Every time my husband or I have to bring one of our two Ford vehicles to OC Welch for service it has been an excellent experience. Ross and Jodi always treat us with such kindness and in all of my 68 years (42 in customer service) I can tell you that it’s rare to be treated so well. Also it’s always such a pleasure to stop by OC’s and Chris Black’s office to just stick our head in and say hello. Such a great group of people! Keep up the good work!

Another great experience! Blake worked his magic and got our vehicle into the service department as soon as possible. Kelly had a loaner car available and got us all set up! Blake kept us informed and responded to all messages right away. Our vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and works perfectly! Great job to Blake, Kelly, and Jodi for going the extra mile to get the job done!
