Tom Landry at OC Welsh Lincoln was an exceptional sales associate. He was in constant contact with me and found the exterior and interior colors that I was looking for. This morning we had a very nice visit with Paul Mitchell who was very happy to help us drive a Lincoln Nautilus. I have never met a nicer - absolutely no pressure- salesman, and I have dealt with 100s of salespeople in my lifetime. If you go to this Lincoln dealer, we recommend you ask for Paul.

After 11 years, I decided to trade in my 2015 F150 for a smaller Maverick. I met Thely Daust at O C Welch who spent hours showing me both new and late model Mavericks on their lot. Thely spent hours helping me narrow my selection and then working with her sales manager to arrive at a deal which we both agreed to. I was very happy to drive away in my “new” 2025 Maverick. We were interested in buying a used or new Lincoln Nautilus so we stopped at OC Welch to have a look at their inventory. We were met by Tom Landry and explained what we were looking for. It was late in the day and Tom stayed to show us the vehicles and explain the differences in the models. We had never been a Ford buyer before and we were looking to trade in our Lexus. Tom was very patient and took the time to tell and show us the different models. We were very impressed with his knowledge and Customer Service skills. We agreed to come back on Monday to review a few different models. Tom showed us 4 different cars that we were interested in and brought them to the front of the dealership for us to compare and make a decision. We spent several hours before we decided on a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve 2. Tom was outstanding throughout the entire process until we drove off with our new Lincoln Nautilus. We are both seniors and this is by far the best experience we’ve ever had in buying a vehicle. I apologize for the long review but it is important to call out outstanding Customer Service and Tom Landry has it. Thanks again Tom for switching us to a Lincoln customer. I didn't start the day planning to buy a new truck but my old truck engine light came on and after a bit of math decided to trade up. Online inventory was easy and accurate so over to Welch I go. Mark in the used car department had me test driving the few I saw online in no time. Decisions were made and Craig and team made the buying experience quick. Very fair and honest experience. I purchased a cream puff of a 2004 Lincoln Ultimate in July, 2026. I dealt mostly with Paul Mitchell who is a hassle free professional. Every one I dealt with made this sale a seamless, e z & comfortable experience. This was not a big ticket sale. Surprisingly & happily Mr. Mitchell touches base with me periodically to see how the car & I are doing. I live in Charleston area. The drive to Hardeeville was well worth it. Most likey, I will drive to Hardeeville to have to have the O.C. Welch service department do scheduled preventive maintenance. Where ever you are in southeast S.C. or northeast Georgia, give O.C. Purchased a truck from OC Welch Ford through a salesmen named Charles. He answered my long list of questions and provided me with a lot of confidence throughout the deal with his relaxed approach. The sales manager and finance manger - both named Chris - were a pleasure to deal with as well. We drove from Greenville to make this purchase and by the time we got there, the truck was detailed and paperwork was laid out and ready to go. Overall it was a great experience and I valued the fact that not one person from this dealership pushed any warranties or extras. I left feeling great about my purchase.

Sam was extremely helpful and on August 18,2026 he sold us a 2022 Lincoln Nautilus. We spoke to him a very days earlier on the phone and told him what we were looking for and he looked quickly through their inventory and found one. What a great experience. Sales consultant, Carolina, helped us find the right vehicle for us. She was very patient and kept a positive, friendly attitude. They provided me with all of the service history and a list of maintance they had performed before listing it for sale. Plus, they provided me with a very detailed inspection they had done on the vehicle (I purchased a used truck) It was very easy to negotiate price as well. So I rarely leave reviews for and I have never left a review for a car dealership company and in the end I didn’t even buy a car from but the crew at this dealership is special. They treated like they were selling a vehicle to a family member or a friend. From the salesperson (Carolina DaSilva )who meant in the lot while I was looking at the use Navigators they had. I worked with her supervisor Paul Mitchell who really understood my predicament with my current which was a vehicle broken down in a dealership across the street. Paul took the time to listen to me express my frustrations as I was there in Hilton head on vacation stuck in a rental vehicle. They work with me and my wife find a vehicle that we really loved. Their sale manger Craig Redker who helped them work up a deal on the Navigator we were looking to buy. They went above and beyond to go across the street to test drive my current vehicle which was no easy task. They then had me work with Paul Tindall the finance Manager who truly cares about the people he is helping get auto financing. Paul was fantastic and went the extra 10 miles to help me work out a fabulous financing deal. He was very informative walking through every step. They helped me wrap the negative equity from my current vehicle into the financing. . It was the most outstanding serving I have had in buying a vehicle in my 50 plus years and over 15 car I have purchased. I wished they were my local dealship they would get my business every time. This is what every car dealer stride to achieve and they did it effortlessly. If you looking to find that family dealership where you are treated with respect and like a family or friend please give OC Welch an opportunity to show you what they can do for you. In the end I didn’t purchase the vehicle and it was the first time in my life I felt bad about not giving them my business because they deserved getting it.

