Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

Needed to get wiper blades. In and out in under 5 mins. Gabe was quick, fast, and personable. I somehow waited until the last minute to schedule my oil change and got extremely notice at the warning signal that my oil life was decreasing daily. I called the dealership on the day I wanted service and there were no appointments. However, the team was able to squeeze me in. Gab Elias was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and even helped me figure out my Lincoln Access Rewards Points for one of my recommended services. If you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff that treats you with respect... look no further. The team at O.C. Welch will listen to you FIRST and then help you find the right car that suits your needs. They are family owned and that is important because I feel like they CARE. Service personnel kept me informed of the progress on my car which I appreciated. My only cues I was told the windshield wipers and the cabin air filter needed replaced. I said I would do that myself only to find out that the cabin air filter had been replaced by the technician at a cost to me.

Finance closing process needs to be much more efficient and timely. Paul is personally good to work with, but process needs to be far more efficient.

I had purchased some after market bumpers at the time of purchase. My salesman quit and Chip Welch organized everything for me and followed through with me during the whole process. I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. A Ford dealership in Savannah told me they couldn’t get a part for a year. I call O. C. Welch instead and not only do they get the part in a week, but they come to my job and install it in the parking lot free of charge. Pleasant process all the way through!!

En route to OC Welch to purchase a Lincoln our car had a malfunction and broke down. Sales associate Paul M. rescued us from the side of the road even though we were a few miles away on a Friday at 6pm (also in one of the cars we were interested in). It was a speedy, pleasant transaction and we highly recommend.

Tom was great to work with as he is both professional and personal. As a returning customer - third vehicle in seven year - I do wish they would improve upon the final process of the deal - it takes far too long to complete the deal once arriving at the dealership. We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. I have not had a problem since. 10 stars I highly recommend.

The salesman Tom Landry found rebates for me that I didn’t know I qualified for and even gave us a loaner to take home while the service center finished prepping our brand new car. The loan terms were great and there were no hidden fees to complete the sale. The Lincoln Nautilus is exactly what my wife and I were looking for. The finance department was wonderful as well! Thank you all, I’ve already told all my coworkers and family members about the experience and even though I don’t want to buy another car for a long time (we love this one) OC Welch will be at the top of my shopping list.

I had 2 days in a row dealing with the Quik Lube service department for my vehicles. The young lady that greeted me made sure that I knew exactly what my vehicles required for the mileage on them was extremely pleasant and made me feel that I and my vehicles were important to her. On my older vehicle, she came to me and explained the additional service requirements and asked my permission to complete them prior to any work being completed. I informed her of a problem that I was having with my low tire pressure gauge. This was taken care of in a very timely manner. This young lady and this department are exactly why I continue to deal with your organization.

Our recent lease of a Ford Mustang GT was an amazing experience with OC Welch Ford. We unexpectedly chose to lease. Having never leased before, we were uncertain of what to expect. From the salesperson to the finance manager to the owner, this dealership efficiently, graciously, and professionally walked us through the whole process in a matter of hours. We feel they respected our time and our need for a vehicle. They were also patient while we checked insurance rates before agreeing to the lease, so we never felt pressured to say "yes" before performing our own due diligence. We purchased a new vehicle and had a seamless totally professional experience that is rare when it come to purchasing vehicles. Sam Elliot was our sales person and Chris handled the financial site we were able to get all info etc ahead of time and provided back to them walked in and everything was perfect. Everyone was very helpful in finding us the car we were looking for. Monika was especially helpful, very patient and offered us something to eat and drink while we waited. She took us for a test drive that made all the difference in our decision to purchase a Lincoln. Jim found us the car with all the features we were looking for at a great price. This dealership continues to struggle with vehicle mechanic shortages, and cannot perform all the tasks required for a 150,000 mile Factory Service. They require a second appointment (15 weeks apart) to complete the service. Call and inquire about this detail before taking your vehicle there. You start off at QuickLane, and then are referred to the Service Department for the remainder of the required service items for the Factory Service package.

Arrived for an oil change and system update. Lincoln service person was efficient, fun, and knowledgable. Even with a local system downtime, she handled the check in perfectly . Service was quicker than i expected. Car was clean and ready to go but i hated to leave the dealership canteen which had the best breakfast sandwich ever! May stop by just for food!

I just left the storm ravaged area of Western NC to drive to Florida to move my Daughter up with me. We had been flooded in for several days and I left as soon as the water receded enough to drive. Apparently, I filled up my diesel truck with contaminated fuel. I was pulling a trailer when I lost power and was forced to find help. I was very fortunate to have been with in a few miles of O C Welch Ford. I limped my truck into the dealership but was told that they were weeks out on service and repair due to their own problems with Hurricane Helene. After explaining my situation to Rob Steckley, the service advisor, He contacted Rob for a diesel evaluation. My fuel filters were clogged from the contamination. They had been recently changed so we know it was the fuel. In a few hours, They had me on my way just in time to get my Daughter out of Florida as Hurricane Milton destroyed that area. I was so appreciative of them helping me out in a time of need and urgency. I can't express how thankful I am to the staff of O C Welch for what they did for me. Tony Lopresto

I have bought dozens of cars in my life and have never felt so good about my experience as this used car purchase. What made this so unique and amazing was my sales guy Devon Fry. I did this purchase from New Jersey when I found the listing on line. I filled out a form to get in touch, and Devon reached out to me by phone. It was a rainy Saturday, and the normal pictures of the car were not completed yet. Devon went out and took a bunch of photos and texted them to me. That was just the beginning. Everyday after he stayed in touch and reported back to me about the questions and progress the car was making through the service that they do as normal procedure when putting a used car up for sale. Devon went above a beyond in making sure the car was perfect and I was satisfied by his answering every detailed question. I made a deposit to hold the car and he followed through with every step. Even today after I wired the payment and basically knew the deal was done, he spent an hour going to the Mercedes dealership to get me a window sticker. I had said from the beginning it’s always nice to have it because it gives all the details you don’t know about otherwise. And it’s good for my eventual resale. They are sometimes difficult to get as we both found out. But he managed. Even though I live over 700 miles away, I will use Devon again when I’m looking for another car. No pressure, no BS, just an honest hard working guy that goes above and beyond to make a car buying experience comfortable. Thank you Devon and thank you to O.C.Welch Ford Lincoln organization for having a fair pricing structure and following through with providing Blue Certification and fixing things that you don’t normally get taken care of. And all of this without asking and done via phone and text. This is the first time I have ever written a review but this time it was well deserved!!

