What a delightful experience yesterday for an oil change. The changes in process at OC Welch are evident from the moment you drive in for service. Able to park in service lane. Greeted by QuickLane Advisor Meredith Ross for my 11:30 appointment. Had time for a freshly baked cookie in their cafe. Not free but oh so good. At 12:00 Meredith fetched me. My car was done and she waited while I paid, escorting me back to my completed vehicle. THIS IS A 200% TURNAROUND IN SERVICE AND PROCESS FROM MY LAST OIL CHANGE. If you had a less than pleasant experience with service at OC Welch and complained, they have definitely listened and made drastic changes. Suggest you give them another try.
