I received professional, courteous and honest service from OC Welch during my recent purchase of a 2023 Ford F-150. I ordered a new truck from O.C. Welch. He was fantastic to work with, extremely polite and happy to personally help me out. The whole experience from ordering to delivery was fantastic. He and Ford kept me informed during the entire process. When my truck was delivered, he personally welcomed me in at the dealership and got me all taken care of. The other staff members were great too. Miguel helped me setup my ford pass and connect to my truck. Gerald did a great job assisting me with financing and warranty options. Overall, the process was fantastic. I highly recommend O.C. Welch if you need a vehicle. I have also had good experience with their service department and I will be taking my truck there for all of its service needs. GO SEE OC!

Tracy and Landon greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I explained what service I needed they did an inspection of my vehicle brought me out my cabin air filter that was extremely dirty so I had them replace that at the same time. No pressure and they were very quick with the service.

We came into test drive Bronco Outerbanks Sasquatch but found that the last one had just been sold. Out salesman Charles Derrer was exceptional in explaining the different Bronco models and explained all of the features of the Bronco Raptor. We test drove a 2025 Braptor and really like the ride as compared to some Jeeps we had recently yes drove. Then as he was drilling through his computer a pre owned Raptor on the custom Code Orange paint popped up. We requested to look at it and was love at first site. My wife knew instantly this is what we wanted! Charles did a good job of building our confidence and we decided to make the purchase on the spot. He seamlessly prepared the paperwork and then introduced us to Chris Black, Finance Manager. Our overall experience with Charles and the staff was excellent and continued through to the delivery of the vehicle.

Five-star experience at O.C. Welch Ford in Hardeeville, SC. We purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor with Charles Derrer and the entire process felt seamless and professional from start to finish. Charles is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through everything in a clear, informative way-especially appreciated since we're new to the Ford Raptor family. Came in to the used car side just after a thunderstorm. Thely Daust didn’t mind walking the lot looking for a certain vehicle in the rain. Found the vehicle which was close to closing time. I live 3 hours south of the dealership, they sent a driver to pick me up to bring me to the dealership. Easy transaction and salesperson Thely was great to deal with.

He took care of us immediately, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening with our vehicle. Communication with both Gabriel and the technician was exceptional throughout the entire process. We live in south Florida and drove to South Carolina to purchase vehicle and I can tell you this has been one of the best experiences ever when purchasing a vehicle. We just had our most pleasant car buying experience ever at OC Welch Lincoln. Jamie Kirk called us before we arrived, listened to our considerations and guided us through our evaluation - including test driving three different vehicles. We made our selection and Craig Redeker put everything together for us offering multiple options. Then we sat with Paul Tindall and selected some additional coverages that made sense for us. All three of these gentlemen were professional, diligent, and patient - even though we kept them very late on July 4th eve to accommodate our schedule. We are very happy with our vehicle and our experience at OC Welch.

Wow how dealerships have changed The inside on this dealership is more of a museum than a dealership. Dun to look at but where are the sales people. We found ours out side as we were looking at a vehicle. If it get busy sales staff is short handed so be patient. Everyone is friendly and helpful. No pressure sales Great prices and lots of options to finance. And yes we did purchase a vehicle thanks Sam.

I’ve purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime and never have the deals or customer service been better than at OC Welch Ford. Wednesday I picked up my 2019 Lincoln MKC, and it was so clean you would have thought it was showroom new. If you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned car, you definitely need to go see OC.

