Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

Needed to get wiper blades. In and out in under 5 mins. Gabe was quick, fast, and personable. I somehow waited until the last minute to schedule my oil change and got extremely notice at the warning signal that my oil life was decreasing daily. I called the dealership on the day I wanted service and there were no appointments. However, the team was able to squeeze me in. Gab Elias was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and even helped me figure out my Lincoln Access Rewards Points for one of my recommended services.
If you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff that treats you with respect... look no further. The team at O.C. Service personnel kept me informed of the progress on my car which I appreciated. My only cues I was told the windshield wipers and the cabin air filter needed replaced. I said I would do that myself only to find out that the cabin air filter had been replaced by the technician at a cost to me.

I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great!
I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw).
Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. You guys are the best!

A Ford dealership in Savannah told me they couldn’t get a part for a year. I call O. C. Welch instead and not only do they get the part in a week, but they come to my job and install it in the parking lot free of charge. Pleasant process all the way through!!

We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. I have not had a problem since. 10 stars I highly recommend.

Welch Ford over other dealerships with the same vehicle. When I hesitated about making the drive to pick up the car, he even offered to have it delivered to me for free. He didn't make me feel less important because I was buying a used vehicle versus a brand new one, which would probably be a bigger commission for him. I was visiting Hilton Head Island from Michigan and I had a potentially serious warranty issue on my F-150 truck.

It was nothing but an absolute pleasure working with Trish Mittelbronn & “Chip”! 1st time in my life working with a sales person who was absolutely relaxed, non pushy and not trying to push to upsale you 100 products! She was very helpful and quick to respond every step of the way. Everything I asked for she delivered on. It is the 1st time also to buy a car from a dealer and literally walk out with all paperwork done in 30mins. Would have been less if the finance dept didn’t have someone ahead of me. And even then, we were riding out in 30mins. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience and professional behavior all across the board.
Just as a side note, this is a HUGE dealership, but they behaved like a mom & pop dealer.

Bought 2022Lincoln Nautilus used in Feb. Got a flat tire and no spare or jack in trunk. Went to dealer and they said you have to buy the for an additional $300. We were not satisfied with that answer. Took our issue to our sales associate Sam who in turn informed his manager Rick. They assured us of a solution within 24 hours.

Evan was professional and efficient. As first time O.C. Welch Lincoln service customers we felt welcomed and our time was valuable by Evan’s business approach to a over crowded service garage loaded with customers. We did have a Monday appointment and a Tuesday pickup which was slightly less crowded. Our 2011 Lincoln MJZ was serviced professionally and within one day.

Great service / Great folks! ! O. C. Welch Ford & Lincoln came to Statesboro, brought me a loaner, picked up my car, serviced it, washed it, and returned it to me. I did not have to do anything!! The loaner they brought me was nicer than my car!! Everything was so easy!! They are really great folks to work with and I highly recommend them!! Their drivers were great too!!
