Ian was an amazing 'no pressure' kind of salesman. He was totally upfront with the vehicle that I was interested in and when I brought up a couple concerns he went and had them taken care ASAP, it truly shows how much the Dealer environment there at OC WELCH cares about putting you in a safe/ ready-to-go vehicle!! It was super chill waiting while paperwork was being processed and bonus points to IAN for swapping service stories from his time in the military and sharing pics of his doggo while we waited on things to load and print !! The floor has collectors cars you can walk around and check out too. Most of all the total process was stress free which I needed badly with my 8 month Preggo body and attitude ! Once in the finance department it was also very relaxed and they didn't try to beat me into any of the 'extras' once I said 'no' to the choices I didn't want, we moved right along and they completed the entire process with my bank over the phone while I was out moving things over from my truck to the SUV. I truly will recommend O.C. Welch Ford as The Dealer to go to if any of my friends and family are looking for a vehicle, or even if you're just interested in looking and getting an idea of what you want! Because of IAN I was able to test drive a couple vehicles to really decide what was best for me at the time, with no stress or pressure to try to purchase that specific day, which was very important to me personally as I have definitely impulse bought a vehicle in the past and learned from my mistakes! Best ford inventory anywhere. Dave Hines truly looks out for you. He is the sales manager. He knew what I was looking for and we got my son in a mustang GT and my wife in a New Fusion. They are more than fair. Also I have never been to the dealership when O C was not there. If you ever have an issue or a question, no matter how small it is he will take the time to find out what you need. The service department is excellent! They have the service in 2 flavors, quick lube and full service. If you just need an oil change and tires rotated, go to the quick lube, no appointment necessary. They do all the work as expected and get you in and out in no time. I have only had to use the warranty department once with my 2014 F150 and that was a radio speaker. Called on monday had it ordered and installed by wednesday.

We have been looking for new fleet vehicles at work for the last two years. We contacted OC Welch, Mr. Welsh replied himself, called back, ordered the vehicles. Within 6 weeks, the cars delivered. Mr. Welch personally handled the majority of the entire process himself, which is almost unheard of by the owner of a dealership especially with his volume of business. First of all; Tom Landry is the BOMB. We went in the dealership to purchase a used truck for my husband. His 1999 F150 finally bit the dust and he needed something else to drive. OC Welch Ford Lincoln is a breath of fresh air. My family and I are new to the Bluffton area and we needed service on my F150. Scheduled an appointment and brought it in. The oil change, tire rotation etc were all completed in a reasonable amount of time. I was called and emailed when the service was completed. First of all; Tom Landry is the BOMB. We went in the dealership to purchase a used truck for my husband. His 1999 F150 finally bit the dust and he needed something else to drive. The truck we were looking at, was tied up with someone else. Tom gave us a list of used vehicles that my husband might want. Poor Tom, went and got all the keys together while we waited on the golf cart and noticed a new small SUV, sitting right by the golf cart. Tom came out with all the keys to the different vehicles and my husband says; hey, can we drive this one. Several hours later; we drove home with the Ecosport and it is just perfect for my retired husband. They have the service in 2 flavors, quick lube and full service. If you just need an oil change and tires rotated, go to the quick lube, no appointment necessary. They do all the work as expected and get you in and out in no time. I have only had to use the warranty department once with my 2014 F150 and that was a radio speaker. Called on monday had it ordered and installed by wednesday.

OC Welch Ford Lincoln is a breath of fresh air. My family and I are new to the Bluffton area and we needed service on my F150. Scheduled an appointment and brought it in. The oil change, tire rotation etc were all completed in a reasonable amount of time. I was called and emailed when the service was completed. They allowed me to pay for the service with my Ford pass points and it was seamless. Truck was returned super clean. Will be back for all service and new Ford purchases. They had quite the inventory as well as a very cool showroom with some nice cars.

Went in to get some “we owe” service items taken care of on my F150. Ross was able to get my items taken care of within a reasonable time frame. I waited there for the work to be completed and noticed he treated every customer with courtesy, professionalism and proactively kept them up to date on their service. I felt this was extremely impressive especially considering how busy they were! I hope OC Welch recognizes the value Ross brings to their organization and rewards the return on investment that he brings to the dealership! New 2023 Bronco Just traded our car with Neico at OCWelch Ford for a 2023 Bronco After driving new truck a couple of days fault occurred . Wow! Impressive service at Quick Change Lane and the additional service needed for my windshield wiper fluid pump in the main service area. Both service desks were very responsive and not pushing “extras”. This a huge difference from previous years of service. And I am thankful. If you stopped going here for service, come back and give it a try. Only complaint- OC Welch service PLEASE answer the phone and return the calls. I tried to call several times over several days before I decided to drive over to make my appointment. Thankfully, the service appointment went well and didn’t take all day.

After past not so good encounters with the OC Welch Ford service department, today's experience was excellent. Rear passenger side window stopped working Sunday afteroon (would not roll up) and when I called Monday morning, Mr. Kai Collins, the service manager, told me to bring the car in same morning. Upon arrival the car was immediately diagnosed and within a little over an hour I was on my way home with a repaired window. Thank you!

We have been looking for new fleet vehicles at work for the last two years. We contacted OC Welch, Mr. Welsh replied himself, called back, ordered the vehicles. Within 6 weeks, the cars delivered. We have been looking for new vehicles for the last two years. We have ordered them several different dealerships and nobody was able to come through from Ford. Mr. Welch personally handled the majority of the entire process himself, which is almost unheard of by the owner of a dealership especially with his volume of business. The entire process took less than 30 minutes, the paperwork was ready and waiting all we had to do was sign on the dotted line. The dealership was one of the cleanest dealerships I have ever seen from any brand. Mr. Welch even bought us lunch and his new café that just opened and the food and the chef were really great!! This was one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences of ever had in 48 years. A class eight outstanding job, and without them, we still would not have cars for fleet that were over two years past their replacement.
