I love my new Lincoln. It isn’t my first, it won’t be my last. Derek “Big D” was the perfect southern gentleman and a pleasure to work with. Shout out to the whole team there including Craig who looks after every detail in the Lincoln store and Paul who made signing our lives away in finance feel like fun.

I have had a great experience at this Lincoln dealership. I did some test driving of a number of different SUVs several months before I decided to actually buy. With the shortage of available inventory, they were great to work with, my buying experience was probably the most hassle-free that I have ever had, they went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of and that everything on my car was perfect. Craig is an exceptional general manager, and Caitlin is incredibly knowledgeable about the cars that she works with. I never felt pressure, and the overall experience was really great. Would 100% recommend that people go there. I know they will get well taken care of.

Derek was absolutely the best sales associate that we have ever dealt with over the last 40 plus years of buying vehicles. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable with helping us place our order for our 2022 Lincoln Aviator. Craig gave us a great value for our trade in. Paul was patient and answered all of our questions concerning the extended warranty plans. The best part was the NO-PRESSURE shopping experience that all of these gentlemen extended to us. They reassured us that we could contact any of them for anything in the future which is hard to find these days. Must dealership/sales sides don't want to have anything to do with you once the sale is completed. We would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this staff at O.C. Welch. We left with smiles on our faces and a feeling of having made new friends.

I was amazed with the sales and credit people. My salesman Steve Jessie helped me find the Transit Van I was looking for and at the right price. Even the credit manager Craig got me financed. They have a great inventory on new and used vehicles.

Chris Black walked use through the numbers and spent time explaining various extended warranty plans. Brian Luna was assigned as our sales representative and we were impressed with his knowledge of the options and listening skills for 5 months on the job. He clearly has a future in this business.