Thely aka Ms. The Best.com as simply amazing. I showed interest and she jumped right in and helped me right away. Thely was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I purchased my Lincoln brand new in 2022, and for quite some time I had been convinced it would be my last—not because of the vehicle itself, but because of my experience with the local dealership. After repeated frustration with service and communication, I stopped bringing my vehicle there altogether and had not returned in well over a year. That changed when my car unexpectedly died and had to be towed to the dealership in the middle of the night. I expected another frustrating experience. Instead, I received a call first thing the next morning from my new service consultant, Mike Kulik From that moment on, the experience was completely different. Mike was responsive, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process. He understood that I needed my vehicle for an out-of-town trip Friday morning and made that deadline a priority. He kept me informed, ensured the recall-related issue that caused the problem was addressed along with several other items, and, once the work was completed, offered to have my car delivered to me Thursday afternoon so I would have one less thing to manage before my trip. Exceptional service is often less about grand gestures and more about communication, accountability, and anticipating what a customer needs. Mike did all three exceptionally well. My advice to the dealership is simple: find more Mikes—and take very good care of the one you have. People like him are the reason customers return, remain loyal to a brand, and become raving fans. Mike didn’t just take care of my car. He changed my opinion of the dealership and gave me a reason to reconsider whether this really has to be my last Lincoln.

Sales manager Craig Redker worked with me over the course of a month to arrange my purchase of a 2026 F-150 XLT during Ford’s employee pricing sales promotion. During this process, I spoke with two members of the sales team, two from finance, and the owner O.C. Welch. All were courteous and professional in their dealings with me. I was satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and believe I paid a fair price for it. The service was great. A loaner was dropped off and my vehicle was brought in for service. Received it back the following day. I was a little disappointed that I was charged twenty two some odd dollars for Milage. I was told that for 2 days, I was allowed 200 miles. I personally drove 176. I did not think that I should be charged for mileage accumulated from the dealer to my house and back

I just purchased my third Lincoln from O C Welch Ford Lincoln I can’t wait to buy my fourth. When you buy from OO you have a friend for life….you can look for a better deal but you want find one! I passed down these cars to my son and grandson. The last Lincoln Corsair is for me and my wife. O C goes back to Darien, Ga where he started out washing cars where he learned the business from the ground up. He is still a hands on dealership owner. My salesman was Thele! My Husband and I traded in our vehicle while we were vacationing from Maine. We could not be more pleased with the service from Sam Elliott and Paul Landry, as well as other team members who helped to entertain us in between paperwork, etc. Sam and Paul are extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. They were transparent, and we felt very much like they were giving us the best possible deal. We are extremely happy with our Lincoln aviator, which was a significant upgrade for us. The major bonus was we never would’ve found a vehicle like this in the northeast and certainly not with the incredible 1.99% interest rate from Lincoln and the incredible bumper-to-bumper warranty package. We wish to acknowledge and thank Tom Landry, Sales Consultant, for his outstanding service. We wish also to acknowledge Steve Cummins, Service Manager, for his outstanding service for the installation of new air bags in our 2012 Ford Fusion. We came into test drive Bronco Outerbanks Sasquatch but found that the last one had just been sold. Out salesman Charles Derrer was exceptional in explaining the different Bronco models and explained all of the features of the Bronco Raptor. We test drove a 2025 Braptor and really like the ride as compared to some Jeeps we had recently yes drove. Then as he was drilling through his computer a pre owned Raptor on the custom Code Orange paint popped up. We requested to look at it and was love at first site. My wife knew instantly this is what we wanted! Charles did a good job of building our confidence and we decided to make the purchase on the spot. He seamlessly prepared the paperwork and then introduced us to Chris Black, Finance Manager. Our overall experience with Charles and the staff was excellent and continued through to the delivery of the vehicle.

Came in to the used car side just after a thunderstorm. Thely Daust didn’t mind walking the lot looking for a certain vehicle in the rain. Found the vehicle which was close to closing time. I live 3 hours south of the dealership, they sent a driver to pick me up to bring me to the dealership. Easy transaction and salesperson Thely was great to deal with.

