My husband had his car serviced today, oil change and tires rotated. They took care of everything…a recall, new filters. Kayla was the service manager and did a wonderful job. The porter, Kurt, made our car look brand new. Thanks, OC Welch and associates!!!!

The replacement part (driver’s side mirror) was extremely expensive but the customer service from Kayla was great. She kept me informed about the delivery of the part, getting the part painted and scheduling the installation. Managing my expectations and the timing of everything was very helpful.
