This is a very busy place! They appear to be expanding and there is a lot of traffic and no room to drive around or park easily. After construction is complete I think it will be much better maneuvering through.

OC Welch is probably the largest ford dealership in a 100 mile radious which is a blessing and a curse. There is no where to park to get maintenance or look for a new vehicle. I had a problem with a former maintenance supervisor and told him that he cost OC a customer. Two years have passed and I have returned and the experience has been very pleasurable and will continue coming back and maybe even consider another vehicle in the future. OC Welch Quick Lane service is fast and efficient and they will even fit you in early if they can ( i ended up dropping my vehicle off the day prior to being scheduled and they got it done in less than 2 hrs.) I wish I could say the same for the OC Welch main service department.

New, Old Stock Imagine my good fortune when doing a search for a CPO Lincoln Nautilus. I had already test driven one and even though I live near Atlanta I did a nationwide search. I found a 2023 with 49 miles at O C Welch Lincoln. It checked enough boxes on my wishlist, so I called the dealership. The salesman verified the miles for me, so I immediately said I want it. The process to purchase and have it shipped to me was smooth and effortless. Any questions I had were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. I just moved to SC from over 700 miles away and I am thrilled with my first service experience at OC Welch Ford. The entire team seems very pleasant and knowledgeable, however I'd like to recognize my service advisor, Brian, for the exceptional service he provided. I’m very happy with this dealership. Reservation process for The Works was very easy on-line and dates were readily available. Once I got there the staff was friendly and very fast taking my truck in. The waiting room was clean and kid friendly for my 4 and 7 year olds… I brought stuff to keep them busy while we waited. Definitely recommend this dealership and will be back for service again!

We live about 2 hrs away and he sent me all the details on the truck, including all the intricate detailed pictures I requested. He was prompt in responding to messages, calls, and emails. Paul, the finance manager, explained all our warranty and service plan options in depth and let us choose, was not pushy at all. We will definitely be back to do business!

Jay. was great! Honest and straight forward however I was shorted on my trade by Mr.Roe. The numbers added up to me getting more back but Mr. Roe in financing. Insured we work with round numbers. Which shorted me about $565 bucks. I called and left a message with no return call from finance. I will be returning with the paper work to get the remaining monies returned to me. Other than that it was a pleasant and fast experience. Again. Jay was awesome and he was a straight shooter like me so I was pleased to do business with jay.

Unfortunately there are too many shops in the area that do not do a good job the first time. Everyone makes mistakes but at least OC Welch will make good on any mistakes that they make. Nothing but great things to say about the service this time!

After the battery was changed everything worked like a new car for about a week, then the cameras stopped working. I checked the fuse but it was good. For a week the cameras would work intermittently then they would not work intermittently. If they cease to work too often I will bring the car. In for repairs. Seems like a loose wire. Thanks.

A Ford dealer in Savannah, GA put me in a bind - they refused to install parts ordered directly through Ford to a Ford dealership, because I didn’t order the parts through this particular dealership’s overpriced third party parts provider.
