I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I personally dealt with Justin, the finance manager and Devon, the salesman. They made the entire process so smooth and were so friendly and welcoming. As I was signing the papers, they let my son draw on the screen that I was signing on. And even printed his little artwork for me. Devon even walked my son and I around Because my son wanted to see some fast cars and trucks. He actually took the time to show my son and I these cars and trucks after I had purchased my vehicle. I have never been to a dealership where they treated me like family instead of just another sale. I drove from Jacksonville and I will continue to drive from Jacksonville to show the support they deserve. They made the process so easy. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Because they definitely deserve it. This dealership is top-notch. Justin and Devon are absolutely wonderful and very professional.

I have bought dozens of cars in my life and have never felt so good about my experience as this used car purchase. What made this so unique and amazing was my sales guy Devon Fry. I did this purchase from New Jersey when I found the listing on line. I filled out a form to get in touch, and Devon reached out to me by phone. It was a rainy Saturday, and the normal pictures of the car were not completed yet. Devon went out and took a bunch of photos and texted them to me. That was just the beginning. Everyday after he stayed in touch and reported back to me about the questions and progress the car was making through the service that they do as normal procedure when putting a used car up for sale. Devon went above a beyond in making sure the car was perfect and I was satisfied by his answering every detailed question. I made a deposit to hold the car and he followed through with every step. Even today after I wired the payment and basically knew the deal was done, he spent an hour going to the Mercedes dealership to get me a window sticker. I had said from the beginning it’s always nice to have it because it gives all the details you don’t know about otherwise. And it’s good for my eventual resale. They are sometimes difficult to get as we both found out. But he managed. Even though I live over 700 miles away, I will use Devon again when I’m looking for another car. No pressure, no BS, just an honest hard working guy that goes above and beyond to make a car buying experience comfortable.