I was given an appointment date and time. My vehicle was left in the Service line the night before. More than a week later (Hurricane Milton and Parts) caused quite an inconvenience. The vehicle is an F-150 diesel. There is only one diesel mechanic. The work was topnotch. The vehicle runs well. The lady cashier was extremely nice and made the inconvenience seem not so tolerable.

Just traveled from 2 states away to buy my new truck from OC Welch Ford! Have always heard what a first class guy OC was, and how well he treated his customers, so I decided to give him a try. I was particular about what I wanted in my new truck in the way of equipment, color, trim, etc., and naturally there were no such units available that fit my wants. OC agreed to special order it for me, and a few months later it finally arrived. When my wife and I arrived to pick it up, we were treated like family by the entire staff as well as OC himself. Such personalized service by all involved. Special thanks to Chris in Finance who so graciously stayed late taking care of all the paperwork, explaining everything in detail. Service appointment setup was simple and flawless. Appointment time was met with happy and supportive customer care. Vehicle was delivered on time. Would only request to combine the “routine” service department (oil, filters, general maintenance) with the “something’s wrong” service department. My experience at OC Welch was out of the world! My mother bought a car about 2 years ago and couldn’t stop raving about her car and the service she receives. Upon starting my own car hunt, I quickly realized not all dealerships and sales people are made the same. OC Welch took what could be an exhausting experience, and turned it into an amazing one. I was all smiles through the whole car buying process, it was seamless and easy. Marifel, my sales woman, was patient and had great enthusiasm assisting me with my purchase. Joe, the manager, made sure I was taken care of during every step of the process. He does an amazing job overseeing every sale. Chris, the financier, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and secure in my purchase. Scheduled service to program a new key fob for my wife's 2029 Navigator. Was in the area for a doctor's appointment late the day before and called to see if the work could be done to save an extra trip out to the dealership. Gabe accommodated the request and arranged for the programing to be done but the doctor visit ran longer than expected. Service the next morning was quick and easy, in and out in less than an hour. And Jodi at payment is especially efficient.

I was much pleased with the service and communications from the service manager, Dan Westover, re a factory recall on my Ford Explorer. I had been waiting two years for the company to send the needed parts and Dan explained the problem (countrywide) due to lack of suppliers in recent years and offered to do his best to get an expedited order (but cautioned that this was no guarantee). He followed up with a phone call a day or two later and assured me the order was specially requested, And then, lo and behold, I received a phone message from Jodi Giovanniello a week or so later and informed the parts were in and I was scheduled for a home service (I live on Dataw Island) in three days. And sure enough, the technician (Ray) called the morning of the scheduled service and said he was ten minutes away. Perfect! He was a friendly, competent young man who clearly knew his stuff and explained the history of this particular recall. He finished up within a half-hour and the car looks great! I must applaud OC Welch for the friendliness and dedication of Dan and Jodi, and their diligence in getting the job done for us. It was very professional and gave us great confidence in OC Welch. I also am most pleased with the coordination and service by Ray who absolutely made our day. The mobile service program is new to me and I can only speak highly about it (and will share it with friends here on Dataw). Thank you again for responding so ably to my concerns. We purchased our Expedition from Charleston. It needed to be serviced a month later due to the engine light coming on. The service department was a nightmare to work with. After 10 days, it was repaired and ready to pick up. On the way home from picking up my "fixed" vehicle, the engine light came on again. I decided to take it to OC Welch. Ross Munro was our service guy and was AMAZING. He kept me informed about what was going on. He diagnosed and repaired my vehcile right away. O.C. Welch didn't have the model and color that I wanted, but found it at another dealer a few hours away. They went and picked the vehicle up, prepped it, and delivered to my home. Above and beyond service!

Trisha and everyone at O. C. Welch were most helpful and extremely tolerant answering my many questions, about the truck, the purchasing process, etc. They put me at ease throughout what can sometimes be an ordeal. I’m very fond of my truck, appreciate the peace of mind from the certification by Ford, and am grateful to have come by it in such a pleasant atmosphere. I have become friends with tom Landry over the last 10 yrs. I trust him immensly. I've never had to ask him if it's the best he can do , I know it is the best. I shopped other cars but couldn't leave my friends over at welsh Lincoln's no other car I looked at for that price compared to Lincoln in looks and quality. I'm thrilled with my new color Corsair. Received some nice compliments on it already. Tom hooked me up with the better level which has many more amenities which I love. See tom Landry for all your Lincoln needs he's a trustworthy man.

Good afternoon, My appointment started art 9:30 AM on the 24th of February. Mr. Munro took my letter requesting I get my rear back up camera replaced due to a recall. We took a few minutes and then I proceeded to the waiting area in the showroom. About 15 minutes went by when Mr. Ross came in and told me the recall has been put on hold and Ford Motor Company was only doing the recall on Mustangs for now and I would receive another letter when it was my make of vehicle being recalled. All went well and I only spent approximately 30 minutes at the dealership.
