My Husband and I traded in our vehicle while we were vacationing from Maine. We could not be more pleased with the service from Sam Elliott and Paul Landry, as well as other team members who helped to entertain us in between paperwork, etc. Sam and Paul are extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. They were transparent, and we felt very much like they were giving us the best possible deal. We are extremely happy with our Lincoln aviator, which was a significant upgrade for us. The major bonus was we never would’ve found a vehicle like this in the northeast and certainly not with the incredible 1.99% interest rate from Lincoln and the incredible bumper-to-bumper warranty package. Highly recommend OC Welch. We will be returning there for any future vehicles despite the 18 Hour drive! Thank you from Tracey and Mark!

Welch Ford Lincoln, Inc. was, by far, the best auto buying experience we have ever had from any dealer anywhere in the world I have been stationed as an Army officer and as a present day retiree. We wish to acknowledge and thank Tom Landry, Sales Consultant, for his outstanding service. We wish also to acknowledge Steve Cummins, Service Manager, for his outstanding service for the installation of new air bags in our 2012 Ford Fusion. We came into test drive Bronco Outerbanks Sasquatch but found that the last one had just been sold. Out salesman Charles Derrer was exceptional in explaining the different Bronco models and explained all of the features of the Bronco Raptor. We test drove a 2025 Braptor and really like the ride as compared to some Jeeps we had recently yes drove. Then as he was drilling through his computer a pre owned Raptor on the custom Code Orange paint popped up. We requested to look at it and was love at first site. My wife knew instantly this is what we wanted! Charles did a good job of building our confidence and we decided to make the purchase on the spot. He seamlessly prepared the paperwork and then introduced us to Chris Black, Finance Manager. Our overall experience with Charles and the staff was excellent and continued through to the delivery of the vehicle.

Came in to the used car side just after a thunderstorm. Thely Daust didn’t mind walking the lot looking for a certain vehicle in the rain. Found the vehicle which was close to closing time. I live 3 hours south of the dealership, they sent a driver to pick me up to bring me to the dealership. Easy transaction and salesperson Thely was great to deal with.

Wow how dealerships have changed The inside on this dealership is more of a museum than a dealership. Dun to look at but where are the sales people. We found ours out side as we were looking at a vehicle. If it get busy sales staff is short handed so be patient. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The service was great. A loaner was dropped off and my vehicle was brought in for service. Received it back the following day. I was a little disappointed that I was charged twenty two some odd dollars for Milage. I was told that for 2 days, I was allowed 200 miles. I personally drove 176. I did not think that I should be charged for mileage accumulated from the dealer to my house and back

My Husband and I traded in our vehicle while we were vacationing from Maine. Yesterday, Kelly Hall was exceptionally helpful to me. My Ford Explorer was getting 4 new tires installed. The night before, I had picked up my sister at Savannah Airport. Yesterday, she called and said she was missing a small bag. Could I check my Ford? Well, it was at your dealership! So I called Kelly Hall and asked if she could track down my car and look for the missing bag? She went out of her way, found the car and looked for the bag. She immediately reported back to me and said that it was not in the car. This was very helpful in narrowing down where the bag could be. Ultimately, my sister found the bag. I would like to say, we have purchased a number of Lincolns from O C Welch in Hardeeville SC over the years and this recent purchase was probably the best of the best due to the sales rep helping us, Mr. Andrew (Drew) Soto. Drew quickly (as in short time, not running)  approached me on the lot and he and I started off with a smile and a firm handshake and in 60 seconds we were searching for the car we wanted. Due to us searching the Lincoln web sites for information at several dealers within a 200 mile drive of home we had it narrowed down to a select few. As in previous years, (since 1993) we returned to O C Welch Lincoln to have our auto needs filled as well as for our Lincoln Pickup Truck. Still love and enjoy that MK LT. We did a test drive in each of the two vehicles we had previously decided on (Lincoln Corsair and Lincoln Nautilus) and quickly decided the Nautilus had pretty much the smooth, quiet ride as the MKS we traded in. Then the deal starts…. This experience is almost always trying or tasking (at least for me/us) due to the offer, counter offer process etc... Drew however remained faithful to the mission explaining things answering ALL of my questions then we would discuss further. Drew would visit the Manager for updates denial or approval. I am a person of 1,000 questions and Drew totally remained in our service as a customer, with a smile, from the beginning to the end to complete the sale. THEN after the sale was complete, I continued with another 1,000 questions for Drew on the tech setup of the new car. I commend Mr. Drew Soto, the Lincoln Sales Manager and the Finance guy for having the patience of Job waiting for me to complete things. I also want to commend the people that cleaned and prepped the Nautilus, checked it from end to end, filled it with fuel and completed the prep for delivery on short notice. Mr. O C Welch, I hope you see the potential in Mr. Drew Soto for becoming your top sales Consultant and more. (By the way, you skipped out on my customer photo opt “again”)  Thank you for continuing to keep your dealership a top shelf business. I’m sure you understand Top Shelf but for those that do not understand, it means there is “nothing further to reach up for.” TOP is TOP. Go see OC. Sam and his manager Craig helped me get into a truck within the price range I was looking for and it was far more equipped than I set out to purchase originally. Big xxxxxxto OC and team for how they do business; they made sure the used truck I bought had been thoroughly inspected by their shop and issues found were fixed. Most dealers will put anything on the road to make a buck but they made it clear they wouldn’t sell junk. No surprise OC has done so well over the years being honest and putting good vehicles in customers hands.

