I purchased a used Ford truck and they were very fair with my trade-in and did not hassle me and the process was very efficient I want to give a shout out to my man, Sam, who helped me along the way. Something that really stood out to me was how accommodating they are when the buyer has two little kids under the age of five with them lol they were very patient with my boys and did not try to haggle me Thank you, Sam and Joe and the team over in the used car division!

I am writing this review on the behalf of Joe Tornabene. Our family is a ford dealer in NYS. I went from being stranded on I95 to being back on the road within 2 hours all because of Ross and Brian's help. They are the best service provides we have ever seen. If anyone deserves a promotion it's these guys.

This place is the only place you should look for a Ford or Lincoln. They have a huge selection, and they work tirelessly over getting you the best deal possible. We visited them at 5pm on Monday looking at 2 vehicles. They gave us a really good deal on our trades, even on mine sight unseen. We weren't able to getting any financing done because of the time. The next morning at 8:30am, I received a call saying they got the deal done. That afternoon, we were driving 2 brand new EVs home. Make sure to go see Nolan, Joe and Kevin for a new vehicle.

I recently purchased a Ford Ranger but wanted running boards and a tano cover. They weren't in stock but the dealership obtained them and worked with me on scheduling the service so I didn't have to miss work. Overall pretty nice experience. Russ and Joe T were the first two I dealt with. Both were nice and more than accommodating. Polly was great and Jeff rounded out the team to provide great customer service. The lot is very crowded though which made it tough to navigate, felt a little cramped.
