Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

Needed to get wiper blades. In and out in under 5 mins. Gabe was quick, fast, and personable. I somehow waited until the last minute to schedule my oil change and got extremely notice at the warning signal that my oil life was decreasing daily. I called the dealership on the day I wanted service and there were no appointments. However, the team was able to squeeze me in. Gab Elias was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and even helped me figure out my Lincoln Access Rewards Points for one of my recommended services. If you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff that treats you with respect... look no further. The team at O.C. Welch will listen to you FIRST and then help you find the right car that suits your needs. They are family owned and that is important because I feel like they CARE. Service personnel kept me informed of the progress on my car which I appreciated. My only cues I was told the windshield wipers and the cabin air filter needed replaced. I said I would do that myself only to find out that the cabin air filter had been replaced by the technician at a cost to me.

Finance closing process needs to be much more efficient and timely. Paul is personally good to work with, but process needs to be far more efficient.

I had purchased some after market bumpers at the time of purchase. My salesman quit and Chip Welch organized everything for me and followed through with me during the whole process. I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. A Ford dealership in Savannah told me they couldn’t get a part for a year. I call O. C. Welch instead and not only do they get the part in a week, but they come to my job and install it in the parking lot free of charge. Pleasant process all the way through!!

En route to OC Welch to purchase a Lincoln our car had a malfunction and broke down. Sales associate Paul M. rescued us from the side of the road even though we were a few miles away on a Friday at 6pm (also in one of the cars we were interested in). It was a speedy, pleasant transaction and we highly recommend.

That kind of professionalism and goodwill is hard to come by in this industry. Tom was great to work with as he is both professional and personal. As a returning customer - third vehicle in seven year - I do wish they would improve upon the final process of the deal - it takes far too long to complete the deal once arriving at the dealership. Paperwork should be completely done and ready to sign when we arrive! Craig is also great to work with and will work to get you the deal you want.

We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. I have not had a problem since. 10 stars I highly recommend.

Loved working with Jacob. He was low‑pressure, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the current financing options, which really helped me feel confident in choosing O.C. Welch Ford over other dealerships with the same vehicle. When I hesitated about making the drive to pick up the car, he even offered to have it delivered to me for free. He didn't make me feel less important because I was buying a used vehicle versus a brand new one, which would probably be a bigger commission for him. The showroom is amazing and they truly aren't lacking for inventory - the entire property is bumper to bumper. Great service.

Not at OC Welch Ford. From the moment I walked in Cam, Ray and Brian in Quick Lane were most kind and helpful. When viewing new cars I couldn’t have been happier with Chris. He covered the entire vehicles. He took the time late in the work day to answer all my questions and showed me exactly what I was looking for. A Ford dealer in Savannah, GA put me in a bind - they refused to install parts ordered directly through Ford to a Ford dealership, because I didn’t order the parts through this particular dealership’s overpriced third party parts provider. I took my parts and went straight to OC Welch, explained my situation to a service manager, and they installed my parts immediately at a very reasonable price. No xx, and zero issues whatsoever. I’ve used OC Welch many times in the past, and they have never let me down - they really are the best with extremely talented technicians, and customer service agents who will make sure you’re taken care of. I will never use that Savannah, GA dealership again.

Tom Landry is an outstanding salesperson because he builds relationships with his customers. I purchased a Lincoln Aviator from him and gained a friend in the process. It is because of Tom that we have a high opinion of O.C. Welch Ford. He represents the company in an outstanding manner. We are now Lincoln Converts and will buy a Lincoln when we need another car. The dealership appears to be overwhelmed with work at this time. However, I would assume upper management is trying to hire well qualified people to reduce the backlog of work. I had a problem with getting the latest Sync3 software updated in my vehicle. Had O.C. Welch try to update it while in for an oil change. For whatever reason the update never was accepted by the system. I returned to the dealership to try to get the update. Ray in the fast lane office remembered me and got right on it. The mechanic tried his best to get the update to be accepted but was unable to accomplish it. Ray didn't give up, and had another person that has dealt with this problem give it a try. Bingo.... Whatever this fellow did he was able to get the update loaded, and everything seems to be working now as it should. I can't thank Ray enough for sticking with me and doing everything he could to satisfy me. Thank You!!! Please add my name to the list for the 360° camera recall. Where do I start! I hate to admit it but I actually had a appointment at a dealership before I went to OC the same day. The other dealership experience was absolutely horrible. It made me not even want to go to my next appointment. I was leaving discouraged. When I arrived to OC Welch my test drive car was already ready for me! Quilla and Blake had a key ready to hand over. Once I got back and we sat down it was like I was talking with family and I wasn’t even buying a car. ( did I mention they already stayed after close to help me? ) They made the car buying experience worthwhile! They guided me along the way and Quilla kept me updated on everything. I can say without a doubt that I will never go to another dealership! I can’t thank them enough for the patience, guidance, and hospitality!!!

I booked a service appointment for multiple items. The largest one turned out to be related to my rotors and calipers versus my tires and alignment. The team was very professional, courteous and kept me well advised during my appointment. Things took longer than expected, and the manager kindly arrange for a ride home for me. Additionally, he arranged for my car to be dropped off for me the same evening. Incredible personal service, and very honest and straightforward approach. I highly recommend.

This was a great buying experience that I have ever had. I have been driving Lincoln SUV's for 10 years now and dealt with 3 other different dealerships during those 10 years and the buying experience never went smoothly at the other dealerships. When I contacted OC Welch and Brian Luna they listened to what my needs were and they presented the vehicle that I had interest in. I made my purchase on a Saturday and was in and out within 3 hours. Went to dealership with a specific vehicle in mind to purchase. Our sales person Brian showed us the vehicle and we took out for test drive. Brian was very informed about the the vehicle and showed us how everything worked. While vehicle was being detailed for us, we completed all the paperwork. We were in the market for a used Ford F150. We wanted one with Adaptive cruise control . OC Welch Sales Consultant Scott Henthorn helped check inventory and found us the perfect truck. He then went to bat for us to get the deal (trade in of his truck vs used truck sticker ) and got us a little more money. He ordered items missing in the new truck. We both were thoroughly impressed and pleased with Scott, the finance department, receptionist who greeted us and the detailing of our used (new to us) truck.
