We were left in the lurch due to the departure of two employees in the Service Scheduling Department. Dan picked up the slack and did a great job for us sorting out the various issues that were unresolved. We are very pleased and impressed by the initiative and enthusiasm that Dan exhibited and the courtesy and respect that he showed to us. Dan is an outstanding Manager and he represented O.C. Welch in an outstanding manner. We strongly recommend customers to see Dan if they have a Service Issue.

Had an amazing experience with The Quick Lane!! Extremely professional staff, very knowledgeable friendly and competent staff! Took a little longer but was well worth it!!! Truck is perfect now! They have greatly improved with the New Manager Cameron and his Advisor Kenneth ! Kept me updated throughout the process and over delivered and exceeded my expectations!