We were interested in buying a used or new Lincoln Nautilus so we stopped at OC Welch to have a look at their inventory. We were met by Tom Landry and explained what we were looking for. It was late in the day and Tom stayed to show us the vehicles and explain the differences in the models. We had never been a Ford buyer before and we were looking to trade in our Lexus. Tom was very patient and took the time to tell and show us the different models. We were very impressed with his knowledge and Customer Service skills. We agreed to come back on Monday to review a few different models. Tom showed us 4 different cars that we were interested in and brought them to the front of the dealership for us to compare and make a decision. We spent several hours before we decided on a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve 2. Tom was outstanding throughout the entire process until we drove off with our new Lincoln Nautilus. We are both seniors and this is by far the best experience we’ve ever had in buying a vehicle. I didn't start the day planning to buy a new truck but my old truck engine light came on and after a bit of math decided to trade up. Online inventory was easy and accurate so over to Welch I go. Every one I dealt with made this sale a seamless, e z & comfortable experience. This was not a big ticket sale. Purchased a truck from OC Welch Ford through a salesmen named Charles. He answered my long list of questions and provided me with a lot of confidence throughout the deal with his relaxed approach. The sales manager and finance manger - both named Chris - were a pleasure to deal with as well. We drove from Greenville to make this purchase and by the time we got there, the truck was detailed and paperwork was laid out and ready to go. So I rarely leave reviews for and I have never left a review for a car dealership company and in the end I didn’t even buy a car from but the crew at this dealership is special. They treated like they were selling a vehicle to a family member or a friend. From the salesperson (Carolina DaSilva )who meant in the lot while I was looking at the use Navigators they had. I worked with her supervisor Paul Mitchell who really understood my predicament with my current which was a vehicle broken down in a dealership across the street. Paul took the time to listen to me express my frustrations as I was there in Hilton head on vacation stuck in a rental vehicle. They work with me and my wife find a vehicle that we really loved. Their sale manger Craig Redker who helped them work up a deal on the Navigator we were looking to buy. They went above and beyond to go across the street to test drive my current vehicle which was no easy task. They then had me work with Paul Tindall the finance Manager who truly cares about the people he is helping get auto financing. Paul was fantastic and went the extra 10 miles to help me work out a fabulous financing deal. He was very informative walking through every step. They helped me wrap the negative equity from my current vehicle into the financing. . It was the most outstanding serving I have had in buying a vehicle in my 50 plus years and over 15 car I have purchased. I wished they were my local dealship they would get my business every time. This is what every car dealer stride to achieve and they did it effortlessly. If you looking to find that family dealership where you are treated with respect and like a family or friend please give OC Welch an opportunity to show you what they can do for you. In the end I didn’t purchase the vehicle and it was the first time in my life I felt bad about not giving them my business because they deserved getting it.

A Ford dealer in Savannah, GA put me in a bind - they refused to install parts ordered directly through Ford to a Ford dealership, because I didn’t order the parts through this particular dealership’s overpriced third party parts provider. I took my parts and went straight to OC Welch, explained my situation to a service manager, and they installed my parts immediately at a very reasonable price. No xx, and zero issues whatsoever. I’ve used OC Welch many times in the past, and they have never let me down - they really are the best with extremely talented technicians, and customer service agents who will make sure you’re taken care of. I will never use that Savannah, GA dealership again.

The dealership appears to be overwhelmed with work at this time. However, I would assume upper management is trying to hire well qualified people to reduce the backlog of work. I had a problem with getting the latest Sync3 software updated in my vehicle. Had O.C. Welch try to update it while in for an oil change. For whatever reason the update never was accepted by the system. I returned to the dealership to try to get the update. Ray in the fast lane office remembered me and got right on it. The mechanic tried his best to get the update to be accepted but was unable to accomplish it. Ray didn't give up, and had another person that has dealt with this problem give it a try. Bingo.... Whatever this fellow did he was able to get the update loaded, and everything seems to be working now as it should. I can't thank Ray enough for sticking with me and doing everything he could to satisfy me. Thank You!!! Please add my name to the list for the 360° camera recall. Where do I start! I hate to admit it but I actually had a appointment at a dealership before I went to OC the same day. The other dealership experience was absolutely horrible. It made me not even want to go to my next appointment. I was leaving discouraged. When I arrived to OC Welch my test drive car was already ready for me! Quilla and Blake had a key ready to hand over. Once I got back and we sat down it was like I was talking with family and I wasn’t even buying a car. ( did I mention they already stayed after close to help me? ) They made the car buying experience worthwhile! They guided me along the way and Quilla kept me updated on everything. I booked a service appointment for multiple items. The largest one turned out to be related to my rotors and calipers versus my tires and alignment. The team was very professional, courteous and kept me well advised during my appointment. Things took longer than expected, and the manager kindly arrange for a ride home for me. Additionally, he arranged for my car to be dropped off for me the same evening. Incredible personal service, and very honest and straightforward approach. I highly recommend.

This was a great buying experience that I have ever had. I have been driving Lincoln SUV's for 10 years now and dealt with 3 other different dealerships during those 10 years and the buying experience never went smoothly at the other dealerships. We were in the market for a used Ford F150. We wanted one with Adaptive cruise control . OC Welch Sales Consultant Scott Henthorn helped check inventory and found us the perfect truck. He then went to bat for us to get the deal (trade in of his truck vs used truck sticker ) and got us a little more money. He ordered items missing in the new truck. We both were thoroughly impressed and pleased with Scott, the finance department, receptionist who greeted us and the detailing of our used (new to us) truck.
