Everyone was very nice and helpful. All the people said hi and introduced themselves to me. Paul Mitchell was a good sales people. He continued to be patient with me offered me food and water and coffee. He took me to lunch at Wendy's. He even followed me home after the sale to get my wife to sign the papers. Paul Tindall was very helpful and could see my discouragement. He did all he could to make the financing fit my budget.

My wife and I just purchased new Lincolns from OC Welch and the experience could not have been better. Special recognition to Kate Porter, who is the Title Clerk for the dealership. Due to a small mis-communication I received a new plate for one of the vehicles in the mail after the purchase which was unexpected as we intended to keep the old plate which you can do in South Carolina. Thanks to her introductory note that we received after the purchase of the vehicle (which was a very nice touch by O.C. Welch) I reached out to Kate for her assistance. She immediately took action and gave me direction on what to do. After returning the plate to Ms. Porter she worked out the return and all necessary actions with the DMV which would have taken me hours if not days to correct. My hats off to Kate for this great, exemplary work! I highly recommend O.C. Welch and his team for the purchase of a new Ford or Lincoln, or a pre-owned vehicle.
