If you ever have an issue or a question, no matter how small it is he will take the time to find out what you need. The service department is excellent! They have the service in 2 flavors, quick lube and full service. If you just need an oil change and tires rotated, go to the quick lube, no appointment necessary. They do all the work as expected and get you in and out in no time. I have only had to use the warranty department once with my 2014 F150 and that was a radio speaker. Called on monday had it ordered and installed by wednesday.

Tracy has treated us well over the time that she had been there. Everything went well and quick for the service.

Meredith at the service desk was so nice- she walked with me to pay since I was wearing a boot to make sure I did not get lost. Tracy was the manager who jumped right in informing the service team of the style of tires I needed since did not have in stock. She ordered them and the FORD courtesy driver, Mark was helpful in getting my home. Tires on and oil change done by 4pm- received a call and the car was ready. All personnel that I met were courteous and friendly. Very pleased with OC Ford.

I bought my Explorer last year from O.C. Welch and had a really good experience with my salesman and the gentleman who handled the paperwork portion BUT it is the Quick Lane Department that has handled ALL of the service for my explorer and my husband's F250 that has been awesome. Ms. Tracy Green is a awesome asset for O.C. Welch - She has the best customer service attitude which makes my car maintenance visits pleasurable!
