Working with Jay and Rick was such a positive experience. My husband and I came in looking for a car but not completely sold on a particular one. We also came in the afternoon on a Saturday about 2 hours before closing. Jay was patient and very thorough, showing us every option around what we were looking for. He wasn’t pushy or forceful, but simply let us talk things over and decide what was best for us. Even though they were trying to close for the day we never felt rushed in the process. Jay and Rick worked well together in ensuring we were comfortable making our decision and getting all relevant paperwork complete. We also had the pleasure of working with Chris in finance, who also stayed late, to make sure we were taken care of. He laid things out for us quickly and efficiently without confusion. In the end we came home is a beautiful Expedition that works perfectly with our family and our budget. Jay even took the time to wash it himself since everyone else had already gone home.
