We waited so long for this appointment. Thanks to Vicki, Jodi and Kai, I think we are good to go. Vicki helped with the initial appointment and kept us abreast of the service we needed. She forgot to alert us to the cost of diagnostics and unfortunately, I forgot to ask. Jodi helped with the check out and was very patient trying to get me registered for Ford Rewards. That was a little tricky but she persevered. Kai helped me on the way out to sync my phone. All were helpful for someone fairly new to taking care of the cars. My thanks and appreciation.

Another great experience! Blake worked his magic and got our vehicle into the service department as soon as possible. Kelly had a loaner car available and got us all set up! Blake kept us informed and responded to all messages right away. Our vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and works perfectly!
