This review is for Judith at Lincoln and Judith only. I was having a miserable and frustrating experience with Ford's service department. Weeks of no updates or explanation of what was wrong with my vehicle. Then Judith stepped in and turned it around immediately. The moment I spoke to her I calmed down and realized I was in good hands. She called back when she said she would. Did what she said she would and was a real pro through and through. Judith is a shining light at OC Welch and a much, much needed addition.
