Came in to look at a king ranch explorer and Sam pointed me to the Lincoln aviator. They had a hybrid, which after driving for a few days gets 35+ mpg and takes regular gas. Nice to be in a Lincoln again. The process is painless and enjoyable.

Got a flat tire and no spare or jack in trunk. Went to dealer and they said you have to buy the for an additional $300. We were not satisfied with that answer. Took our issue to our sales associate Sam who in turn informed his manager Rick. They assured us of a solution within 24 hours.

Sam and his manager Craig helped me get into a truck within the price range I was looking for and it was far more equipped than I set out to purchase originally. Big xxxxxxto OC and team for how they do business; they made sure the used truck I bought had been thoroughly inspected by their shop and issues found were fixed. Most dealers will put anything on the road to make a buck but they made it clear they wouldn’t sell junk. No surprise OC has done so well over the years being honest and putting good vehicles in customers hands.