Wow how dealerships have changed The inside on this dealership is more of a museum than a dealership. Dun to look at but where are the sales people. We found ours out side as we were looking at a vehicle. If it get busy sales staff is short handed so be patient. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The service was great. A loaner was dropped off and my vehicle was brought in for service. Received it back the following day. I was a little disappointed that I was charged twenty two some odd dollars for Milage. I was told that for 2 days, I was allowed 200 miles. I personally drove 176. I did not think that I should be charged for mileage accumulated from the dealer to my house and back

My Husband and I traded in our vehicle while we were vacationing from Maine. We could not be more pleased with the service from Sam Elliott and Paul Landry, as well as other team members who helped to entertain us in between paperwork, etc. Sam and Paul are extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. They were transparent, and we felt very much like they were giving us the best possible deal. We are extremely happy with our Lincoln aviator, which was a significant upgrade for us. The major bonus was we never would’ve found a vehicle like this in the northeast and certainly not with the incredible 1.99% interest rate from Lincoln and the incredible bumper-to-bumper warranty package. My experience at OC Welch was out of the world! My mother bought a car about 2 years ago and couldn’t stop raving about her car and the service she receives. Upon starting my own car hunt, I quickly realized not all dealerships and sales people are made the same. OC Welch took what could be an exhausting experience, and turned it into an amazing one. I was all smiles through the whole car buying process, it was seamless and easy. Marifel, my sales woman, was patient and had great enthusiasm assisting me with my purchase. Service personnel very courteous and friendly. Svc dept took great care of my service needs and even found other needs for service that my car needed for better performance. Ray was exceptional keeping me posted daily on what was completed and other service needs they found along the way. Kelli in the loaner dept took care of me as well providing me with nice new car while I left it in svc for few days. These folks are fantastic to work with at OC Welch Lincoln. If you are in the market for a lightly used car and an HONEST, yes, I wrote HONEST, a used car salesperson. Then, I would highly recommend Marifel Morgan. She made the whole transaction so easy and painless. If you're looking for a great deal on a used car, she is your "go-to" sales representative. Craig Redker, the sales manager, was a great help in explaining the entire process, as I bought my 2020 Lincoln MKZ from their Internet website. Yes, I bought the car sight unseen and test-driven when it arrived at my house 250 miles from the dealership. Chris Black, the business manager, walked me through the extended warranty program and made it where I understood the entire process. So, if you are looking for a dealership that runs an honest and upfront business, then these are your type of people. That said, could you call them if you are in the market for an automobile?

We were left in the lurch due to the departure of two employees in the Service Scheduling Department. Dan picked up the slack and did a great job for us sorting out the various issues that were unresolved. He alone gave me the confidence to want to return. . He looked up my extended warranty and discovered I had a benefit for my oil changes. I’ve had three oil changes before at full price and terrible service which is too long to explain. As far as I am concerned, he and personal like him and Alan will save your company and reputation.

Cameron and Brian went above and beyond by squeezing my car into the very busy schedule as I was riding on a fast leaking tire. They also took care of a recall item and had a full checkup of the car completed for me. They both were extremely courteous and very patient with all of my questions. Bought my bronco sport in February and I had a flat tire that couldn’t be patched. Brian was so helpful and professional. Got a new tire put on same day. Bought 5 new cars from another dealer that wasn’t a Ford. Never was happy with service that’s why I went to OC thought I’d see if what he says in commercials was true. I’ll start by saying I will certainly come back again! Very welcoming, pleasant and professional dealership. I’ve been to places prior and have felt pressured and somewhat of a nuisance. Not at OC Welch Ford. From the moment I walked in Cam, Ray and Brian in Quick Lane were most kind and helpful. When viewing new cars I couldn’t have been happier with Chris. He covered the entire vehicles. He took the time late in the work day to answer all my questions and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Chris R also answered all my questions and was very detailed in regards to the purchasing of the vehicle. I also might add very patient as I am not a finance person but rather in the medical field. A Ford dealer in Savannah, GA put me in a bind - they refused to install parts ordered directly through Ford to a Ford dealership, because I didn’t order the parts through this particular dealership’s overpriced third party parts provider. I took my parts and went straight to OC Welch, explained my situation to a service manager, and they installed my parts immediately at a very reasonable price. No xx, and zero issues whatsoever. I’ve used OC Welch many times in the past, and they have never let me down - they really are the best with extremely talented technicians, and customer service agents who will make sure you’re taken care of. I will never use that Savannah, GA dealership again.
