Friendly environment and good hearted people. I bought used vehicle that I was unsure of at the time. Sam and Ian were very helpful in assisting with showcasing the vehicle. Joe went over the finances with me and came to a price that was reasonable and fought the creditors for a better interests rate that was also reasonable to me. Pretty happy over all one of the best dealer experiences I have had and I buy a car about every 2 years lol Sam was easy to deal with and didn't bother me. David on the money side was very easy to communicate with. Joe seems to be running a good team. Was happy to get things without asking that I'm used to haggling over. Some dealership cheap out on things and then it really shows in their vehicles but they take that worry away. Will go out of my way to check in on them in a few years when I get another truck

Byron was patient with us. We did not anticipate buying a car today. Byron showed us exactly what we wanted to see. Byron let us both drive the vehicle and our car seat in the seats and the stroller in the back. We moved all the seats, tested all the charging ports. Byron’s as our sales person who showed us the vehicle we ended up purchasing. Joe helped Byron with paperwork but Byron really spent all the time with us and educated us about the vehicle. We were inside for a while and I wanted to see the car again Byron gave me the key and let me spend all the time I wanted with the truck.

Dear Mr. Welch, Just by chance, my future son in law; who is in the military service, found pre-owned truck at your dealership. Because I am helping him with the financing; and he's never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before, we both went. From the initial point of contact with Chris in Finance, who was caring, informative (he told me we want customers to continue to come back) and provided valuable information that led us lo look at another truck, I knew we made the right choice. We were then introduced to Ben Jamison in sales. Since the vehicle had not been serviced, Ben told us he would stay in communication every step of the way (I was skeptical). However, he did exactly that; even providing his person cell phone number. His level of customer service, commitment, and integrity was five star! He represents you very well! We also met Joe Frieze, Sales Manger. His honest style of communication, knowledge and experience, garnered my immediate respect (and that's never said lightly). I truly appreciate his way of conducting business. Absolutely above board and refreshing! Lastly, we met Jim Renfroe, Finance Manger, to sign the paperwork. He was courteous, professional, and very respectful. The vehicle was inspected, serviced and detailed (as if it came off of the showroom floor.) And a special acknowledgment to Mariel (Mary) Morgan who took me for a test drive and explained all the nuances of this modern SUV.
