Came to dealership with one specific car in mind that we had seen on the website. Jason Garcia was our salesperson (along with some talks with Chip Welch as well). We negotiated what we feel to be a fair price. Sadly there was a very recent recall that Ford had issued and this car was included. They immediately got the recall issue handled, the car was detailed and we picked it up in under 2 days! Completely satisfied with our experience!

While I was deciding which suv I wanted. Chip appraised my truck. He didn’t just give me a number that a book told him to value it at. Like other dealers had done. He took everything I had done to the truck into consideration when he made his offer to me. He gave me a solid price that I was very happy with. I left the dealership very satisfied with my trade value and the purchase price. I live almost 2 hours from OC Welch and have 4 Ford dealerships in my area. This was the second truck I have purchased from OC Welch and with a team like Jason and Chip helping me, it will not be the last.