Wow! Impressive service at Quick Change Lane and the additional service needed for my windshield wiper fluid pump in the main service area. Both service desks were very responsive and not pushing “extras”. This a huge difference from previous years of service. And I am thankful. If you stopped going here for service, come back and give it a try. Only complaint- OC Welch service PLEASE answer the phone and return the calls. I tried to call several times over several days before I decided to drive over to make my appointment. Thankfully, the service appointment went well and didn’t take all day.

I purchased my Lincoln brand new in 2022, and for quite some time I had been convinced it would be my last—not because of the vehicle itself, but because of my experience with the local dealership. After repeated frustration with service and communication, I stopped bringing my vehicle there altogether and had not returned in well over a year. That changed when my car unexpectedly died and had to be towed to the dealership in the middle of the night. I expected another frustrating experience. Instead, I received a call first thing the next morning from my new service consultant, Mike Kulik From that moment on, the experience was completely different. Mike was responsive, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process. He understood that I needed my vehicle for an out-of-town trip Friday morning and made that deadline a priority. He kept me informed, ensured the recall-related issue that caused the problem was addressed along with several other items, and, once the work was completed, offered to have my car delivered to me Thursday afternoon so I would have one less thing to manage before my trip. Exceptional service is often less about grand gestures and more about communication, accountability, and anticipating what a customer needs. Mike did all three exceptionally well. My advice to the dealership is simple: find more Mikes—and take very good care of the one you have. People like him are the reason customers return, remain loyal to a brand, and become raving fans. Mike didn’t just take care of my car. He changed my opinion of the dealership and gave me a reason to reconsider whether this really has to be my last Lincoln.

Scheduled regular oil service and a transmission diagnostic since the power train warranty was due to expire in August on my 2021 F-150 Limited. Normally the dealership likes to have the truck left for the day. Since my wife is unable to drive due to medical issues, I informed Rob Stuckey I would have to wait. Rob was able to expedite the oil service, transmission diagnostics, and transmission programming updates efficiently, completed the service, and had me processed within 3 hours wait time. Less than expected. Appreciated the attention by Rob and also Tracy Green for the Quick Lube oil service to make my wait time very reasonable for the work performed.

A problem had with my vehicle was covered under the extended warranty. They only problem was getting the people from the extended warranty to make contact back to OC Welsh. Rob continued to make contact with the warranty agent until the problem was finally resolved. He did a great job and I want to thank him.

Tonya was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was so kind and had fantastic communication with us. We are staying in Sea Pines, on family vacation from Virginia, and as you can imagine, a non- functioning car with our three kids is not ideal during our special family time. I sincerely thank everyone from the service team to the techs to Tonya for squeezing us in so we can have a functioning APIM module during our long drive home. I was very thankful for the opportunity to utilize the Lincoln service team, because our local Ford dealership (Sheehey) does not have that option. It was of great value and I would absolutely return to this location again!! Very prompt. They took me right in and was very quick in doing the work. Had a recall but was told it would not pull up so will be redone at. A later date. Only thing when I got home and read over paper work it did not say tires were rotated even though coupon said they would be.

Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns.
