Loved working with Jacob. He was low‑pressure, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the current financing options, which really helped me feel confident in choosing O.C. Welch Ford over other dealerships with the same vehicle. When I hesitated about making the drive to pick up the car, he even offered to have it delivered to me for free. He didn't make me feel less important because I was buying a used vehicle versus a brand new one, which would probably be a bigger commission for him. Absolutely terrible customer service in the service department. Takes 3 days to get an oil change, even when an appointment is scheduled and they still won't call you back. Over 20 phone calls before I finally called the receptionist and she had to walk back to the service department before they would pick up the phone. I will drive over 100 miles to purchase my next vehicle just because of the poor service department. Why make customers schedule an appointment, when O.C. Welch won't do any service on your vehicle on the appointment day (we actually dropped our car off the night before). O.C. Welch does not care whatsoever about its customers.

I didn’t get my free Samsung UltraHD 72” television but, I understand that they are slated for those individuals willing to purchase a 2024 model vehicle. All the best to their team at O.C. We searched four other Ford dealerships nearby first, none had the specific color and trim level we were looking for in stock.

Having purchased two cars from O.C. before, I went to him asking for help on a Ford commercial truck that I had not purchased from him. He went to bat with Ford for me, and got the situation remedied. His service department did an excellent job replacing the entire diesel engine. I know where I will get my next commercial truck! And if I ever get any horses, I know what kind of truck I will use to pull the trailer.

I had been considering a new Bronco when they reintroduced it to the market place. I had one, an. early 1970 model and have looked seriously at them for a couple of months. I am from Indiana and was visiting my daughter in South Carolina. My daughter's car needed service, so I scheduled an appointment with O.C. Welch Ford. I arrived approximately 40 minutes early, but they took my car back as soon as I checked in. The customer service representative was very kind and showed up the waiting room, pointed us to coffee and water if needed, and showed us where the bathrooms were located. After the service was performed, the customer service rep. took us back to speak with the mechanic and review everything that was completed and anything else that needed to be reviewed. The mechanic was very thorough and clear with his explanation. The customer service rep then took us to the payment desk to pay for services rendered. The payment clerk was also very kind and she asked me how I wanted to pay for the bill, or I could use my Ford dollars that I had saved up from previous services. I asked the young lady what she was talking about because no one had ever told me I had Ford dollars that I could use toward services. The clerk to her time in explaining how the plan works and what I need to say when I get back to my Indiana dealership. I was very pleased with the service and very kind employees the O.C. Welch has working for them. This is a true testament to the owners and management team at O.C.Welch Ford. The dealership appears to be overwhelmed with work at this time. However, I would assume upper management is trying to hire well qualified people to reduce the backlog of work. I had a problem with getting the latest Sync3 software updated in my vehicle. Had O.C. Welch try to update it while in for an oil change. For whatever reason the update never was accepted by the system. I returned to the dealership to try to get the update. Ray in the fast lane office remembered me and got right on it. The mechanic tried his best to get the update to be accepted but was unable to accomplish it. Ray didn't give up, and had another person that has dealt with this problem give it a try. Bingo.... Whatever this fellow did he was able to get the update loaded, and everything seems to be working now as it should.
